Lietzensee Park in Wilmersdorf

Huge but Very tidy, and absolutely free! You can visit lots of animals or just chil out or walk around. Several food stands and entertainment possibilities are there as well.

A very good place who are searching a calm and cozy place. I visited in the evening and it was a pleasant atmosphere. One can walk or jog around the lake. Also, there ia a cafeteria facing the lake.

One of the nicest parks in Berlin. Small enough to feel personal, yet large enough for some nice strolls along the lake.The park has two sections, with a different feels to them. On each you will find tranquil corners to read or take a nap, with a view on the lake or hidden away. More open areas also abound, ideal for games with children or throwing around a frisbee.

Your excursion can start in Kudamm (eg from Kudam 101 hotelsand bring you to the end of Lietzensee. A nice walk especially in winter in the sun. On the way back you go back to Kant strasse (almost halfwayor continue to the end. You will find a place to rest in cafes and restaurants.

Great park. We went here with the dog quite frequently. I really like the views over the water and the unusual lay out of the park bending with the water and going under the bridge to the other side.

I noticed that the people from Berlin like to sit with friends on the bank of some sort of water and chill.One of the preferred locations are the parks. This is one of them.There are even markets nearby for drinks and snacks

Awesome gem in heart of Charlottenburg. Always inviting for a stroll around the two connected small lakes. Popular in summer for evening relaxation at the shore with former boathouse offering drinks and small dishes if you didnt bring your own.

One of my favourite parks in Berlin. You can enjoy your homemade meal or snack in front of the lake. You can also order your food online and meet the delivery man on front of the park :)It’s a nice place for a morning or after-work walk. I practised cycling there too.

Huge park with a lake very nice to visit in summers

Beautiful lake in Charlottenburg, easily reachable with the S-Bahn. Perfect place to get the stress out of the city with still being in it. In summer or winter, the views and panorama of the lake are just wonderful 👍🏽

Nice little park with a small lake in the middle of a residential area and not far from the exhibition hall. Good to relax, crowded in summer.

The "Lietzensee Park" in Charlottenburg, a part of old WEST-Berlin, has an old History. For me it was a great place in my childhood in the 60s. There were not so much people as today in 2021... ;-)Anyway it is a great place in middle of a stressful city, to relax and chill, maybe swimming... ;-Hahaha.. Nobody does today, but we did in the past and once there was a real swimming club hosted...A nice place to visit...!!!! ;-)

Very green, clean and nice park, makes you feel close to nature, especially with having such a beautiful sea which is indeed quite big.Became my favorite place for walks since I moved to Berlin/Charlottenburg.You can also find many people running around, exercising, playing or having picnics

A nice pub right at the lake. Prices are a bit higher than usual, i.e. 4 Euros for a beer. Lots of tables outside, some inside. You can watch sports on a couple of screens. Service is fast and friendly.

Great place for a stroll, jog, picnic and casual meet up. Theres basketball courts, table tennis, childrens playground and a small outdoor gym.For those casual, lazy weekend hang outs, theres a coffee house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. They also serve great ice-cream too. Enjoy 😊

The Lietzensee park is very quiet though really in the middle of the city due to its position below roads and having buildings all around. You will be able to lay down on grass or exercise or just walk around. It is usually not too crowded and offered good options for coffee on the north side.

Small park with a beautiful lake, great for taking short walks in the middle of Charlottenburg. Likely crowded in the afternoons and on weekends. Big grassy area to lay down in the summer.

Beautiful safe tranquil park in the heart of city west

A very beautiful place to enjoy the sun with enough space also in the shadows of the trees. Enough space to not to share the own blanket. And thankfully not many children. A lake-restaurant is there, with okay-ish prices, where you can easily enter the restroom without crossing the whole restaurant.

We had a pizza next to it. And it was nice :the lake does not look clean so much

Beautiful park, perfect to go with family or friends, kids have a special area besides the park where they can run and play, see the lake and so on. The air is clean, and when it is sunny in summer or spring, it is such a nice place.It is also good for people who like jogging or running. There are supermarkets in the area so you can get the things you need, also there is a restaurant along the river. I totally recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a good and relaxing time.

Excellent place to enjoy summer days in Charlottenburg. The lake and its surroundings are perfect for a sunny day with your significant other or family. The place has a good structure with a restaurant with toilet. It’s also great for jogging or running. I don’t think it’s possible to barbecue here though.

Good place to have a nice walk, very quiet and not too many people. Very clean park aswell, good for taking your dog outside.

I come here almost everyday for walks.The park is well maintained and offer space for joggers, walkers, children, readers etc. it is split into two lakes and divided by the Kantstraße. There are two playing grounds for children, closer to the Kaiserdamm side and one on the otherwise close to the Protestant church. therecare several places to have coffee, a glass of wine or a salad. There are many joggers and the park is usually full in the summer. In the spring and summertime the boat House offers the possibility to sit down and the water, enjoy the sun and a Snacks, ice cream or drinks. The usage of the rest room is free for guests.
