Quality service with reasonable price.

Center of HAWASSA and near to bus station

Lewi Menhariya is not as its previous standards. The service provision and their customer services are the poorest in Hawassa. It takes for them more than half an hour to take orders and at least an hour to get your order. On top of these the food they provide us was not interseting, we paid the bill and went out without eating it.

The place is close to the bus station and offers affordable room service that makes it good.

Best Place

Was under expectation. Especially from such a known brand in Hawassa City. The cafeteria was unclean. We spent one night in their double bed room and it was fairly clean but was not satisfactory. The Tv in the room was severely outdated and of very low quality. Some lights in the shower room were not working. We honestly decided to stay there just for its proximity to the city’s main bus station, otherwise we would have never even consider it given there are great hotels and resorts in the beautiful city

The llace is not nice to take a nap

I would not recommend. Spend a bit more and stay at Pinna or elsewhere. WiFi stopped working after the first few hours - the staff couldn’t explain it or help get the connection back. Cockroaches, bed bugs, and ants in my room. The bed is as hard as a board. No point trying to get the small mosquito net around the bed. Walls are disgusting with squashed cockroaches, bedbugs, and ants parts. The floors are the same. Lingering sewage smell in my room.Loud guests - or hotel staff? in the very late night. Very disappointed.

Weak wifi, busy street, slow service. But good quality food, clean considering the location and the menu is packed.

Its better than most motels but hotel management need to work on some serious flaws. WiFi service is horrendous. Id recommend staying at a hotel offering better WiFi if you plan on working remotely. There is also no breakfast included. The net hanging above the bed that is used to fend off mosquitos is very small proportionally compared with the bed. Therefore, the net usually comes off or will not be able to fully cover the bed. Its fairly quiet and bathrooms had hot showers. Also the hotel should work on installing a phone system in order to be able to convienently order food or drinks from the hotel room. Currently the only way you can order anything is by walking to the front office.

Perhaps the best eating place on menaheria side of the town. Tasty juices and fish dishes!

I have been all over the country side most of my life and this is one of the best resort i stayed smiling face and greetings starts from security and take you same at the front disk saying that cheek in easy and price is the same week end or week day there is no skin tax like other place the bellboys will explain every thing with a very worm hospitality.i get the chance to look same face when i come back ,this shows me that there is no turnover. food is great and testy .please keep it up and let the management get the big credit hope to see a lot when i come back .power backup generator need to be automatic that is i can say .

I have been there many times its a great hotel

I have been there several times, it used to be the best in Hawassa, but now after my last stay, Im changing my mind.The reasons are:The rooms are dirty and outdated!!!Every single corner or appliances needs repairs and RENOVATION. I dont think the administration ever have looked back into their work to make it better!!!The mattress need to be changed, it feels like a hard board!I still have to recognize that the place is beautiful and customer service is good!!

I dont have a word to express my interest

If I can explain about this place is a rubbish avoid if u can , me and my family booked it for 4day over the phone we arrived on the date they promised us a price over the phone when we get there the price almost doubled I have explained the situation to the head of the stuff but we found no one to listen what we have been promised. After all we have no choice we decide to stay because it was too late to find another place the bed was crap my 10-year-old couldnt sleep on it and we have asked them to change bed which they did ,the bed was no better than the first one . It was not lock for the doors for our rooms its crazy no electricity to use the facilitys we have paid for extra avoide this place if you can !!!

The Hotel is beautiful from outside.The customer service is great everybody is professional. The room looks ok but the mattress and pillows are dirty. the bed is squeaky. What is worse is we were close to the water we couldnt get sleep because of flies and mosquitoes.

We were stayed for three days.The taste of the food is excellent. The staffs are well mannered.If the rooms were equipped with Air conditioner, it will be so nice. Generally the service is Superb.
