I have stayed in the hotel for two days. I use to visit them alot, a while ago. Their service has declined and the hotel is getting old due to lack of maintenance.I had a dinner in the hotel, it was terrible. The fish was deep fried, not grilled as per my order. It was overcooked to cover the staleness. This is unacceptable from any restaurant, and especially from a hotel of such caliber. Am sick now, food poisoning for two days straight. Hope they can rectify such horrible situations.

Lewi Hotel Piaza offers a very amazing service and the cleanness of the hotel is amazing. It is truly amazing for the price specified and the breakfast service was fantastic as well.

If you go to this hotel dont book rooms on 5th floor. I couldnt sleep because of the water pump noise. It is annoying!

The food and bed are neat and nice. The new cinema/ meeting Hall is also advanced and built well. But you cant held a meeting for a long time in the hall because it has no ventilators and its AC is not functional.

Lewi has four branches in Hawassa only. Lewi Resort on the lakeshore, Lewi Menaharya, Lewi Piazza and another Lewi around the park.I had an appointment with a car renter at the Piazza branch. Its a nice place to have some hot drinks, juice and even business discussions. There is an ample parking space on the right side of the building. Its situated close toone of the main roads. Green, quite and classic hotel.

Lewis Hotel Pizza, we had really a fantastic and delicious breakfast some years ago like 10 years before . After long time on June 11th 2017, I had a special trip to Awassa with my family. I went there thinking that situation even will get more improvement than before to the same . Of course, the build seems good but service is not the same like before.Please beterr to improve your service including providing regular training to your waiters/waitresses as to the content of menu and from what it is prepared.Regards
