I havent been there so I cant comment on the service or food. It does like very nice. BUT WHY ARE THEY NOT OPEN ON A WEEKEND?

Not open on Saturday night when we stayed at the Motel attached. Room service menu in the room didnt advise the restaurant wasnt open.
Pleasant small venue attached to motel / food was definitely cut above the usual motel fare. Crispy skin barra was excellent and the duck snd chicken dishes very pleasant- excellent service.
Food was great but it was Kathys outstanding service that made our dining experience so enjoyable! Will definitely be back! And thank you Kathy :)
Absolutely amazing food. We just so happened to come here for our first visit on the night of the new menu launch.I had the fish cakes for entree, and duck main. My partner had the halloumi entree, and gnocchi main.Food was some of the best weve ever eaten anywhere. Sauces were perfectly matched, vegetables perfectly cooked, and my duck was out of this world. Service was great and friendly, too.10/10 will be visiting again.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Les Chefs tonight and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely amazing, friendly service; we felt like we were the only ones in the room. The food was delicious, unique and fresh. We particularly enjoyed the home made tortillas with our entree. My steak was perfectly cooked and serving sizes were generous. We hadnt been to Les Chefs for several years and wanted to try somewhere different. So so glad we celebrated here tonight. I dont even have any photos to share because we were so eager to tuck in.Thank you! We will definitely be back.

I spontaneously booked this restaurant on a Tuesday evening.It will not disappoint.The staff were lovely and very knowledgeable about the menu. The chef supports local businesses including beers.I had the steak which was cooked perfectly and my husband had the pork belly. Both mains and entree were beautiful. Meals were decent and well priced.It is a deceiving building as it is part of a motel but it has a nice little courtyard that we sat in.We highly recommend this little restaurant and we will be back next time we’re in Bunderburg.
Celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary was going to be difficult with two Gluten-free Vegans. After a couple of visits to Les Chefs, Dion never stopped creating more and more wonderful dishes for us to share.I booked a table for two, requesting another couple of (off the menuvegan temptations, to our delight, Dion didn’t disappoint us once again. We were surprised with tasty cous cous, southern fried mushrooms, grilled eggplant and zucchini rolls, roasted pumpkin, baby carrots and crisp asparagus, our best gluten-free vegan meal to date. The combinations worked fantastically together, with the sweetness of the pumpkin, the saltiness of the eggplant and the crunch of the southern fried mushrooms we were both overjoyed with our succulent meal, our only disappointment was hearing the last scrape of the fork and knife while claiming our final mouthful.Never to disappoint, Dion then wowed us with a gluten-free vegan dessert of pineapple upside down cake, it was deliciously moist and decadent, topped with maple syrup, candied orange peal and grated macadamia nuts for creaminess. Simply a heavenly sweet….Our waitress was attentive and bubbly, with plenty of drink suggestions, so I have begun a slow tour of their extensive collection of boutique spirits. Each of our dining experiences I have sampled two and I have so many more to explore.My biggest surprise was the price, two people, two mains, two sweets and drinks all just under a $100, I couldn’t believe it, this is unheard of in Bundaberg. Even at our local hotel we never leave with less the $150 spent.I wish I had a photo of our meal to show, but unfortunately it was too delicious to stop and photograph, I will try to remember next time, maybe, depending on my ability to resist the temptation to taste before snapping an image.Thank you Dion and team for making our night so memorable, looking forward to joining you all for many more evening meals to come.⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
My food was ok, the waiters service was ok, but this place really need to get more staff in the kitchen. We arrived there at 5:30pm and I got my food at 7pm, my dish was a piece of meat, potato and broccoli like what were they doing? Growing the potatoes? And when we arrived in there they were busy with only one table of two people. The other people that I was with agreed that the dishes were too oily and very slow service. What a shame thats time of our lifes that we are never going to get back. They are also very sarcastic and dont understand that the concept of a review is not only to inform other people but to help the business to find their weak points.
The last 2 weeks i have had the best meals here. The staff are amazing. The chefs are awesome. Thank you for making dinner so nicee while away from home

We ate here on Monday night. We had the seafood tasting platter and the sirloin steaks and they were delicious. The wine was very nice and all very reasonably priced. Lovely customer service too. Would recommend and we are glad we visited!
Great quality food in Bundy.Front of house staff were knowledgeable, friendly & attentive.Lamb shank melts in your mouth, the beef was cooked very well & the freshness of local produce were top notch.If you have dinner there on a Wednesday- they also donate their specials menu to a local charity. Very thoughtful.
It is definitely a must go place in Bundaberg. Nice staff, great recipes and all the food I would love to have everyday in my life. The eggplant, pork belly and salmon were perfect. The prices are incredibly low.
Went in for dinner on Tuesday night. I must say I was expecting a sort of "pub type" food. How wrong was I.I ordered the Macadamia crusted Salmon and it was grilled to absolute perfection. Served on a few slices of sweet potatoe, beautifully cooked with a lovely natural sweetness. There was also brocolini, green long beans, crunchy but cooked correctly retaining the colour and flavour.The service and food for me scored a perfect 10. It is a restuarnt I would higly recommend to people who have dined in 5 Star Michelin restuarants. I will certainly return.

After a very stressful day driving from Brisbane yesterday, my partner and I decided to have a quiet dinner at Les Chefs. It was a truly relaxing experience. Cathy was absolutely accommodating, the food portions were generous and tasted amazing. We dont get this kind of service all the time in Brisbane. Thank you so much. We will be back. 😊

A beautifully intimate setting, the food is A.MAZ.ING! Ive been back to experience nearly everything on the menu and have had pleasant dining experiences every time. On busy nights the staff have been accommodating and even with a full restaurant meals were out in a timely manner. Les Chefs is my favourite place to dine and would be my top recommendation in Bundaberg.. Grab a bottle of the Shirvington Shiraz with your meal, its a really beautiful wine.Also amazing are the restaurant take away meal options. Weve purchased these a couple of times and the quality and size of the meals far surpassed any expectations.
Amazing food. Service was friendly and welcoming and the meals were to die for. We had entrees, mains and dessert and could not fault a single thing. Great job.
I cant comment on the dine-in experience but was excited to try the ready to go meals after seeing them on Facebook. Sadly it was not a good experience. We got the veg lasagne, the meatballs and spaghetti and the bacon wrapped chicken. We discovered when heating the meatballs that they were raw in the middle. Unfortunately after seeing this we were not prepared to eat the other meals either incase they had not been cooked properly either. Over $40 wasted on 3 meals. Would not recommend.
We made a booking and was told we will have a table inside, but we were placed outside. Quite dissapointing since we had a baby and it was cool outside. What was the meaning of our booking then?The mains were really good (we had the chicken and the prawns). The entree we had (bread with mushroom and thyme pureewas average.
As a seasoned traveller around QLD, often the destinations I stay have basic meal choices within the districts. Finally I have been recommended a restaurant by the motel ( Acacia Motor inn.to my shock, was the professional greeting I had by the Chef and incredibly friendly staff. The quality of the meal was truly eye opening. I cant recommend any restaurant above Les Chefs.
Excellent friendly service. Waitress was very helpful. Food was excellent, lovely atmosphere sitting outside. Wine was an excellent choice by the waitress. We were very happy with our experience. 😊
By far the worst meal ever had. My wife ordered the Pasta it was bland and more water then anything. No flavour at all. Soup spoon was needed. . I got the steak. Asked for medium rare. And came out rare. . Overall i would not recommend this place to anyone. I made mention when i went to pay. Only to have $18 waved from the bill. Stay clear if you dont want to be disappointed. Was meant to be a special night for wifes bday only to leave unsatisfied unhappy and still hungry..

At Les Chefs, you also get to experience many locally obtained foods AND drinks.👏👏 The Pocket Storehouse sourdough bread(local business); heated through & topped with Dion’s yummy caramelized balsamic onion... melted in the mouth & popped the taste buds sensationally. 💥💥I tried one of the weekly specials of Duck with asparagus & a “deliciousness” sauce.Loved being able to easily pick up the separate tastes on the plate.Couldn’t resist a dessert special of cheesecake slice with another taste sensation topping of fig in rum & orange glacé.Great experience all round... including the service 🤗👌👏
Average unfortunately. The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly but alas the vegetables and chips were very basic. Friendly service which was great. If you are looking for a top quality meal maybe keep looking. But if perfectly cooked steak with average sides but friendly service is your pick then this place will cater to you nicely
Great meal, smaller restaurant. A little bit darker inside than a usual restaurant. Very friendly wait staff. Had seafood fettucine, very nice. My wife had lemon barramundi, also fresh and cooked just right.
We had a lovely Valentines dinner here last month, a 3-course meal in lovely ambience indoors (nice and cool, too!). There is also outdoor seating if you prefer. The fish was excellent, and the pavlova was to die for. We were late to go to Mon Repos for the evening, and the staff were very helpful in making sure we were served quickly and promptly. Well done!
Le Chefs was such a great experience. Me and my partner have been wanting to go there for couple of years now and finally had the chance. I personally am very picky on food and customer service so hardly ever rate any venue 5 out of 5 stars. Le Chefs is DEFINITELY worth it! Food is simply amazing and delishous, definitely worth the money. Two ladies serving us managed to be very visulant without being interruptive. (Best service experience in Bundaberg within 6 yearsFood arrived extremely fast and empty plates were cleaned immediately.Not to mention the restaurant was almost full.Want to have a great dinner and relax, GO TO LE CHEFS.

Great service and even better food. For a small town its great to find a gem like this. Steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Lamb was equally as good. The sauces and sides were also good. The Pavlova was just like i expected. Wine was cheap but still tasted good. Highly recommend
Can never fault the food, Staff, Atmosphere, Chef or the Company I include with a meal. Les Chefs is one of the best Restaurants in Bundaberg. Meals always cooked, prepared and presented Professionally. Food is the Same each time, Perfect! Lovely atmosphere. Great for that Special Gathering or Valentines. Right for any occasion. Thumbs Up.
Great and fast service. I ordered a lunch special which was $12.50 and I got this enormous plate full of food, I couldnt fit it all in, they let me take the left overs home. The restaurant has a very uniquely decorated interior. Staff were very nice and friendly. Loved every moment.
Nice place with great food. Service was a bit slow but fully compensated with great food. Had the lamb which is perfectly cooked and well marinated. Potato well done and vege perfectly cooked. Others had rumps which is fantastic as well. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! :)
Ive been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The $10 lunches were much bigger than what Id expected, and much better quality than Id expected for the price. The burgers at lunch are massive, and so delicious. I almost couldnt finish it all, but I forced it down. And the desserts....its definitely one of the hidden gems that more people need to be aware of. Plus weve always had excellent customer service, I dont see how it could get any better!
