A really great place for a quick, healthy and cheap lunch. Good selection of soups, salads and sandwiches, as well as pastries, tea and coffee. Great atmosphere - a bit of French flair without being pretentious. Definitely coming back!

Recently visited the cafe. Very nice inside and outside, beautiful and delicious bakery. Ordered cappuccino and small cakes with cream. The service is ok, in the beginning we couldn’t understand the menu and the staff was explaining it 50/50. What I liked that during the pandemic it’s controlled who wear masks and if someone comes without mask, the staff asks them to wear it on. Safety first. You order near the counter and when it’s ready, you need to come and take it to the table. You can pay by card and cash.

I enjoyed my croissant. Friendly staff and a nice place to sit for a while.

It was just ok. I tried their soup and Shuba salad, nothing great.

Very delicious 🤤 and a cup of espresso with a bit of milk is just the way I like it - not sour and not too bitter. Somehow this place makes me feel like Im in France 🥰

A decent pastry shop with excellent service. Some of their combinations, like eggplant and chicken, are not a guaranteed success but sweet pastry is good.

When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating. There is no table service though!

After I paid I was given a number which I took along with my tray and put on my table. The cashier girl started yelling on me saying “No one would find you at that table! Return tray back to the cashier table and then we will bring it to you.” I was embarrassed. It’s my first time in “Boulangerie” and I don’t know how it works here.While the food is great, the customer service needs to be improved.

Delicious, fresh food for a snack or a meal; along with a bright clean setting and pleasant atmosphere.

The cafe looks nice from inside and outside. However, once you decide to try it the perception is changing. Me and my friend were waiting in front of a bar to place our order and four (!!!!!employees were talking among themselves ignoring us. It lasted quite a while. Once we got their attention - and they weren’t happy that we interrupted them - the service was so slow that it was hard to believe. I hope it was a one time accident and is not a usual attitude to customers, but I wasn’t courageous enough to give it a second chance.

I love this place so much. It is the third time, when I visit this Café and I still happy after visiting.

Very good tea selection, Ok bread and pastries. Staff are too rude, except one oe two at maximum.

They have not literally sell some sandwich to the woman, when it was 21:00 on the clock.I luckily bought my bread at 20:59, but the next time I’ll return it back and ask for the refund.Very poor attitude to the client, harsh.

The fascinating atmosphere of the real French cafe-backery with nice staff and comfortable seats.One of the best places in Kyiv to have a good time at. We came just to the birthday party, had some wine and canapés for free.The restaurant net is 11 years old. There had been three of the restaurants in the city, however they resently closed the one on Kontraktova Ploshcha Square permanently and now run only two.It is gorgeous that boulangerie is on display here and we have a great opportunity to taste French food without taking out our passports from pockets.

Finally i have found one good bakery in Kiev. And this one “rocks” for real. Its one of the best in Kiev !

One of my favourite places to eat in Kyiv and a stopping place to load up with baked goodies and savoury filled croissants and baguettes before heading off to Chernobyl, where the good is appalling. The selection of pastries, tarts and cakes is mouthwatering and makes it difficult to choose just one. The staff are friendly and very kind to a foreigner who speaks not a word of their language. Looking forward to visiting again in October.

All was finee... till I saw that they clean shelfs while in shelfs under stays food... so all dirty parts fall in other food... before I loved here very much... please clean shelfs when you put food in fridge after working day finnished...

The presentation of the pastries and sandwiches are soo good but sorry to say, most of them are stale (hard bread, old fish, fungus inside the strawberry). I donno how the cafe attracts so many people but its like making a fool out of them. (((((((((

I cant even start to describe just how good this place is. All the way around! If you are up for a French/Italian breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience in Kiev: Come on by to Boulangerie.

Used to be one of the best bakery in Kyiv. New owner (Fozzy-group?made it cheaper but less atmospheric and pleasant.

Changing my opinion about this restaurant, the food is as always "ok", but they started making french "galettes" in the street which I found quite nice and interesting.

Maybe pastries is too sweet for west european people,but for locals just right.Good place for saturday morning.
