Shopping mall facilities and everything is very outdated. And it is very hard to find shops inside, but Good range of tech shops are present. Food court is so old and very limited in range.

Best place to buy electric appliances and accessories and more

More shops are closed. Earlier this was a very crowded place for mobile phones and camera equipments. Few shops in the food court are opened.

A shoping mall good place to get electrical items

Mostly famous destination for mobile phones and its accessories. Prices are low and affordable. There are other shopping stalls as well.

One of a largest modern shopping mall in Sri Lanka. It should be the first shopping mall with electric escalators. More shops available for various types of products mainly clothing stores, mobile stores, electronics stores food courts and etc. Ample parking area available at basement floor, but you have to pay more than on street parking fees on Colombo municipal Council area. The important thing is there security staff to monitoring vehicles therefore it is an safety space for parking. Anyway recommended location.

Place is nice. But be careful when buying things because goods are overpriced in most of the shops…

The mall is filled with mobile phones and mobile accessories shop, best place to buy mobile phones and accessories, there are clothing shops too, thers is a foodcourt and keells supermarket in the basement, the mall is well maintained and organised, parking is slightly expensive.

Went to the Pen house shop to buy promate exercise books . Along with we bought a paint brush also it was cheaper. We bought a paint colour palette from the Premier Book store.

They have charged 2500 for car park 3.5 - 4 hours. I have been to the uptown but the bill amount should be 15k in order to redeem the car park fees. It’s totally unfair and very disappointed. 2500/= is a huge amount to the car park. Hope the management will be consider this and rectify their mistake and amend their car park procedures. Very unhappy! The entire day with family gone upset because of that issue.

We visited to liberty plaza shopping complex around 2pm todayWe spent around 3 1/2 or 4 hours to buy our personal stuffs when we checkout the carpark counter they told 2500 rupees we have to payThis is very bad because, to park the car in Shopping complex if you take 2500 from the customers no one will come and purchase stuffs from you first you have to respect your customers but the counter guider who collect the money from our end he said if you have bills above 15000 in Uptown kandy only its free that means no need to pay for car park.This is terrible and unprofessional guidelinesIn this current economic crisis no one will buy 15000 worth of clothes in Uptown kandyI will never ever going to visit this shopping complex anymoreI will definitely inform all my friends and relatives.

Pretty much good for an all round shopping experience. You can buy variety of branded and normal products ranging from expensive to affordable. Also they have variety of products ranging from personal care to professional needs.

Best place for mobile accessories in one place. But some dealers tell high prices so be smart about what you are buying.

Its a mall with shops. One side has reasonable places to buy from & the other side(Uptownhas high-end places.

Good store. Maintenance is not bad. Number of shops inside are significant. Cafeteria also good. Ample parking space.

There is a shop call "phoneplus" dont buy anything from this shop they sell broken products,airpods bought from that shop had to be changed more than five times.🤬🤬😭

Cool place to do some relax shopping, all most everything available like cloths, mobiles, tech gadgets, Tea ships cinema etc. fully air conditioned, average crowd and items prices also average comparing to other places similar to this place.

Best place to repair your Apple devices. Specially iPhones. Highly knowledgeable and experienced technicians available

Gloomy, with an extensively underwhelming atmosphere. It’s stayed consistent for over a decade-It could use a few tweaks of improvement- a complete renovation perhaps, and much more flattering lighting conditions all round. Definitely deserves a comeback after all these years.

Old, dated and confusing. Escalators only go up. You have to take the stairs on the way down. The confusing layout might lead you to the fire exit which is creepy.This stores are mostly mobile shops and food outlets.

They dont have ventilation or AC when theres power cut. Only one light is allowed in a shop. Otherwise there are lot of useful shops.

Good place for electronics and accessories purchases. Not a convenient place to spend time still, recommended due to the availability of variety of things but, not all the shops are reliable. Elevators doesn’t work all the time. Parking is very inconvenient since their parking fee is not reasonable and even the public parking slots on the road are always full.

A very good place to find a good mobile. I couldnt believe the number of mobile shops there were on the 1st floor. Many clothes shops have disappeared now apart from 3 or 4. Only one eating places on the 1st floor! A big change since my last visit in 2019!

Its the place to go when buying mobile phones but its hard to find which store sells genuine products and which doesnt. Its convenient because all electronics are under one roof. Liberty Plaza itself is pretty rundown and poorly maintained. Its easy to get lost in the building. Would be better if there were maps and if the building was maintained better.

A great place to visit. But the restaurents in the food court are not in a good condition. Food also very oily and added more preservatives which seems to be very unhealthy. However, its a wonderful place to visit and to do shopping. 🛍😊😀

One of the oldest shopping mall in Colombo which now much famous for phone related shops.

Very poorly maintain but if you need to buy a phone this is reasonable price due many shops for mobiles. Rest of the shops have primum price for most products. However you will find 2 ARM, peoples Bank, Food city and good species car park with Liberty Plaza.

Liberty plaza is a shopping mall situated in kollupitiya, Srilanka. It is situated in R D Mel Lane. As a busy area, I would like to say first, this shoppong mall have a great parking space. They have two stories for parking. The first floor is for the vehicals that come for the appartments. Second floor is for the customers ho visit for the shopping mall. Bit it charges 50 ruppes for every 30 minitues. I went there last week to buy a new phone. I had to park my car there for 1 hour and 18 minitues. They charged me 150 rupees for the parking ticket. Some one can say that it is okay to charge that much amout for a safe parking. Bit i think its little too much. Cause we are going for the shops in linerty plaza to buy stuff. They should provide free parking for the customer. Anyways, Inside liberty plaza, you can access to many shops, like mobile phone shops, Curtsin shops, Grocery Shops, electronic shops, Sport accessories shops etc. They also have a food cabin where you csn dine in or take away. There also a play area for kids too. Good plac to hangout with your lobed ones as well as shopping. Reccomended to anyone.

One of the premier shopping mall in Colombo. Lots of shops including mobile phone shops, super market, food courts & many more. Now UPTOWN Kandy also part of Liberty Plaze. Limited parking during busy times but have to pay.

It was pleasure to visit liberty plaza. All shops are opened under rules and regulations of Covid 19 protection procedures. This is December, the mall has been decorated so beautifully. If you wanna visit. U can enjoy.😊.Stay safe 😍.

This is mainly a mall for the locals the food hall is nice and a decent supermarket. Special mention to the tea shop Basilur a great place for everything tea related especially as gifts, very friendly and helpful staff.

Larg shopping mole in the colombo. Situated at the kollupitiya junction. Variety of shops available at this shopping mole. There is a seperate food court at the basement of the building. You can park your vehicle at the car park. If you want to buy vouchers from the liberty go to the office in the second floor of the building.

Many shops available. Including kellss super and food court. Most of the shops are moniker phones and other electronic items. Adventure gear shop, wine store with many local and foreign brands. Clothing shoes, perfumery shops, cosmetics shops, intimates shops, jewellery shops, tea lounge, shoe shops and premium stationary shop included.

Nice shopping mall with various shops. I visited a shop for buying umbrellas. The girl who led me was so sweet and able to help me out and packed it well. There is lot of parking areas and shops to enjoy. Due to the recent bomb blasts the security checkups are very severe but good for the safety of the customers.

One of the first true shopping complex / Mini Malls to set up in Colombo still has a good collection of shops with jewelers, fast food clothing and shoe shops electronic and book stores and of course phone and electronics shops sitting the complex also has a Keells supermarket in basement level with complete range of foods and groceries including a bakery. New wing at Liberty Plaza was added that has some international brands and shops including coffee shops etc

My kind of a favorite place. Because where i can find everything in one place. Specially the food cort. There are so many variety types of foods there. Specially Bubble tea ohh thats soo yummy. haha. As well as there are many phone shops, where there you can find cheapest prices all around the Colombo, and so and so many things, burger king and may famous branded clothing stores also there...

This is the first of its kind in Sri Lanka which started in later part of 1970. One can buy all your requirements at this place. It has a Keels Supermarket, home appliance stores, clothing, wine store, telephone shops, restaurants, sport goods, spectacle shops, book store, shoes shops, and two ATM machines. Latest addition is Uptown Kandy which is on the top two floors.
