I fell in love with Lime House! My room was incredibly beautiful and stunning! My first impression was big "WOW" Clean, bright and modern accommodation with a pleasant fragrance. The room was perfectly clean (I expected such a high standard in a 5 star hotel, but not here in 3 stars - I was glad to stay there for 4 nights).During my stay there was an unexpected problem with the central boiler (so there was no heating and hot water at all or a while). I did not even notice it. Oliver was absolutely amazing! Before my room has cooled, he managed to provide room with fan great heater. Also he asked regulary If i need anythilg alse, if everything is ok etc...so kind he was.Such a professional fast and pleasant service! After a few minutes, my room was warm and after another hour later came another great surprise - hot water worked! Oli and Rasa have done absolutely great work! Both are lovely, smiling, professional and kind! Love them both!I was so sad that I have to left such a great place! Ive been to Brighton many times ... I know how other hotels work, but Lime House with Oliver and Rasa was the simply the best experience in Brighton for sure!!! They made my holiday !! Thank you so much for being so kind, helpful and friendlyl all the time!PS: Location is TOP! Close to shops, downtown, restaurants and beach!

The hotel has been great value for money and the decor is very nice- not too over the top. Also fan in the room has been a great help. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss but not too bad as didnt really need it. Also theres an annoying beeping coming from outside but it goes off every now and then, however dont know if its a permanent thing or not.

A lovely place to stay in Brighton, the staff went out of their way to help us. It was the first break with our baby, so it was a challenge but made so much easier with the help we had from the staff here.A lovely large room, sea views, comfy bed, clean, great price. The only reason it isnt a 5 star review (and this is quite a niche reason!is that the floor was quite creaky and the light from the sign outside came through the window until it was turned off at 21:30. Not the most soundproof of rooms, but the traffic slows around 20:00 anyway.Lots of restaurants, shops and sights all walkable from here.Parking on the Square outside was easier than I thought - if theres none available, just do a couple of laps and theres always one that becomes available.Would we stay here again?Definitely, yes. Thank you all at LimeHouse!

We had a lovely stay at the Lime House. A fantastic location in Brighton. The room was bright and open and its obvious that a lot of thought has gone into décor of the rooms. All the necessary amenities were provided - hairdryer, fan, kettle for a cuppa. The beds were sumptuously comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Not a professional hotel. Clean and tidy, however the beds are hammock, long overdue for new mattresses. It is a converted house, not purpose built, so you can feel fully involved with the phone call of the person in next room.Stay here if you would like to wake with a back ache and every time your neighbor clomps across the floor above.Very surprised this has not been mentioned before.

Our room was spacious and well decorated and clean. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. Our room was on the top floor and as there is no lift a good pair of legs was needed but was fine for us.The bed was comfy and the duvet nice. Our only complaint were the pillows which were incredibly flat and there were no additional spares available in the room. The hotels in a great location but be prepared for some late night street noise which cant really be helped.Would happily stay again.

Really enjoyed our 5 day / 4 night stay. Our little guy was teething like mad, and staff was really sweet and understanding. They gave us a hand with our things, and helped us find kid-friendly things to do. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to the pier, Brighton Dome and Pavillion, all the local sights really. Its located along a fairly quiet street facing a little park where an AIDS memorial statue stands. There are tons of cafes nearby and lots to see and do in the area. The Lime House staff recommended we try Terre a Terre, a vegetarian restaurant in the area, and we were blown away with their food. We had a great time in Brighton, and it was largely in part due to the staff at Lime House. Thank you!

My wife, daughter and I took advantage of school vacation and sunny weather to spend a few days in Brighton, and booked into Limehouse. We were absolutely thrilled that we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and showed us to a lovely sunny room on the second floor. The room itself was warm in all respects - it was surprisingly spacious with a bay window through which we could see the sea, a large, very comfortable bed, a modern and clean en-suite bath, and a sofa on which to drop after a long day of exploring. What made it special were the little touches - the coffee selection, the little decorations, the selective use of color, all of which made it feel more like a home than a room. The location. Is perfect - the inn is located in a square only 6-7 short blocks from the Brighton pier, and the seafront is literally at the end of the road, perhaps a 45 second walk if you stop to chat along the way. The square itself contains a large garden in the center, so despite being in the midst of Brighton there is a peaceful feel as if you are a bit away from it all. And at the top end of the road are some very good restaurants, shops, and anything you may need.We loved our stay, and were actually quite attached to the place and sorry to leave. But we will be going back again and again.

We had a great stay at LimeHouse - amazing location and I think we had one of the best rooms with beautiful wooden floorboards and a view of the sea from the bay windows that let lots of light in with the shutters open. The photos on the website are no exaggeration. My girlfriend choose this place because of the great location and we werent disappointed - its about 5/10 minutes from everything, maybe a bit more to the train station. The rooms were incredibly clean which I really like and the staff very helpful and Anna was especially friendly. They also recommended a lot of breakfast spots as they dont serve it which I quite liked as you get to a few different local cafes.

Lovely place - clean and fresh vibe to it. Quiet location but in close proximity to shops, bars and most importantly the beach! Only gripe was the bed was sooo soft that when I woke, my back ached! A small price to pay for a lovely stay though.

This place in the heart of brighton ,situated in a good position as its placed on the top of a little hill ,with a spectacular view of the sea right ahead of & less than a few minutes to the beach & its attractions . Well like myself i do love exploring the shops & markets & with a short brisk down into the town you can do that your own leisure.Lime house itself has that welcoming feeling about it & we chose to stay 3 times last year because of the outstanding welcoming , cleanliness , costing , & the spacious comfortable room with tastefully decor & its home comforts of retro furnishings .The LimeHouse is run by a very proud owner called Jay & across the way his wife has her own guesthouse which both have their own personalities but limehouse is more up to date with smarter feel to it.
