Great place to stay when on vacation. The karaoke at the pool side was lots of fun.

This is literally the worse hotel next to another horrible hotel its loud they play loud music by the pool every night you cant even sleep it just looks fancy its not fancy thou

I had high expectations of this hotel but unfortunately it did not meet basic standards. Very poor customer service-not a welcoming environment. Staff needs to be trained on how to make guest feel comfortable. A tall gentleman not sure if he’s the security guard or manager but he always had a nasty look on his face and kept walking over to the front desk whenever I made an inquiry. The room was small, especially the bathroom- every time we showered the water took a while to subside. The rooms were not properly cleaned. Just too many issues to continue. I wish I spent more time reading the reviews before I spent my time here.

If you’ve had a long drive and you need a place to rest your head, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. I didn’t get to experience it fully because of COVID-19 restrictions, however, I was not disappointed by the room, service, staff and location. It’s on a major road, you can’t miss it. The staff was very friendly given the fact that this room was booked a mere hour before we arrived.They gave us suggestions on where to find food which was right down the street. The hotel’s restaurant is closed because of COVID but they offer complimentary breakfast that is included with the room. All you need to do is select your favorite option when you check in and they can deliver it to your room the following morning.We bought dinner from a restaurant a few minutes down the street and took it back to our room and watched tv. The room is comfortable and it has everything you will need for a good nights rest. It’s clean and fairly modern. Under the current global circumstances, I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. Would I recommend? Sure. Don’t expect to feel like you’re at a Marriot or a Ritz Carlton. Keep your expectations to a minimum and you won’t be disappointed. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever take another over night trip to New Amsterdam.

From an international perspective 3/5 stars, rooms were adequate, however having stayed there twice, regular room amenities were inconsistent, wifi can be spotty depending on the room youre given, bathroom can have a weird layout. Breakfast lacks variety, however it is tasty. If youre staying for one night youll have a decent stay.

I give this place 3 stars for the view, space and amenities, took 2 stars off for service, quality and value for money

Unfortunately, my experience here at leisure Inn was very uncomfortable due to the bed bugs bitting me all night. I woke up with extreme rashes on my back and neck. The room was missing many necessary items like an iron and towels. When I made complaints at the front desk the receptionist was very apathetic and unapologetic. Usually the restaurant here at leisure inn is pretty good, which is one of the reasons why I came to this hotel but when I took my family up to the restaurant the lights were all off at 7pm and we were seated in the dark, restaurant staff was slow and unhelpful. Overall, this will be my last stay at leisure inn.

I book a room there for my brothers wedding 08/16/19, I arrived there in the afternoon around 5 they could not find my reservation, the double room I booked was not avaiable, and to add insult to injury the rate I was quoted was not the rate I was charged, it was already late I was tired so we accepted the rooms given, nothing prepared me for the experience I was about to have, I slept for about 4 hours got up to use the bathroom 🚽 and I sat on the toilet I thought my eyes was playing tricks on my when I focused closely, it was a mouse running on the counter top where I had my personal things, I opened the drawers and they were live roaches running in the drawers, they were mouse droppings next to the refrigerator and a dirty plate with food and a cup with soda in the refrigerator from a previous guest, one of the managers came to the room and said that her staff didn’t do a good job of the hiding the dropping, needless to say myself and sister were in total shock, this was 4 hours I to us checking into the room she then decided to only refund us for one night of this horrific experience.If you’re looking for hotel accommodations don’t go to Leisure Inn

Very nice hotel. The poolside bar is great and the grilled shrimp was awesome. Internet was spotty in one section of the hotel unfortunately.

Booked to stay here over 2 weeks ago from London to celebrate 6th year anniversary with partner. As i was flying in a few days earlier to surprise her. On the same day i was to check in. I got a call 2 hours before i was to arrive to say my room was being cancelled as they now had to cater for a function all rooms were not free. Very unproffesional and disappointed after looking forward to this stay. Staff making call was not even apologetic in they call and when asked if maybe another room was free too use was offered the Executive suite but at same rate not even offered to me at the same rate of my old room they cancelled as a gesture of good will after the inconvinece they had caused me. What made it worse as i had bookd this hotel after the recommations of family/friends who had stayed here and said and how nice a hotel it was and good service. So disappointed and want be booking gain after that service. I was grateful that the hotel next door Little Rock had a room a last minute room for us to book into. Great customer service that staff at Leisure Inn can learn from.

Leisure Inn is nice place to lay your head while traveling. It’s one of the newer hotels only open a year or so. Bed is ok and furnishings are acceptable.

It so happens that we decided to stay on the hotels 1 year anniversary. Where do I begin with the complaints 🤔. A basic room is way overpriced. There was a smart TV that did not connect to the internet. There was no TV remote. The desk lamp was not working. Telephone was not working. The bathroom was flooded after a shower. We went back to the front desk and requested a new room. Another faulty room that we paid full price for. By the time we settled in a new room and called the kitchen for room service, we were told the kitchen was closed. They then put together a plate from the event for us. 1 plate for 2 people to share. At the time of check out, they charged us $3000 for the made up dinner. Never again leisure Inn. We did NOT get what we paid for.

Worst restaurant service

Manager on duty, tall thin gentleman, needs more business training. He missed out many rooms getting purchased over a 5 day period. Family rooms were available, wanted to increase the price based on the number of people in the room. Not business savvy at all.
