Best place to relax and unwind, best for picnics, outdoor games, it an event area for band plays and any other shows.

It is better, compared to what it was before. But I think, the mayor could possibly make it even more attractive and become one of the well-known tourist spot in Lipa City.

Its a friendly community park many amenities see for your self..my apo love to climbed the spider web rope,slide,and fun running at the park

March 2022The park is open but you need your vaccination card to enter.Kids are allowed as long as the parents have their vaccination card.It is not as crowded as before and the Lights.... well they are gone now.There seems to be a closinh curfew of probably 20:00 or 20:30.A good deal of places for both adults and kids to enjoy but the Wall climbing section and the pool is still unavailable at the moment.BTW Be careful of potholes hidden in the grass, they are water drainage areas albeit covered but still can be deep due to terrain uneveness because of ongoing constructions/projects

Cool! Nice place for family gatherings. Most suitable for kids and young at hearts coz it has a playground that they could both enjoy! 😁 Great venue for romantic dates. Ayeeeeee!!! 😁

A wonderful place to visit with family especially kids since they have a playground. There are also several street foods just outside the gate so youll have a lot of choices. Also wish we have this kind of park in our city. 😢

At the moment, its only open from 3AM - 7AM. The man-made pond, lap pool, and wall climbing areas are still under construction/renovation. Some amenities like the concrete skate boarding area has not been well maintained. The playground now only has the trojan horse-themed slide. The landscaping is not as attractive as before. Make sure to bring your own water bottles as the drinking fountains are not working.

An oasis in the bustling city of Lipa. There is a skateboarding rink, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, swimming pool, etc. Great for exercise peeps!

under construction but still a beautiful park for couples and family, I hope people who visit will responsible enough to carry their garbage to protect the cleanliness of the place.

The place is getting better and better especially if I am to compare it to some 25 years back when it was just a grandstand. There are basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; a bike/skateboard ramp; exercise bars; lap pool (not working at the time); and lots of green spaces and a few benches for picnics.I left one star unmarked because of the maintenance. Though it is caused by the people who visit the place, there are trash when we went around to stroll -- mostly food and drinks wrappings and containers. 😔

Renovation on going and will cater for more tourism boost especially the upgrade of facilities will help Lipeños who are into fitness and sports.

Its still under renovation when I went here. But overall my experience that time is pretty good. The benches under the trees are perfect for your senti moments. The playground area is ideal for baby photoshoots as well as themed photoshoots. Theres also a swimming pool in this park but unfortunately people cant use it for leisure purposes. In the coming days, the community park will be equipped by various spots and I cant wait to see the finished park.

Lipa Community Park is an oasis attached to the crowded city. It is suited for anyone who wants to do some outdoor physical activities, such as jogging playing basketball, tennis, or just walking around. If you are into watersports, there is an Olympic swimming pool for a very affordable entrance. Kids will enjoy a beautiful playground.

A very nice family oriented place at the heart of Lipa City. We are very thankful for the Lipa City local government for building and maintaining these type of facilities around the city.

Not that good lookin anymore unlike before. Pool is great but needs renovation, same materials since I last trained there 13 years ago.

One of the few green open spaces left in downtown Lipa, so its a good place to do your early morning or late afternoon walk or run. I used to bring my puppy for a quick morning walk in this quiet place. I was surprised to see a swimming pool, so its a plus for those who want to take a respite from a hot, dry day or simply do a few laps for a change.There are students practicing their dance routines usually or a group of zealous basketball players.An amphitheather is welcomed sight where you will find people doing their individual calisthenics and cardio routines or simply whittle their time away.

The comfort rooms as well as the pool are stinky. The pond is no longer habitable by fishes. Its just filled with dirt and mosses. Some parts need rehabilitation though it is a good place for picnics for its wide space, huts and playground for kids.

Its a nice place to exercise and play with your kids with all the time you want. Also, you can dance with the Zumba guyz(of course it has a membership fee but you can dance along with them anyways from afar). But I think the WC needs improvement and maintenance. Anyways, if you just want to have a morning exercise and bond with friends and family its a good place for such.

Good for exercising, playing and for having a picnic. However, the water in the mini lake is dirty, like green water.

I cant bring my dog but there are stray dogs inside. Thats really disappointing. The playground is not safe for kids anymore. 60% of it is broken. Also, there are athletes playing discus throw and javellin in an open area where some kids are running around. The "pond" has dark green colored water and floating garbage.

A fine place to relax. You can engage in different kinds of sports in this place, and there is also a playground for kids.

Surprisingly very beautiful park hidden away. Its a great place to bring the kids. However, some of the playground equipment is broken and thus dangerous.

This is the only Park in Lipa. It is a big Park . Unfortunately it is not well maintained. The booth has a lot of writing and some roof have a lot of holes. Its not like we dont pay to rent the booth. It cost 20 peos for 3 hours. The pool is kinda green. Bathroom does not have running water. All this place need is very good maintenance.

Nice, clean and has windy coolness everyone can enjoy. Great for outdoor fitness like jogging.

A great place to workout, be it a morning jog/an evening jog, tennis, badminton, swimming, volleyball and basketball.The only downside is that their restrooms arent maintained to the point where it is unusable.

This place is huge. It houses a jogging track, playground, arena, swimming pool, basketball court etc. I see how convenient this plaza is - to students and kids.
