جيد نوعا ما يوجد بها رائحه تموووت ليت يهتمون بالنظافه وتغير الاثاث وشكرا

Market best , compared to other hotels . Providing all the normal things.

الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة جدا بس ينقصها ميكرويف، كاوية ملابس ، الإضاءة ضعيفة ، متوفر مواقف سيارات ، مقارنة بالسعر تعتبر جيدة ، يوجد الكثير من الخدمات القريبةموظفة الاستقبال متعاونة وخدومة

المبنى قديم من الخارج و الاستقبال تم تجديده الغرف واسعة والحمامات قديمة جدا وبحاجة إلى صيانة غطاء السرير قديد بحاجة التبديل الصالة واسعة يصلح للعوائل السعر مناسب الموقع ممتاز قريب من الخدمات

سيىء جدا جداوتعليقي ليش انحذف !!!!انا كاتب عنه بالتفصيل الممل باللي قابلناه فيهوالله ماجلسنا الا فقط للغداء ..طلبنا غدا من المطعم القريب منه ... تغدينا وطلعنا منه ورجعنا بعد المغرب ومشينا ديرتنا بسبب القرف اللي شفناه .هذا غير المصعد ...خطير جدا على الجميع مافيه أي حماية على الباب ..لو واحد فقط حط يده على مكان الباب يعني يا اصابة بليغة أو الله اعلم ايش العواقب.حرام ينسكت عنه .!؟

(نظافه سيئه، تهويه سيئه، صيانه سيئه، اثاث سيء)‼️‼️لو اقدر اعطي صفر نجمه كان عطيت.جدددااا سيء مانصح فيه ابدا! المصعد ماله باب حرفيا خطر على الاطفال. وحاطين موكيت والموكيت وسخ لابعد الحدود حقيقي الواحد يقرف يمشي عليه. والمخدات والبطانيات فيها دبق مقرف وباين مو متنظفه من زمااان وحتى فيه قمل.لولا اننا تعبانين وجايين سفر كان ماقعدنا فيه ثانيه وحده زياده. غير الكتمه الي تحسوا فيها الغرف من زمان ماتهوت، وحاطين الحمام بالغرفه قلك سويت وربي شي يقرف الحمام مو نظيف ويجيب كوابيس للواحد ومش حتكلم عن الكوابيس الي جتني لان ماؤمن بذي الاشياء .وبس مستحيل اجي هنا ثاني !!!

Receptionist no clear instruction regarding check out time, we arrived around 11:30pm instructed us check out time 2pm so the next morning i was confident that i still have time to chit chat with my friend only to find out the morning shift receptionist told me check out time was 12noon whaaaat?? . I dont want to left in hurry and travel back to khobar coz i have a 1 year old child with me. Bed was okay. Spacious yes. Bathroom was little bit congested.Please make some improvement.

I stayed at Lilly Suites Hotel for one night on January 13th, 2021. I booked a two bedroom apartment through booking.com and the total for one night was 452, plus 100 SAR for added breakfast. Upon arrival and after paying, I asked when were the breakfast timings are and thats when I was told theres no breakfast. Had I not asked, I wouldve probably been charged that extra 100 with no breakfast provided. Breakfast was crucial for me and I was supposed to be informed so I can make a reservation somewhere else. This option should be removed from booking.com if it is no longer available. Once at the room, I was extremely disappointed at the state it was in. The carpet was filthy and so were some pieces of furniture. The fridge was not working and same goes for the stove. The water supply at the apartment was poor and it was cut at 10AM when we were supposed to check-out at 1PM. The general state of the apartment and its facilities was below expectations for the price I was paying.

Worst experience staying here, firstly started with the receptionist who carries a worst behavior to talk guest, zero etiquette.AC is centralized extremely poor quality seems from old ages.Washroom sitting arrangement is very congested with decor it cosumes the sitting area of commod. No curtain in Shower 🚿 area, shower itself is a whole misery only one mode there is a button to change but seems very old no one bothered to change it.Even if its 100 riyals per night will never stay here again.

Unfortunately the room was below average. It was spacious with good size TV. However, the quality is not that good. The room & the bathroom were worn and old.

The space inside is good. The flat I had was 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, one living room and a pantry. It had free wifi and 24 hours reception service.

AC not working properly

The room was hot and i change the room and again hot... And the other day before checkout i told the reception that ill extend for some more hours and he told me a price but later at checkout he told me another price
