It was quite good, the service was good and they have friendly staff.The reason for a 4 star rating is due to their burger ... honestly it wasnt the best.

I have always enjoyed all your meals and services until recently coming across this waiter, some slender guy, he is always full of attitude towards me. There is total poor service from him. Like an instance today, he served me pizza by just placing it at the edge of the table. I mean what if it fell?? So disgusted by him.

I placed my order and it was delivered on time hot from the kitchen. Very delicious and the service was awesome.

The place was empty....bt do not let that fool you. Waited for about twenty mins for the pizza. Have to say it was worth the wait. Best pizza I have had anywhere.

Hands down some of the best burgers in Nakuru City, however they have no sauces which can be dry for some. Pizzas could use alot more cheese-they were underwhelming for me.

One of the best pizzas in town, full of flavor and very generous toppings. I would give it a four but they are not in the Glovo app which seems to work better than Muchiez and Jumja foods.

Shawarma was a bit disappointing to be honest. Missing those fresh flavours you get from crisp lettuce and carrots (overcooked). Chicken also slightly dry. Did not try the pizza.

I bought two large pizzas yesterday and it was meant to surprise a family just to find dead cooked cockroach in the pizza.Kindly the health of the customer matters alot.

Placed order for which we were informed waiting time was 20 minutes. 40 minutes later after enquiries on the delay we were informed the order had in fact not been processed. Unapologetic supervisor who was responsible for the mess in the first place

Good food very slow service

Good service. I only realized their burger is either not fresh or theres something with it. Each time I eat their burger I have serious stomach ache and diarrhea. Im looking for a good burger place in nakuru apart from KFC

I went specifically to try out their wings and I would recommend on a scale of 1-10 Id give them 5 simply because they were yummy but the wings were the fleshless part of the wing terrible and a rip off my money.

Serene environment, however, Id rather have chicken Inn mediocre pizza. The pizza must have been kept in the oven for so long to the point where the cheese is all dried and hard . I didnt try any other meal. I dont know if its just that one instance but I really didnt like the pizza.

Well situated fast food within the Nairobi and, quite convenient and comfortable to hangout. The meals are interesting, with a variety of western, Asian and African flavors. The pizza is delicious and come with more options than the regular fast food. There is still a little work to be done in terms of prompt service but judging by Nakuru standards, this is a very nice place to eat and hangout, perfectly suited for a date and the price wont set you back much.

Great setting, excellent service. Their pizza could use a lot more improvement with the exception of the cream cheese chicken. Their burgers are however the bomb!That is, the Texas burger...no one has refuted it.Also before you order for anything, kindly inquire how much it is. I was disappointed when I ordered a pizza only to be charged 150 Bob more. Yet on the display menu it was 800. Reason I was given was that they normally do that and that I should have asked. Wonder why you need to ask when you order using their menu...Be careful...this is bad for business. Youre chasing customers away

They have the most affordable pizza in town with a wide variety. The menu is very affordable. Well trained staffs who are quick on their feet. I actually love their white coffee too...

Our pizzas were very nice and the staff were friendly, service minded and spoke perfect English. A tad pricy but nothing crazy. Can recommend the milkshakes.

Their fast foods are good. In case you dont know what to order,I recommend the Texas burger or their Buffalo wings. One can also have the Oreo milkshake if you are in for a refreshment.

Lennz was the IT joint for snack food, however, this time round, it was nothing like what I remember. We walked in, sat for several minutes without a hint of service coming our way, until we decided to up and leave. After trying to reach the manager, he never returned my call, who has no problem viewing WhatsApp stories whilst not caring about the joint.

It aint a big place but trust me, its worth your money. Lennz is such an amazing place. Loved the pizzas offered at this place, they try new recipes every time.. The arrangement inside is so soothing and welcoming. You will also love the waitresses, considering they are all patient and kind. Honestly, this is one of the top places in Nakuru.

Why cant you just have a phone number to make pizza orders.i went there and i still had some bs to attend to in town do i asked the lady there how i can order coz i wanted it to be delivered when am home so that i can eat it when its hot.only to be told i should download jumia and order there.i couldnt even place the order.Is your aim to support an application on google or to offer quick service to your customers.its better you create your own order site.

The food was amazing. Loved the spicy wings!! Ill be back for more.I also enjoyed the customer service. Thumbs up Pamela,she brought us the baby chair before I even asked for it.

Loved the Texan burger, I have tried most of the burgers here, but Texan burger stand apart.

I ordered via Jumia food for home delivery and it was quite fast. One star down because the pieces of chicken on the pizza were too chunky (very bigand also I found a huge bone which was a bit disappointing because I thought they should use chicken fillet! They should improve on their pizza quality, it just felt like the items had been thrown on top and weren’t well thought out and they should also send out at least serviettes with their deliveries.

Good customer service. Enjoyed chilling out there in my Nakuru vacation. I liked the location of the spot. They could however improve a bit on their pizza. The price of the pizza was affordable to the common mwananchi. The decor in the place is simple but elegant which is something I really liked about the place.

A standard, a little costly restaurant located in the heart of the CBD. Excellent, quality offers on meals, refreshments & assortments. The quality of the Pizza is not commensurate with the price, compared to offers from alternative restaurants. More needs to be done on customer service training. They have little knowledge and skills on customer relations. The management should unpin the notice "Management Reserves the Right of Admission" since it is not only ambiguous, but also provokes discriminatory tendencies...

Nice place. My kids love their burgers, the pizza & ice cream are wow. I tried their smoothies and it was arrgh ,they should get the ingredients right. Fresh juice is plain ..too much sugar & water. pathetic!
