Lipar Hotel in Chabahar

A cockroach in the hotels restaurant!I can only say that it is really unfortunate.

I totally understand that I should not be comparing this hotel to other regions in Iran. That being said, my review is taking into consideration what the hotel is offering with the given rates. For the fee that you pay, this hotel certainly does NOT meet the standards! The building is old (walls are peeling, bathroom faucets rusting...), carpets are old, etc.. The amenities are limited (small TV, a kettle for "an extra fee"as we were told). Blankets are dirty (stained, with hair on them). The room we got was on the first floor. They refused to change it claiming that the rooms were all booked (note that online, rooms were available...not clear why they said they werent!). We could hear people (stafftalking in the hallways at midnight. There were two windows one of which was covered (no view, not even to the street!). Front staff werent so nice/accommodating. We called in advance for a crib (not available!and asked to be contacted for the tours (never heard back). The worse Hotel experience Ive had, for the price paid.

A wonderful hotel with welcoming staff in Chabahar city. Nice view and very close to the sea and shopping centers.

The price of room is expensive comparing other cities like Tehran. Also there are mosquitoes in the room, old furniture, daily breakfast is the same and there is no welcoming by the restaurant staff. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel .this hotel rating 3 star

The Ceo of hotel, mr sheidaei was very kind and generous, also tour around chabahar was so joyful. Room indoor was normal but view to sea and blowing was great

As a conclusion, for the price I paid, the service, the quality and the amenities were awful.Meanwhile, the price is high, and they charge as a five-star hotel. It definitely is not a five star, and it barely is a four-star!Music from the roof-garden kept me awake until after midnight, and the windows were not insulated enough to decrease the noise.Restaurant was "fully reserved" and they didnt serve food for the hotels guests, so I had to take a taxi and get my food elsewhere.

The place is nice and close to shoreline. However, the room was not clean and tidy enough. The hairs of previous guest was flying around. The dust was here and there. The toilet was against bathroom wall in single bedroom that made it useless!! I have asked for cab to the airport and took them some time to arrange it for me.

I simply loved having sheesha at their musical restaurant. Nice rooms. Clean and tidy hotel. Staff is super friendly and cooperative. A pocket friendly hotel.

the WORST HOTEL ive seen so far. They just decorate the lobby but rooms were not clean and doesnt have enough space this hotel should be 2STARS , they do not deserve 5 stars🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The hotel is good and the best in the area as the options are very low. The service was very good and staff were nice. However the rooms were not very clean and had to ask for the bed to be cleaned several times. The view was nice as well

5 star building, lobby and ocean view. 4 star room size. 2 star bedding and 1 star bathroom.

They just spent time doing the decorations. Not a clean room. Very noisy. Even late at night. The parking space was full. And we had to park elsewhere.

It was the second time I’ve been in this hotel. The first time was the greatest experience👌🏻Unfortunately, with its high potentials, it has got some big errors! The receptionists were so unprofessional and the housekeeping team was so weak!but , the breakfast was perfectly fine. Hope they consider the major and minor errors as soon as possible🙏

Good hotel for a small town like Chabahar. It has good and bad days but I remember they had good sea food the last time I was there.

This is the best hotel in Chabahar which is located in its free zone near the sea.

Dont expect a 5 star hotel cause its not although its the best you get at Chabahar.Slow working staff ,high price and minimum facilities .They charge more for rooms with the view to the sea but it doesnt worth at all.

in Nowruz we were in Lipar Hotel of Chabahar. it has a good view especially when you are in restaurant for breakfast. nice location and good value. just cashiers should be more professional.

In short: The best hotel in Chabahar. except its breakfast and foods which could be far better than current, other things here is standard. It is located in a very good section of city near seaside and passages and cafes. By the way the rates are higher than the city standards. Anyway my first choice if I want to travel to Chabahar again. One more note, choose the rooms with sea view ;-)

The building itself gets 5 stars. Its nice and has a beautiful view. But the service isnt more than a 3 star hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff, the staff try hard to communicate with limited English.The hotel is very clean and elaborate in style much as one might expect in Iran.The breakfast in the restaurant is good, and the coffee in the coffee shop exceptional.
