Good park for the kids with free train rides when the weathers fine. Indoor picnic area with plenty seating, free use of a microwave and a hot water urn, An ideal park for those families traveling through who are looking for somewhere to eat lunch regardless of weather conditions and to let the kids out of the car to run wild. Clean tidy toilet facilities are also situated conveniently right next to the road with a Wheelchair/Pram ramp for easy access.

Cool park with alot of different attractions for the kids, There was a tidy and clean toilet block right there and we loved the indoor picnic area with plenty of seating for all the family and a microwave and hot water available free to use.

Its a fantastic playground. Theres so much to play on for the kids. They just run from activity to activity for hours, but, its so much fun, the kids want you to watch them play on everything in this wonderful playground.

What a fantastic park. No kid could be bored there. Even fun for big kids.

It is improving, which is great to see. Would be fabulous to add a water park or some water play added for summer. Maybe a more toddler proof fence both at the road and the little kids area. Otherwise it is a big playground, lots for older kids to do. Minimal for the little ones. But still fun, good attraction, well kept.

Stopped for a picnic lunch here, has public toilets, indoor picnic area, outdoor seating and a playground for the kids. Grassed park lined with trees. Convenient with parking off SH1, superette for food and drink right across the street.

We always love to stop at this park. Kids love all the activities. Shame sometimes it was raining and couldnt so anything. I think toilets should stay open 24/7

A good place to have a break if travelling. Has toilets and a decent park for the kids. Areas to sit and eat plenty of parking.

Plenty of things to play on for my daughter. Fair bit of muddy areas, but there had been lots of rain. The play areas are looking tired and in need of maintenance. But my daughter had a lot of fun regardless.

Flat grassed park area with trees. Imaginative adventure playground equipment and small scale train track. Public toilets and indoor picnic area with decking. Bench seats. Off street parking.

Ill start this review by declaring I straight up missed the Weraroa public toilets (a future must stop), and I ended up here. Situated in the adventure park these bad boys offer solid value for money. Ofcourse at an affordable $0 and 5/2/1 T.S.D. ratio not the worst place to release some pressure in the town (the worst being directly into Lake Horowhenua), but not a must see family activity.

A good area to take the kids for some time out. Lots of interesting activities for the kids. Great to just stretch the legs on a big drive.

Great Dog Park!!Water bowl would be good if possible to clean it somehow!

Such a great park, lots of things for kids to do. Had a ball there with the family. A bit of a laugh for adults too.

Absolutely beautiful park, huge open spaces with all sorts of different things to play on, theres a small skate bowl & area to skate board/scooter etc, there is an excersize equipment area for access to excersize equipment for free! There is also a flying fox, large climbing web/frame, spinning barrels & also a separate playground for toddlers & younger ones.There is also free access to a large room with tables & chairs, a kitchen with bench, sink, boiler for hot drinks etc & also a microwave great for family gatherings/picnics/day out or birthday parties.There is also a toilet block with plenty of toilets, access for disabled in all areas, ramped access to toilet block & gathering room. The toilets & gathering room are beautifully kept, clean & tidy. Aswell as the park & play facilities all beautiful clean & well kept!There is also the mini train track loop & 🚂 ride.The park is kept under 24hr video surveillance to avoid any damage or wrecking of the park & facilities, which works because its well kept & never vandalized. You will also find donation posts around the park where tiy can make a contribution to the upkeep & facilities at the park.Cant wait to go back in the summer time.

Today clean up work was happening after a small tornado went through, but usually the Adventure Park is bustling with visitors and locals. There is often a coffee cart in the carpark and the rides and amusements are well maintained and fun. Occassionally gets vandalized as most parks seem to but local council, volunteers and businesses are quick to get on top of clean ups so it stays a safe fun place for both adults and children of all ages

Its just so much fun...for ages 1 to 14 I think....awesome exercise course for beginner adults too.

Wonderful place to be. So much fun. Well designed. Kids and adults both can enjoy. BBQ facilities, coffee, toilet facilities, slides, etc. Will definitely be back again.

This is definitely one of the best kids playgrounds in the lower North Island. Our young son really liked the fenced off littlies area with a range of equipment that we dont get in the Wellington area. Highly recommend as a stop off if youre travelling through.

Discovered this park while driving from Marton to Porirua one day. This park is one of the best around at it brought back a lot of memories of playgrounds that we had back in the early 90s when i was young. The park and playground equipment is while thought out and the best part is that some of the playground rides are big enough for adults to play on as well.

Great for all age children teenagers and adults in the exercise area coffee is usually there toilets are clean and well supplied parking is easy and there is a dog exercise area

Brilliant park for kids of all ages. Great to see they also had a wheelchair swing available.Its large, clean and tidy with free bbq area available during the day.

Even though our kids are all grown up we normally still stop here to use the facilities which are lovely and clean and to buy a coffee from the friendly people at the coffee cart.Best of all is there is a dog exercise area for our dog to use the facilities and stretch her legs, have a drink etc.

This park is great and 1 of the best I have been to over NZ. Caters for all ages and great to see a swing for wheelchairs and catering for the not as mobile children. And is kept well maintained and clean. Clean toilets and has change areas for children. 👍 to the council for a great park for everyone. More councils need parks like this.

Had a nice day out at this park. It is good for both children and adults. There are multiple playgrounds for the kids to play on and even an adult outside gym area. You can also go for a nice stroll.

Have my coffee truck at the park have been here for ten and half years just love it beautiful people and love seeing the kids so happy playing at the park has the best cleaning toilets in town thank u Faye u keep them spotless

Great playground and the little train going too donation only. Adult excercise equipment too all for free.A bit of a mission crossing the road with my 4 year old grandson to get some lunch at the dairy as there is no crossing. There is a coffee cart but limited in lunch choices

The park is situated in a convient location at the southern end of Levin Township along State highway 1. Ideal place to take a break when traveling with children. Park has a picnic & BBQ area, toilets and one of the best playground in New Zealand.

We often pass this playground when we are heading on a kiwi holiday adventure along SH1. This time (with the kids s bit olderwe made a point of stopping. It was a great decision.The park is big, colorful and has a selection of apparatus to suit all ages. Our kids had s blast on the swings and enjoyed clambering on the train and around the fort. The tube slides were a bit big for them - maybe next time.There was a wheelchair swing which I havent seen much. This really made rge place stand out as trying to cater for everyone.The park had good toilet facilities and there was s place to buy coffee. Key features.

Nice wide place for the kids. Theres a free mini train ride, tons of playgrounds, sand volleyball, a basketball court. You can rent out the function hall as well!

One of the best playgrounds for kids. A great sliding area, great hanging and climbing area, a really good Zipline, and two giant hampster wheels. You could easily spend half a day there, but your kids could easliy stay much longer.
