Leduc Common in Leduc

Its a strip mall with lots of different locations. Including rona canadian tire walmart dollar store Timmys gas bars banks planet fitness banks etc. So a bit of everything. However it can get busy and some issues with road ragers Ive experienced myself. Like literally smashed my window because they thought they had the right of way. So extreme violence.

Well kept, organized, and clean.

Great place to stop by when heading to Calgary. Usually its busy but not super crazy.

There are alot of different stores and shops here , pretty much everything thing you would need , I try to avoid coming due to the poor access , one way in and one way out except going through the residential area , if there was every a major collision at the main area it would take you forever to get out , just my thoughts , nothing wrong with the shops though !!

It is a good place for shopping as lots of stores are there.

Good mall with plenty of parking and great stores! Walmart, Canadian Tire, Staples, and many more. Smaller and different stores like Peavy and its excellent selection of items.

Traffic in and out has No Flow and people drive like idiots...Not the best. Great Businesses though.

This place has pretty much everything you need for a shopping district and parking is never a problem. Traffic is totally ridiculous though, especially since there are only two ways in and out, and the back way is through residential. Dont go here at peak hours unless you have a lot of time. It would be nice if a gym would open up here!

Lots of parking. Many different stores to choose from. Something for everyone

A little bit busy, but lots of businesses with friendly and efficient service folks. Love the subway here, and the mucho burrito does good work, too. The Tim Hortons parking lot is a bit of a gong show to get in and out of, so if youre healthy enough to make the walk from the gas bar parking lot just go there and save yourself the stress.

Great choice of shopping. Saves the drive into the major city Edmonton all we need now is a Costco... Well we got our wish Costco will be here in 2018 at the airport shopping centre yeah 🤗

Clean tons of stores everything from Canadian Tire Walmart Telus Peavy you have a dollar story of Tim Horton Jim gas station at the Great Canadian Brewhouse dont forget about Michaels that place has everything there is so much I didnt even talk about you got endo you have Booster Juice you have EB Games then and these are just the ones I can remember off the top of my head

Just stopped in for gas at the shell station. No line up. Great service. In and out in no time.

Good food fast and delicious it was a great place to eat before I went shopping

A smaller version od South Edmonton Common with a great variety of Outlets Stores and specialty stores and good restaurants.

Go to Val-Mart and shop for things, they gave Cosco products there and you do not need a membership

I sat out in my car while my friend got subway. Seems like shes enjoying It. She hasnt said anything.

Excellent shopping area but unfortunately all traffic has to come in and out one way and so is slow getting in and out of the area

Great place to get whatever you need done. Generally not busy, except Saturdays of course.

Last convenient spot to stop for gas/coffee/shopping on the QE2 heading south to Calgary.

Great pit stop on the way home from Edmonton, better then driving around and getting lost in Edmonton!

Always enjoy window shopping at various outlets in South Common. Usually wind up buying something.

Good selection of stores for everyday needs, the parking lot layout is crouded. I notice a lot of people wearing pajama pants every time I go here.

Lots of selection, although fairly busy. Great pit stop south of Edmonton if you dont want to stop in the busy city.

It’s set up really poorly, and I’m surprised more car accidents haven’t happened here. Too many major stores and parking lots, with a median separating north and southbound lanes. Poor design, poor layout.

Lovely layout, good selection of stores, adequate crossing lights and street signage.

I only stop there on my way from Fort McMurray to Calgary for coffee and gas. Since thats usually at 3am ... I dont really see the rest of the place.

Lots of good shopping but the downside is access. The main intersection there at the lights always seems to have an incident of some sort so getting in and out can be a challenge.

Terrible design for walking, or cycling. Everything is spread out by massive parking lots. Poor bike parking everywhere except Walmart.

Leduc Common is fortunate to have Albertas best Canadian Tire. Awesome friendly service, huge selection and great prices!

Great place for a large variety of stores to shop at, you can find everything in one close location.

Not well designed with one main entrance/exit. Alternatively you can go into a tight residential area behind with also one entrance/exit.

Lots of retail businesses including hardware, department, banking, clothing, discount, electronics, take-out, delivery, drive-in, and sit down restaurants.

Great place to do some shopping and not overly crowded.

Not designed for easy access, if you must go try the back way it may be longer but in peak times it is much less stressful.

You can shop Canadian Tire, Winners, Rona, Sport Chek, Michaels, Walmart and so on. It is very convenient place.

Its an outdoor mall complex. Contains many restaurants a Walmart, sportchek, Canadian tire, Michaels, Rona, Peavy Mart... etc. Typical shopping experience with many stores in a grouped area.

Lots of good decent stores, tons of parking and food as well!

So convenient to have everything so close. When I lived in walking distance I got all my stuff done here, and I always stopped for a bit driving to or from work! morning to night they have your interests covered.
