Lil' Ricci's in Golden

Was rude, almost threatening. After asking them to remake a calzone they messed up on in the first place. Told me I was trying to scam them for $8 after telling me to come back so they could replace their original mistake. People Canaveral good pizza, but what food is worth buying when the Owner/manager, who cause this altercation, clearly shows he cares nothing for the customer, only the money in their pocket. Please avoid this place.

Great lunch deals. Absolutely loved my cheese and mushroom calzone! The rest of my party had the pizza slices and thought they were great as well.

Food was good enough our waitress was great. Very dark and the tables are not super big so iys kind of a hard fit for parties of 5+ people.

We stayed in the hotel across the street and ate here back to back days, the pizza was that good. The calzone is massive and the greek pizza is our favorite. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere was like a small town friendly bar.

The food here is absolutely the best everything was great. Although the only one that must have been happy working there that night was the sweet girl at the register.

found this place by accident because it is close to my work. ordered the hot sausage hero and was blown away at how good it was. plenty of food for $10, service was awesome, and a great vibe. Ill be back frequently!!

Nice family restaurant. Good food. Good service. Marinara has veggies in it so not what my husband expected or could eat but they switched it out for plain sauce without issue.

BOO! You can see from my track record I rarely, if ever, give a bad review! But my salad was soggy and I am pretty sure they took that soggy salad and placed it right on the top of the crust of my pizza. YUCK!!! Weve been there before and it was never this bad. In fact, 2 years ago I gave it 4 stars. Service fair. Wine sour! Maybe they were having an off night, but I would rather have salad, pizza, and wine anywhere but here. Seriously? How can you go wrong in ALL 3 areas? I feel sick...way over priced for what we got as well. I would honestly rather go anywhere but here. I see from the other reviews most people would agree with me in that the pizza is "soggy". Not the best way to start out the weekend but I know lots of great restraunts in the Denver area I can head to tomorrow.

Wow! This place is like a little hidden secret! Had the BYOC (build your own calzone). Food was EXCELLENT! Service was just as good. Not too pricey. Highly recommended!!!

I have never seen such consistency with dynamite customer service and dank food. If you don’t know it would be a good idea to figure it out pretty quick.

Love the pizza but made the mistake of ordering a big salad for lunch today. Their “anti pasta salad” is nothing more than three slices of lunch meat and a bunch of iceberg lettuce. Total cost of maybe 75 cents and they charge $15 for it!

Nice spot that my brother took the family to while we was in Colorado shout to the Newlyweds Broderick & Lindsey Gullatt we had a good time love you bro Ill be back next year around this time.

This was good. Since I am gluten-free I seldom get to eat pasta. However I am not sure which one I had. I got it to go and when I opened it it was chicken instead of the bacon I had ordered. So not sure how I would order to get the same thing again! The mushrooms were great:)

Came here 2 separate times, best pizza Ive had in Colorado. The 1st time I tasted the red sauce and it is so incredible and the 2nd time we had a group of 10 for a friends birthday party. The waitress was extremely accommodating Inflexible and when we built our own pizza, they were even able to split it for half white sauce 1/2 red sauce. Also not to mention the amazing happy hour $3 well drinks. Definitely definitely will be coming here again

Accidentally found this gem. I was hungry in an area I dont frequent and saw PIZZA for sale! Had the calzone special, garlic knots and an Italian margarita.. Delicious, great service and cool music. Plus the football game was on. Next time the pizza will get in my belly!

Best waitresses hand down. Even when ordering take-out. This is old school where they get to know your name and order (even quirky orders).Cheese is top notch, because some cheeses can now irritate my system. Iced tea is always good!This place still has actual Lunch specials, Saturday Calzone specials, and Sunday Family meal specials. We love Riccis!!!

Really good Happy hour friendly service Pizza and crust was really good but didnt like how the pizza was cut into squares and the middle was oily/soggy

Keep coming back here, the pizzas are large and really tasty. Garlic knots need some work though. Id definitely recommend if youre on this side of town.

I visited the location in Golden twice over two days. I always look for New York style pizza whenever I travel. This place has very high ratingsFirst impression was the incredibly friendly staff. Presley was very welcoming from the onset and made great suggestions.I ordered two cheese slices on each visit. The crust was great, the cheese and sauce were very good. Unfortunately, in my experience NYC pizzas are a tad bit more greasy than NY style pizzas in other cities, this went the other way. It was too greasy. The oil on the second slice literally soaked through the crust and made that slice impossible to finish.However, overall it was good enough to visit a second time. Not as bad in the second trip but still would benefit from a little less oil. I shall certainly try to visit again but may ask them to go easy on the oil.I would love to give this place 5 stars in the future.

Recent NYC transplant here. This is far and away the best standard (non-neapolitanpizza Ive had in Colorado. Cosmos is comparable to a passable NYC slice. Ive had em like that and wasnt mad about it. But Lil Riccis is like a slice shop I would happily frequent. excellent taste, crispy bottom. So glad I happened to be hungry at home Depot.

We were looking for a good place to eat within walking distance of our hotel (Holiday Inn Expressand we sure found it at LilRiccis. I had the Mussels (picturedand they come with the best dang bread knots EVAH! Wife had an All Meat Calzone. She was pleased that there wasnt crust "overload", that there was just the right amount of meats/cheeses/crust. My Mussels were AWESOME. And, you can get bread knots as a side, so GET SOME!!!

Had a great experience at Lil Riccis in Golden tonight! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We ordered a salad, baked pasta sampler, and pizza to share. Everything was great. My son loved the pizza crust and the stuffed shells in the baked pasta sampler were my favorite. We will definitely be back when were in the area again!

Ordered carbonara and received the following. Would not refund me when confronted. Never again.

This is probably the best pizza in Colorado..I am originally from the East Coast and I love eating here when I head to Denver.

Absolutely delicious! I brought my two children in and they were very accommodating. The waitress we had was very sweet and attentive. The pepperoni rolls with blue cheese dressing are crave worthy! The calzones are HUGE and wonderful! If youre a chicken parmesan fan then youll definitely want to try theirs. Would definitely bring my family back here 🙂

Amazing pizza/pasta place. The stuffed shells were stuffed so full of cheese and proper spices/herbs, that it was still good, and not just a mash of cheese and noodles. I had the sampler, and I will definitely be back for some other pasta dishes, as well as some pizza.

Weve passed by this place a lot in the last couple of years but never thought to actually try it until yesterday and I was NOT disappointed. The pizza was top tier and my love for garlic knots was refueled. Only complaint was the pasta was very plain and bland. 😔 Other than that, a wonderful place for pizza!

This pizza was great hot at the restaurant, but not that great later after it was cold, because it has more oily than I normally would like, but I loved there side salad and there Garlic nuts. Had great service. just not my favorite pizza but not bad.

This was the best pizza Ive had in a while. What was even more of a very pleasant surprise is the calzones were better than the pizza. The wings were good as well. Theyre a tad bit pricey but I paid for "good food". This is better than paying a high price for mediocre food, & this was far from that ! Also on Saturdays they have a pretty sweet deal of by one calzone get the next one half off 👌🏾. We ordered the large Riccis combo pizza add chicken & tomatoes, a Riccis calzone, & then we built our second calzone that was priced half off. We ate at the Golden Colorado location. If you like pizza & are ever in the area you should treat yourself.

Amazing pizza! The crust was a bit crispy but chewy. Didnt skimp on toppings or cheese. One of the best pizzas Ive ever had, no kidding. It really is that good!

New York style pizza with big slices and foldable crust. Nice dining area. I ordered pizza by the slice, but my pizza was rather overbaked and also fairly greasy. It was still good enough I would give them another chance.

I love a great pizza.. But this place gets the pie in excellence! Every bite is fantastically cheesy and saucy, and full of home made flavor. So many amazing options to choose from... Including an eggplant pizza! Oh yes.... I said it. Lol

Order a large chicken cutlet sandwich with tomatoes, onions and lettuce. When I think of a chicken cutlet sandwich I would expect a chicken cutlet. The chicken was chopped into small square pieces? I am not sure why. I have had chicken cutlet sandwiches at lots of place all over the US and never had it diced. Needless to say I was too happy with it. The tomatoes were diced also. Wasnt digging that much either. The chicken was pretty dry and not much flavor. The bread was very good being crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The sandwich had a good amount of cheese.

I read some mixed reviews here, but it was close so I gave it a shot. Im glad I did! I got a house salad with chicken and a calzone with sausage and onions. Both dishes were very tasty, but I wish I had known the sausage would be sliced since I like chunked better. Both calzone and salad would have easily filled me up on their own, so I left stuffed to the gills - especially because I went for the fresh baked cookie afterward. Still, I enjoyed the meal a lot and the service was excellent as well. Ill be glad to come back when Im in the area again.

I came in during lunch, it was kinda busy. The waitress was nice and helped explain the menu options. This is more of a suit down place. There is an option to have your for to go. I would go to this place again if Im in the area.

Casual dining and good NYC style pizza. The small cheese pizza was enough for 2 of us and was very satisfying. Loved the garlic knots and cheese bread. The ice cream sundae was sweet and simple, but thats not a bad thing. Wasnt looking for a complicated desert after a big meal.The waitress was very friendly! Good prices too

Very good service, and the crust nice and thin so I could tate every pepperoni and jalapeno ony pizza. She kept my beer mug full. Nice vacation.
