Harolds Chicken did not cook order as requested "fried hard" Large chicken wings (not preferred, by the wayneed more time to cook. Pinkish undone wing joints discovered on arrival at home, on chicken which was requested to have "light ketchup and hotsauce" but instead was doused with way too much sauce. Please listen to your customers. Cook the chicken thoroughly, every time, whether it is requested to be "fried hard" or not. Make sure it is done. Please.

A good location and food as well with a courteous and kind staff

I asked for food fried hard and simve they were closing they rushed and made outside crispy but inside was done enough going here is always hit or miss smh mostly miss you really have to explain every time in good detail.how you want your food or most likely it wont be right sad Matteson lets get it right the one in monee is always good made the way I like to the T perfect always they just close really early and dont really understand they would make more money idk thats maybe all they can do.as of now but Monee Harolds I rate them at a 10 out of 1thru10 .

The fries are so good with the mild sauce, chicken had no seasoning and they forgot my mild sauce

Harolds at this location is excellent. It reminds me of the original Harolds from Stony Island when they first opened!

Every thing was okay

They werent playing any music because they apparently hate the culture of jimmy Johns. Looks like time to restaff imo

Hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the chicken is on point! Other times its over seasoned and salty. The sauce is always good. Staff can be friendly depending on the day/time and workload.

Im definitely not a fan. This is our 3rd time ordering food here and again our order wasnt right! I refuse to eat here but my daughter doesnt mind. Not all its hyped up to be imo

American Best is a Great place, the employees are so polite and sensitive to your needs. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Stopped by Jimmy John.. also was able to pick up 50 cent loaves of bread from them.

Stores i visited were a little below average service was ok

The plaza was nice and clean easy to park and the food was great there.

We had a waitress that was so friendly. She checked on us so many times we really felt important.

Went to the dmv for my daughter and was given missed information at the door but knew better still got seen and I was right still go in people dont always know what there talking about but please always bring your papers or proof and right info with you of who you are id birth certificate pass ports mail even for kids if needed

Petes Fresh Foods is fantastic! I also love the eyebrow threading shop.

In a hurry to get me thur my eye exam so the doctor could go home and get my glasses paid for.

DQ for a chocolate marshmallow shake. It was decent. They required exact change or card.

Liberty Plaza is ok I went to Americans Best and eyeglass shop. This was my 2nd visit. Everyone was very professional and informative. Prices were reasonable.

We didn’t make a purchase at this furniture store. The staff was nice and offered a catalog to shop through... selection was one sided.

Stopped here to get some tacos from Pepes. The place is crowded with business, so theres plenty to do. Located along 30 so thats something.

Nice plaza at Matteson. Discount Rugs and Furniture is the best joint. Great value furniture and the best price in town. I tried them a couple of times and I recommend them

Went to enterprise car rental. Staff was rude! The staff failed to give correct information causing issues with getting a rental. By the time we made it back with the additional information it was 6:00 exactly, the doors were lock, they were inside, but wouldnt open the door. Horrible experience, I will never deal with them again.

You have American Best ..furniture store .. Harolds Chicken and Jimmy Johns plus clothing store and Enterprise Rent-A-Car
