Tastes good and you cant beat the price so thats pretty cool. ;-;

I love Little Caesars! We eat A LOT of pizza in my house (ALOT!So dominoes, pizza hut are the main spots for us but once in a while I convince everyone to get Little Caesars instead. Its a very tiny l shack of a pizza shop but they seem to make it work. Very polite staff and get u right in and out. No waiting

They dont make what you ask for. I asked for Cheese Crust Pizza and I was told they didnt make it anymore. They tried that on me the 2 ND time and I told her my son gets it all the time for lunch. She said oh yah, so I ordered one, got it home and it was a plain pizza with just cheese on it. Called to complain about it and she kept saying she couldnt hear me. Will NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!

Everything was great! Just wish it was still a low priced place to eat. Dominoes is cheaper now. 5 dollar HotnReadys were awesome! Now it cost me 22 dollars for 2 1 topping HotnReadys and a cheesy bread. Im from Texas so maybe its cheaper down there....

Ordered a cheese pizza through the drive thru get home and it’s a pepperoni sausage pizza and it didn’t seem very fresh either. I’ve never had an issue here before.

Another uncooked and doughy pizza from Watertown ceasers. Dont your ovens have timers or better yet do any of this children know when a pizza is cooked thru? Taking my business elsewhere.

1 star. The way this place is run is absolutely uncoordinated and out right disgusting. The basic pizza’s are barely even COOKED and are ALWAYS raw and soggy and not good quality, sometimes you don’t even want to eat them. You sometimes get surprised if one is actually even cooked. Considering how much you pay for it, $7 for a pizza, I should get the quality I deserve as a consumer. Don’t even get me started on the staff, sometimes you have to wait at least 15 mins or more to even have someone serve you. There is no teamwork, no professionalism, no respect, just utterly disappointing. I went to the Drive-Thru and one staff member was busy talking to her “friends” giving them FREE PIZZAS with her VAPE out in the store. Talk about decency and professionalism, plus being too busy to talk to friends than actually work. If she has her vape out, who knows what other things they are doing behind the scenes. No adults at all, no managers even running the place, if you want a sub-par pizza made by children, go somewhere else but here.

Its the best. Get our pizza before the drive in friday nights

Absolutely amazing service the manager Melissa is so kind we had a mix up with the night staff and in the morning we were able to get the pizza we ordered food is amazing ❤️❤️.

Staff wasnt overly enthusiastic about preparing fresh food I wanted to order. I was there about an hour before they closed. Were not able to break a large bill I had so I had to remove items from my order to accomodate the smaller bills. Wings were done, but slimy.

It was great pizza cooked very well to my specs.

Cant beat 5 dollar lunch tbh. On the heartburn scale youll get heartburn 6 out of 5 times. But you cant beat the price and quickness if you order online.

Poor delivery service never even got my food been on the phone 30+ minutes trying to get a refund

I can no longer resist the pizza. I open the box and unzip my pants with my other hand. As I penetrate the gooey cheese, I moan in ecstacy. The mushrooms and Italian sausage are rough, but the sauce is deliciously soothing. I blow my loads in seconds. As you leave the bathroom, I exit through the front door.

Got the extramost a sausage, a cheese and a pepperoni. The pizza was great but the toppings left little to the imagination. The cheese was perfect. The pepperoni was in-between what a normal and the extra should be according to the picture and the sausage was just ridiculous. There was about 10 pieces of sausage on the whole pizza. I actually laughed. But it wasnt greasy and the employees were absolutely amazing and very nice so Ill take customer service over a few extra toppings any day. The pizza was great dont get me wrong. Just the advertisement of topping was way off.

Only 3 pieces of my cheese pizza was good the rest had no crust nothing and some of the pizza (the middlewas missing!!! And my deep dish had plastic in it, call n tell them get told “we can replace it if you bring it all back in!” So dumb founded!!!

Great little spot always has hot and ready pizzzas fresh which in the city is kinda hard to see any of them still able to provide a quick in and out hot and ready. Atleast go here twice a week

Last three times the crust has been paper thin on one side. They never have a supreme ready...never...always have to pull around and wait. Now i hear that they continue to employ a thief who stole a customers iphone. Not a business i want to continue supporting.

This location allows their employees to steal from their customers. I advise you to take your business somewhere that cares about your safety and security.

Cashier made me wait 15 minutes just sitting in a chair while going about her buisness after taking my order before telling me they hadnt started it because I hadnt paid. Next time, ask me to pay when I make the order, not 15 minutes after the fact. Terrible customer service.

Food is normally good and ready when its supposed to be. Once in a while its a little lackluster but I think that can be said for anywhere.

Never ordering g from here again Cold wings, missing soda, raw deep dish and now just found a bug under the pizza I want to vomit!!!!!

Came here multiple times, never had a problem until I got bread sticks that can be used as throwing darts and an under cooked old pizza. The pizza has been properly disposed of due to the fact that it was not in a doubt over the NYS food/sanitary time frame for hot foods allowed for sale. Place needs to be shut down

I ordered 4 pizzas and cheese bread for my grandsons birthday. All pizzas were paper thin around crust and too overcooked for kids and elders to eat.I gave feedback and heard nothing in response. Very disappointed.

Gets busy during rush hour times but the staff is friendly and works tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and quality food endlessly.

My favorite cheesey bread, so greasy and cheesey.

Stopped by to grab lunch, an employee saw me enter (they were at the water fountainand then went outback... no one ever came to wait on me. I could see people walking back and forth, the food smelled good. I understand everywhere is understaffed but you cant make money if no one waits on the customers.

Ive bought from this particular Little Caesars before in the past and it wasnt all that great but this time around under New Management (Tom and Johnthe pizzas were phenomenal! Stuffed crust, extra cheese, dough not burnt or undercooked, simply mouth watering especially for the price. And Ive got to feed a huge teenage boy who eats a pizza by himself. So much more affordable than Papa Johns. Definitely recommend. This is my second night in a row purchasing due to popular demand in my household.

The costumer service, and food have improved but there is still room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the food. The manager did inform me that the dough presser that is used is bent this is bringing out subpar quality pizza and I hope this gets fixed cause I love this restaurant.

I had to wait 25 mins and got home me and my family and kids Starting eating it and it was raw dough and they put pepperoni in one of my crust when I repeated it 5 times not too , just cheese ... but they dont listen

I was here today at 9 pm and asked for two Italian cheese breads and was told there was only one left. I asked if there not anymore left or what. He told me oh you want to wait for the other one. That made me believe they didnt want to make another one for me and by the way the place closed early when its clearly states it closes at 10pm.

Pizza was okay but a 10 minute wait turned to 25 plus minutes and then still had to go back to drive up to get it. I think they get a lot of phone or internet orders and forget the drive ins.

Dont ever order the "extra most bestest" you will not get it. Dont bother calling Wont answer the phone. Only two people care about making good pizza good luck.

I do not typically enjoy Little Caesars pizza and use it more as a quick stop fast eat place, but Ive got to say... hands down had the best pizza Ive had from there ever. It was the stuffed crust and with it being cooked fresh, was absolutely delicious.Lady who handed it to us from the pick up window was very sweet as well.

Waited 35 minute for two pizzas and had to get my money back, manager was screaming and insulting people. If you want pizza go somewhere else, not this trash establishment.

Tried placing an order for delivery online. Somehow the system set up our delivery address for the wrong location. Called the store to cancel the order and was told to call Door Dash and let them know as well, because for some reason they were the ones going to deliver the order. After being told the order would be cancelled, and notifying Door Dash. We find out the store still continued to make the order anyways despite being told to cancel it, telling us it would be cancelled and charging us plus the additional Doordash delivery cost which was advertised as free for the first delivery order. Door Dash also kept picking up the order despite being told to cancel it and not answering the phone.Update: food finally was delivered, but store still managed to forget the soda and marinara sauce that we were charged for.

I like that you can get a pizza with the snap of a finger and my experience with this store is usually a good one but they mustve hired someone new that doesnt know how to make a pizza correctly. I ordered a regular pepperoni ready-made and half was thin crust and the other half was 1 big bubble. Not satisfied with this order today. 😒

My order was incorrect, I got a extra most bestest pizza and only got normal amount of pepperoni. I added sausage to it and was not informed I would lost the price savings of the deal, on top of them refusing me a receipt. then when I made a servey to complain about it, I gave them my contact information and they they called me TO CALL ME A LIAR and say it was all correct and they were the ones who made it. all I wanted was my order corrected but I needed a receipt to get it replaced but they REFUSED to give me one

We are totally unsatisfied. We went in and the guy at the counter acted like he didnt see us. Didnt even acknowledge that we were there by saying be right with you or nothing. We ordered a pizza with no sauce waited for it to be made to find out when we got home they put sauce on it. I called they wanted me to bring it back but I live 25 minutes away. They offered to give us a free pizza but the service made me realize I am not going there again.

This Little Ceasars Pizza sucks.When we arrived there were two cars at the store and two cars at the drive-up window ... when we got to the window witch took forever they said it would be a while the pizzas were in the oven ... hot and ready my A.. I also noticed the cars ahead of me drove away without pizza too. They advertise $5 pizzas that are $6.We solved the problem by ordering by phone at Pizza Hut and when we got there our pizzas were hot and ready.We got two Large two topping pizzas for $7 dollars each and a lot better pizza.Little Ceasers sucks and we will not return I suggest you do the same.

Always a good deal if you need something for dinner quick. Pizza has been called below standard, but I do not know where that comes from. The pizza here is always tasty and my kids love it much better than other chains. Great value and great service.

Went to drive thru, ordered and was told it would be 3 minutes for the pizza to be done. asked me to drive around front and they would bring it out so I did this. Fifteen minutes later I went inside, they totally forgot me!!! The guy behind the counter (he took my orderdidnt remember what I even ordered!!!! Then he didnt put the sauce for the crazy bread in thr box.

I love the pizza here for the price. Adding extra sauce ensures a fresh pie for $6.21. Thats three meals, bro. Staff are friendly, and its always busy. Get some!

This is an okay place to bring the family or your self for some pizza. I honestly wouldnt recommend the wings. They come out small and expensive.
