Lingwell Concept Flat in Boende

Booked this accommodation spoke to agent to let them no we would be arrive the following day and they canceled our stay marked as no show and apparently its in the policy and they refunded £20 out of a £320 booking and wouldnt let us stay for rest of week although we had pay for the rest of week , We had to sleep in the Van overnight because they wouldnt give us the keys , I assumed they rented it out warning double-Avoid from my experience

I thought that this flat would be nice from the picture but when me and my partner entered it reeked of cigarettes and we had to share a kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was unclean it had doo doo stains on toilet seat. The bedroom was okay but I wanted to leave as soon as I entered. Ran put of toilet roll nd dodnt know how to get extra thank gosh downstairs there was a guy that helped us. Please dont go here for a relaxing stay. Terrible

Terrible customer service, they didn’t send me a code for the keys with my Booking confirmation email. It took me an hour to get to the right person to explain the situation as the call was being transferred to so many departments. Finally managed to get the code, But the real nightmare started once we entered the building. Freezing cold house including our bedroom as they have very poor heating system, dirty & smelly bathroom & kitchen with overfilled bins.

La chambre est propre et bien équipée. La douche est commune et les toilettes égalements. Seul hic nous navions pas reçu de code pin pour ouvrir les boîtes à clés, le numéro de téléphone quon nous avait donné ne répondais pas. Nous avons donc du attendre devant la porte quune autre colocataire nous ouvre et nous aide. Ce nest pas du tout insonorisé ce qui est vachement dommage.

Nice place could do better sorting communication

The front of the house looks very dated and could do with a paint. Good for families to stay at as you have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean, free wifi around the property and nice little garden. My only complaint was the very noisy family staying at the same time I did, extremely loud, kept shouting kept slamming doors from 6 am till 11 am when it was check out time so was woken up several times. Beds were comfortable. The dishwasher doesnt even open. But overall its was very relaxing till the family got there. Had a nice time regardless of the loud family it was like they didnt care other people were staying.

Conditions werent great and there was no hot water for days

Very basic.Location - far from shops, 15 min walk to public transport.Cleanliness - decent, reasonableFacilities - shared shower room, cramped, good water flow and thermoregulation. Shared kitchen, acceptable. Generally cold reception.Room - no side tables. Bed too low and creaked. Mattress too thin, lumpy and tattered, cheap pillows too flat, that yellow throw pillow was dirty and smelly. Not sound proof. Loud conversations. Heavy foot steps.Safety - questionable, terrifying. Room no lock system from inside- random person opening room. No knocks just opens straight away then, no apologies!Value for money - you’ll find better and more central place for the price per night.Booking system - no reception. Purely email communication, lots of exchanges - asking for varied IDs, stating checking instructions not provided if you don’t provide a photo of you showing your ID! I find this rather inconvenient, ridiculous and unreasonable. No reception and never met staff.Overall opinion and recommendation: Book only if no other options. I personally don’t recommend this place. I booked for 4 nights, missed 1st night due to flight issues, stayed my most uncomfortable 2 nights and checked out prematurely due to safety reasons. Never again.

Very poor. Cancelled our stay when we arrived and promised us another accommodation. Left in London in the cold and no accomation arranged. Please be wary booking this property.

Our room was quite clean and very spacious. The bed was reasonable but the pillows were atrocious! Tiny, very thin and only one each.The shower room was small but quite nice, shower was decent.The front yard was full of rubbish and debris, which wasn’t very inviting. The tv in the room wasn’t hooked up to anything, so completely useless. On first glance everything looked quite fresh and bright but on second look a lot of the building was quite tatty and needed some love.The curtains were white and thin, so the room was very bright as soon as the sun came up. We also found a tissue with dried blood in the middle of the windowsill.

Rigtig fint og med gode transport muligheder. Super hyggeligt kvarter med gode spisesteder i nærheden.

Nice and cozy roomservice, a few kilometers outside of London centrum. Easy access to the Underground Station, and Busses. Room, Kitchen and bathroom is clean. Breakfast items to cook yourself is provided.
