Lin's Hawaiian Snacks - Snack bar in Honolulu, United States
Huge selection of snacks. Includes both savory and sweet options. A bag of snacks costs around $5.
Everything is good!! Snacks of every kind. Shaved ice da boom!
Huge selection of Hawaiian snacks. Nice and friendly staff.
This is by far one of the best places to get milk teas and other goodies snacks!! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Bought more stuff to send to family.
The people here are wonderful and helpful. They have awesome shave ice and tons of crack seed
Love the shop and Smokey!🐶
Usually I love Lins, but I tried their icee with lihing in it and it was salty. Too salty for me to finish.
Great candy store with lots of childhood and nostalgic snacks like dried and candied li hint (plums).
Awesome selection. Friendly staff. Paid parking lot available next to store.
Yummy snacks, locally made
Our go to place for snacks and milk tea drinks
Great place for Asian snacks including seeds.
Super unfriendly employees... all transaction. No smiles, doesnt feel welcome or anything alike. What a shame I spent too much here. Theres even a sign said " good vibes only". That needs to be taken down.... just saying what I experienced.
If you grew up eating crack seed, haw flakes, kakimochi, dried cuttlefish, and li hing mui everything, youll be in heaven here! Like a local kid in a candy shop! Whenever I come here I always ending buying twice as many things as I had originally planned. They have a variety of drinks and shave ice, too. As soon as I walk in and see the jars of crack seed my mouth starts watering! Lins has sweet, salty, spicy, sour--and everything in between--snacks to satisfy your every taste craving!
Stopped by today for a last minute funeral gift for a family member.Hoping to find pre made gifts baskets to grab and go.Unfortunately there were none, ask if I could just grab snacks myself/ basket and have them just wrap in quick cellophane.Told I needed to call in advance, at least 2 days.Which if I pick everything out, how long does cellophane take? Two workers on, the one I spoke to said...they are busy putting away inventory today and had one basket to complete already.I just stood there in awkward silent for a few minutes....They were too consumed with inventory to even care that a sale for something important walk out.Way better help from tx max & whole foods putting a basket together.
So many Crack Seed Snacks, Excellent shave ice Flavors, and Bubble tea! Old School Hawaii snacks. I love this place!
love this snack shop where I can buy all of my favorite local snacks and treats. and they sell drinks like milk teas, iced teas, shave ice, and icees. the parking is a paid lot ($2/hour?), so I recommend finding street metered parking.
friendly staff and sooo many delicious hawaiian snacks. love their mango gummy bears! we finished them on the plane ride home, and i ordered more from their website as soon as i got back to LA.
Love this place. Everything is always good. Happy and friendly people there. Mahalo nui
Workers made negatuve remarks when my daughters punctured their cups with Lins new paper straws...lame
Found the ginger section I have been looking for!!!
Try their local pickled mango, kumquat iced tea, and super small candy bags. Every time I take my daughter she can pick a few different small bags and the assortment covers pretty much everything they have in the store.
Super cute, clean space. Super sweet staff. All of the local candies and delicacies you can think of are here.
I visited yesterday and the Asian girl/employee with the glasses and blondish hair with super overgrown roots had a stank attitude and just wasn’t very nice. The products were overpriced as well..: I found cheaper products at Longs.
Felt like 500 flavors in one bite
This place is absolutely a hidden gem! Lots of delicious snacks Ive never even heard of. Everything we tried was really delicious, definitely worth stopping by and picking a few items.
I like their Li Hing Mui Shave Ice!And Li Hing Peach😋
If you ever visit the islands you have to come here and get the best Li Hing Mui seeds, lemon peels/strips, and so much more!
The best place for crack seed and all Hawaiian snacks. We have been coming here for years and this will always be our go to crack seed destination.
They have the best selection of cracked seed, Asian style dried fruits etc. Nice shop right across the street from Whole Foods.
Noticed many of their seeds are made with sugar instead of the sugar substitute stuff which I feel is worse for your health. Seeds & candies look fresh. They will also mail.
One of the best selections of crack seed and Hawaiian snacks on the island. They have the really hard-to-find stuff, and everything is good and fresh. They also make great bubble teas to go with your snacks.
Great location and look. I havent tried any of the sit down food but all the packaged stuff is awesome.
Aloha, mahalo for ur Ohana service. Great seeds and yummy candies.Ordering on line is amazing. But being there is a warm cultural experience. Shave ice is soothing and yummy, melts right in ur mouth. Strawberry, li hi mui, & mango with ice cream is ono ono. Stop by , ull get hooked😍🤙🙋♀️
Their Okra Chips is terrible flavor... Smells old oil. Baby Scallops was pretty good, but lil expensive. Fried Shrimps are good too. They have Boba tea, Shave ice, smoothie, coffee etc...July, Shave ice is okay, they have no sugar flavors!
Costly but wow... What a selection of world class snacks,While there is a few of Lins shops around I visited the downtown shop and it is quite huge offering plenty of sweets and salty snacks in little packs as well as larger packs,Sample packs are offered for many of the snacks which range from 50cents to $1 and the prices go up from there depending on size and choices of snacks,Everything is very fresh and the place is very appealing to both eyes and smell...
The sugar free shave ice, tastes like a unicorn’s BUTT. Every normal flavor of shave ice is amazing, best on the island. Favorite is mango and vanilla ice cream. Always a great time!
1st time here. A unique store with unique products. We tried their ice cream and shakes which were great! Lots of dried fruit and vegetables.
Huge collection of local kine snacks and li hi mui to choose from. Drinks are also very good here. Tried the blended li hi mui with mochi and was so good! Taste like putting a straw in a li hi mui and drinking from it.
I come here pretty much every day. They have the traditional crackseed that I grew up on. They have incredible boba drinks and tea, and their shaved ice and snow ice is truly delicious. Get it with your favorite toppings. Their service is the best. Friendly and fast service with lots of "aloha".
The red bean special shaved ice has a divine sensational touch with the brown sugar syrup and you got to love the cheweiness from the chilled mochi~~
I love going there. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the snacks are great! They dont use artificial sweeteners or flavors (in what Ive tried anyway), which puts them several cuts above the usual brands in stores. The prices are more than fair and they have good reward incentives too.I always recommend Lins to people.
Had a good time. A sales person came to help me on a crack seed decision , she explained there are no asperatame in their packages crack seeds.. Will go back again.
Bought some baskets and they made it to our specifications. Great customer service with a smile and it is a warp back into time of my childhood with the large glass jars of crack seed.
Great local shop for Hawaiian goodies like Li Hing Mui, dried fruits including mango, lemon peel, rock salt plum, etc., as well as dried seafood including cuttlefish, scallop, tako etc. A must stop shop for gifts to a loved one spending their time away from home, or a true blue local resident snacking away as times of yore.
Lots of snacks and delicious drinks to choose from. Friendly staff helped wrap my gifts for friends and family in the mainland in a nice gift basket.
Great service and lots of good treats... But... You could be waiting in line for a long time waiting for ppl deciding what they want drink to order. Still, good local treats!
Lins has all kinds of snacks - both Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian. If youre visiting Hawaii, it would be a great place to get some local snacks here and bring them home as souvenirs. Prices vary - some are reasonable, but others can be pretty high. There are some snack items here that you could find for much cheaper at an Asian grocery store.Theyve also got shave ice and bubble tea, but I usually just come for all the different kinds of candy. Even if you dont have a sweet tooth, you will probably leave with one,
Their shave ice tasted good but they gave me very little. The shave ice was in the shape of a triangle, meaning less shave ice for me. The next customer however ordered a ice one size bigger and got the shape of a dome and aloooooot more shave ice then me. Ive had their shave ice before and theyve given me a good amount then. I dont knoe what the employees problems are these days.
