False advertisement!! They do not have any rooms with kitchens!! And they are not even an extended stay!

Its okay change the policy on smoking... If u need a remote for your Tv a deposit of 10.00 which u get back really smh u have to deal with wild animals like u at the zoo instead of them calling animal control over all just a one night stay which was fine.

The management will lie real fast and act lile you dont know what your talking about on special needs of people and the law stay away from losing companies

$100 for Jacuzzi room. Cool. Jacuzzi was Great! Not all that cool was the room is on the smelly side & straight outta 1999, very outdated with the decor. You will pay $10 deposit for a remote to the t.v.. The king size bed was quite comfortable. Expect to see holes in the bathroom door type place.

This place is truely a joke. I stayed here on and off for a month. They have a so called security team out of the clear blue thats very unprofessional. They are taking people hard earned money and putting them on the street. Mainly "Black" people.. If you stay at this place you are putting yourself at risk of danger. I think they are running a sex scandal. The Marietta police are backing their play telling folks they can do what they want because they own the property. They are under investigation.. They they deserve a fat 00000

Payed a lot extra to get the Jacuzzi room and it was a joke. The jacuzzi was filthy and leaking. The water was getting into the carpet (did not turn on the water not onceand caused the room to have a mildew smell. The toilet had feces on the bottom and I was just disappointed. So I payed for a jacuzzi never used it and would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

10 dollars extra to get the remote to the TV in your room lmaooooo

Most rudest staff I have ever met in my life , found mold in my room told them ,they told me I lied and refused a partial refund even only I was in my room for five minutes or less. Completely lost my business.

Going to this hotel is a set-up. They charge $10 to get a remote for the TV, and dont want to give you the $10 back. If you ask for extra towels the property manager is quick to call the cops. They call the room every hour to see if your checking out. Fake cop gets mad if you have "DO NOT DISTURB ON THE DOOR". I told the fake cop....... WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVINF A DND? The room have roaches, cheap blanks and towels. The property management along with other worker will stalk you until you leave. I made them give me my money back. I kept wondering.. Why its only four guest at this hotel and it super bowl weekend?if I could rate 0 stars I would. The worst customer service ever.

I have stayed in the past but was surprised when I checked in and noticed that all the furniture was new and the bed was super,I was lucky enough to get the jacuzzi tub and after a long day on the road it was needed. Cant wait to see what changes will be made next time I come by.

I rented a room for a relative, she was happy, but I thought I didnt really get my moneys worth... I would not have stayed there! I wont tell you the gross stories, only because she was not grossed out like I was!

The room was clean and the shower was Great......That is the end of the positive. On one side we had Prostitutes and on the other an obvious drug room....we were asked numerous times if we had an "Extra" lighter.....ummm no please go aeay. Definitely will not stay here again.....I suggest you do the same

My family and I stayed here on July 21st. We were having our family trip to White Water and since it was one night, these cheap rooms seemed fine. We checked in at 2 p.m., changed, and headed for the park. We returned back to the hotel at 7 p.m to change and get ready to relax before bed. We had 3 rooms for 8 people. Myself, my fiance, our 3 kids (2 year old twins and a 5 year old), my fiances mother, brother and grandmother. While we took showers, my mother-in-law took our kids to her room, which had to be changed from check in due to a failed key. About 8:30 a man claiming to live and work there asked her to gently close her door because he was trying to sleep, she apologized as it was my son who slammed her door and he went back inside. About 30 minutes later, the front desk called my mother-in-law and told her she needed to keep the kids quiet as there was "too much running around" going on up stairs. My mother-in-law was quick to get upset about this as they are 2 and have had a long day and needed to wind down a bit since half the day was in the car and the other half at the water park. (For anyone that has kids, you understand). She reminded the lady, Ussa the owner, that we were only here for 1 night and that they are children. The woman told her "she needed to learn how to speak to her before speaking to her". After that, we ate dinner and went to bed as we couldnt find an alternative place to stay on such short notice. Around 6 a.m. my mother-in-law received another phone call from a man at the front desk asking how her stay had been. Keep in mind, check out is at 11 a.m. and she got this call at 6 IN THE MORNING. She again listed her complaints then got off the phone and went to the bathroom. About 30 seconds after she headed for the bathroom, the police knocked on her door saying someone in the building had been calling 911 and they werent sure who it was, so when they "heard footsteps" above them, they came to check it out. The staff was extremely rude, and the neighborhood is terrible. We were asked to keep our children quiet but nothing was done about the adults being loud in the parking lot, running up and down the sidewalks in front of the rooms, and drinking alcohol until way past midnight which made us uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty, duct tape holding up the toilet paper rolls, holes in the walls and ceilings, stoves missing eyes, bricks holding up the air conditioner units and lights and tvs that didnt work properly. All of the room flaws we could have handled up until the staff and mainly owner, Ussa, decided to treat us with disrespect and talk down about my children. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have small children who like to run around and play to wear themselves out before bed, I highly recommend finding another place to stay, as children dont seem to be welcome. And honestly, it just doesnt seem safe. If it allows me to upload pictures later after this post is made, I will, as my mother-in-law has them on her phone.

I would give this place zero stars is zero was available. Disgusting. Book and paid for 2 nights, so disgusting we only stayed one night and chucked the 2nd nights rate to a lesson learned. Carpets looked they had not been cleaned or vacuumed in months. We made sure we wore shoes the entire time. Shower spewed water everywhere, towels were like sand paper, TV broken, microwave and fridge dirty and disgusting. Hair in the sheets, a layer of dust everywhere, bathroom door would not close without scraping the floor and had to force it opened and close....and the list goes on. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great prices, decent rooms, not the best but definitely the cleanest and cheapest you are going to get in a 100 mile radious

Worst hotel ever! Wet moldy carpet from A/C vent leak..we were afraid to walk on carpet barefoot..whole room was dim and dingy...bathroom was questionable and used only as a must..looks like the shady motel rooms on horror or crime movies

My husband and I have stayed in many low cost motels since we came here for work. We have stayed in real expensive ones and cheap ones, but this motel is my favorite one. The people here are very professional and no bugs in the rooms. The price is great and they offer a small breakfast too. Im very pleased with the cleanliness. Im staying here now! Very satisfied.

This place was a dump. There were two drunk people wandering around in the parking lot asking to use my grandmas cell phone. There were empty drug bags outside our room door. There was tolit paper shoved in the peep hole of our hotel room door. The room was Nast. Bathroom was dirty, hair in the refrigerator. Cigarette burns on the tolit seat lid when we requested a non smoking room. A police officer in the parking lot told us do not leave our room for safety​ reasons. I couldnt communicate with the man at the desk because he barely spoke English so we were just stuck there with no refund. Do not recommend this place.

Not at all like pictured. Holes in the walls, no fixtures for the light, sinking mattresses, dim dark rooms, needs a fresh coat of paint and some serious remodelling. 2 stars for free breakfast and friendly service.

Front desk was pleasant and tried to assist as best they could. The rooms are horrible. Severely outdated, TVs are screwed down visibly so you cant swivel the tv, and the picture is terrible. The continental breakfast was good enough.

The pool seems to be permanently closed. There is a coffee maker in the room, but the coffe was not supplied. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. The breakfast was very limited: cereal and waffles. Though both apple and orange juices were available. Wifi was available, but very week. We stayed 3 nights and we were there strictly for the night. It was OK.

Its good enough to sleep om and they do have waffles but the pool is down and has been for 2 yrs now

You definitely get what you paid for. The room me & my wife had was actually pretty comfortable. The room & bathroom was extremely clean. Now not all rooms are updated. Our first stay we had a flat screen & a newer model microwave. My second stay I did not. But still the room was acceptable. Also the manager at the desk seemed a little uncomfortable around me & my wife. Not everybody is ok with our lifestyle but he did not have to give us the looks he gave us. But again still I am ok with what I spent my money on. You cant expect a 5 star hotel with 2 star prices. I wouldnt mind going back.

No hot water in the shower. The bathroom door doesnt close bc it was previously kicked in and has not been fixed. Clothes hanger hanging off the wall with only one screw holding up. This is a "Ho"tel and bad traffic

Room smells of old moth balls. I was reserved for four days, paid at checking for the entire week. Left for work on second day and some idiot at the front desk processed me as a check out and refunded the remaining days to my debit card.. Realizing that I had not checked out they recharged the refund amount to my card.. Now as you and possibly everyone else in the free world knows a refund to a bank card takes days to be processed. A charge however goes through and holds monies in seconds. So I am now down nearly 500.00 for a crappy hotel that I am stuck staying in because they have tied up this money and I can not even go to a different hotel and stay.Upon check in I asked for the ice machine.. I was directed to a igloo cooler to dip out my ice from where only god knows peoples hands are in. Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. I WOULD RATHER STAY IN MY CAR THAN HERE..

Decent for the area & price. But the photos show a pool... There is NO POOL.... Room does need updating and extra room (chairs & loveseat furniture needs to be replaced as they are stained really bad.

I stayed here for a few days payed for two room on time daily for me and my family because our house was burned down and one of the rooms ended up completely infested with bed bugs we then just asked to be switched to another room and they basically told us that we brought them and they wanted us to check out, Ive never felt so disrespected in my life staff were also very rude

The rooms were not clean, in dire need of maintenance, service was poor. We will not be back.
