I had my wedding there! One of the most elegant places I’ve ever been to.
Bad Housekeeping and unprofessional staff at lunch restaurant
The worst place to have your wedding at, seriously! They dont even deserve 5 Jds! They ruined the wedding of a friend of mine. The worst and most deceitful wedding planner they are working with is: blue event and wedding design!A screen fell on people that could have killed somebody at the party and the wedding planner took money and refused to give receipts and started threatening people! If you want to ruin the day of your life do your wedding at this miserable hotel and let the most deceitful weddng planning office in Jordan (BLUE EVENT AND WEDDING DESIGNtake care of your wedding planning and you will definitely have people getting hit and killed by falling giant screens at your wedding party!!!! Disgusting AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
Very friendly and nice staff. Nice hotel, the minimum charge at the restaurants is a bit annoying i think they should fix it for the hotel guests. Breakfast traditional and delicious. Highly recommended
When I arrived, there was no water in hotel, water pipe was broken, the furniture little old , spy is great
Amazing place high recommended 👌
One of the best stylish hotels in Amman. Good rooms, good security system, nice breakfast
hello , I would like to thank the staff of this nice hotel . they ALL are amazing from the security man till the owner of the hotel . highly recommended for their kindness . breakfast is rich , the entertainment in the evening is really good . hopefully who reads this review from the hotel workers would send my warm greetings to : Heba( shahrayar , Zaid(security man,Abu Salah ( in-charge of the breakfast pathio)Marwan Al-zbidat
The staff are the only good thing in this hotel. Staff are all friendly; reception, restaurant, vallet, trolly boy and management. But the room is very dirty, bathroom as well.Would recommend to check the pillows before you put your head to sleep
There is NOTHING royal about it! About 4 weeks ago my cousin had his wedding party in it, and the manager only put 21 tables instead of 22 . So the missing table was added only after a long dispute with him! Unfortunately, the manager and his colleague followed the Groom and his Bride to Their room and asked him for 400 JD regarding the added table despite that there were no extra attendees as they miss-numbered the tables AND 10 invitees didnt come! The Groom felt embarrassed in front of his bride and paid him from his wedding gifts ALTHOUGH he stayed 2 nights in this hotel that does not represent the service of 5-star hotel. I believe it deserves just 1-star!!A complaint also was submitted but the response and communication was too slow and rude! So W e wrote a comment/note on a post on the hotels Facebook page, but they deleted it and forbade commenting on all their posts!! This is the most rude treatment we have ever been expose to, Esp. that we did many parts in many 5-star and 4-star hotels! This is the WORST Experience!! So I dont recommend this hotel to anyone Who Wants to do a Party! They are not Respectable to their guests who are their Bread and Butter!!
Tried Chester, the sitting area and the view is amazing. Lighting ( keeps change colorswas uncomfortable and the food was not that good for a hotel like Le Royal
Great hotel and stylish that have been for long time. I personally prefer because of the location and view.
Very bad service !! The employees so rude
dirty washroom, very slow service, empty fridge or they can fill it up if you leave 100 JD at the recieption as a deposite.
Every time I visit Aman I return back to this hotel. It is secure, the rooms are big and beautiful, the spa is super, the service is remarkable and location is good.. love it
The service overall is good but I tested an open buffet during Ramadan and the items that were served are very bad and the refills are too slowly
Nice location. Good service. Very near the boulevard and mall. Rooms are spacious and clean. In hotel dining could use more variety.
Only attended a wedding thereOld but gold
Very bad staff i do not recommend
Im still dazed at the architectural & structural work I saw here. RHR is one massive structure, the atmosphere is cozy & welcome. Fairly pricy but worth the spend in my view.
great service and clean rooms
🇪🇭🇧🇷 hotel very good, beautiful aman
Luxury room and wide view from high floor
It was a nice place for a conference. The food was delicious.
Lovely hotel; Tasty Food and great Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟can you ask for more!?
New promotional - all you can eat Sushi for 22++ JOD on Mondays and Thursdays from 5pm to 11pm - at "Buddah Bar" is a great experience with exceptional quality and magnificent service. Highly recommended for couples and groups. The view from the 7th floor at the evening is breathtaking
Great royal hotel and resort, Great customer services, all are so Great. Many Thanks
Nice restaurant on 10th floor with beautiful view. Food good
A great hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, decent rooms delicious food and very secure. Nasser and Rawan were AWESOME!
One star for privacy. I went only once in my life to Jordan and stayed in this hotel only. After I went back, I started receiving phone calls from Jordanian scammers who tried to fraud me and pretended to know me. The hotel shared my details including passport copy, phone number and other details with these men therefore I had to change my mobile line and email. Luckily i refused to write my address on the form. So be careful!
Such a beautiful place to stay at, a city view, close to almost everywhere youd need to go to! And then, there are the rooms... MAGNIFICENT, a tip for your stay there, move the couch to face the window to enjoy the city view while comfortably sitting on the couch
Good place, some rooms need to be refurbished like the one I booked
Everything was amazing BUT!Lighting distribution is too bad I felt headache my eyes is hurt and the quality of speakers too noisy it is looks like pom pom pom pom I feel like Im losing my hear
Absolutely amazing service and clean rooms. Best hotel stay in years. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!
I was there for an event. The event room we had was beautiful and comfortable with great natural lighting. Staff were extremely friendly and always available to help. The room setup and equipment were perfect for the event which included video-conferencing. The sound system also was perfect.
Nice classic hotel in amman, rooms are okay, furniture is alright but old. What i dont understand is that why would valet charge money, and why would the restos charge a 25jod minimum charge, isnt the hotel quite overpriced to begin with?
Royal spa is very good spacious. 3 pools huge Jacuzzis beautiful views from 8 floor. Watch totallly amazing sunset from the pool after good exercise and relax .not overcrowded. Huge free underground parking. Fresh towels tea and coffee unlimited. Polite personal. No kids. All this for something about 90 jd per month. Chesters restaurant is .....really dont know where to start 😕 very slow motion. Expect your drink in a just 15 min. Bill takes them even more. Arabiesy place...if u like Arabic rap music, small portions, hubbly bubbly atmosphere and unreasonable hi prices thats your choice. Though view is amazing all the time
It was good. Felt safe as all guests are made to go through a security check each time they enter.
The only good thing about the hotel is its view to Amman, the interior is old as well as the room furniture. My brother was there as a groom with his bride nothing special was placed for them as new wedds. The price per night is expensive compared to the poor quality given. Hoping to see some new renovation!!
It was good. Felt safe as all guests are made to go through a security check each time they enter. Amenities were nice. Would reccomend it.
Thank you for the service and the helpful staff; but I didn’t like the hotel atmosphere over all. They have no respect for non smokers, sick people and children. Smokers were every where at the lobby, the breakfast area even the towels had Smoking smell.I used the message service and didn’t like it; they’re not professional. However the gym and spa area were very good and big facility.Breakfast was good But same food daily. The room had space and good, the bathroom didn’t have water hose, bath robs and tooth brush, but we got when we ask for them. The security check at the entrance is annoying, but ok.Thank you for the Nice helpful staff.
Room had a cockroach running around when we got in after being out for dinner. Bathroom required attention, I thought Id use the spa facilities only to see the lockers required cleaning. Definitely not a 5 star experience. Would rather recommend the Grand Hyatt opposite.
Fantastic hotel the staff, service and the food at Chesters were outstanding. The Rib Eye and caesar salad are my recommendation. You must have a massage the Chinese one is not only completely relaxing but it also rejuvenated my whole body.
Good location, parking is a problem,so you need valet. nice lobby. good design.it needs clear signs to different halls..I suggest putting signs for each floor in elevator to make it easy to find your way.
They call this a luxury hotel but Ive stayed in better 3 star hotels than this. The lobby area is old fashioned with old furniture that should be replaced. Rooms are ok but not the most comfortable. However most rooms have excellent views over Amman. Staff was ok but would have expected more for the price.
You can have a wide view of the whole city from. Your room window. Very neat and elegant place. A bit delayes room service whrn you ask for something by phone especially during high seasons. Luxurious Spa and the food is good too. It hosts a lot of celebrities and there are always concerts all year round.
Nice view of Amman hills on the 10th floor. Service was good. they required a minimum per person on Friday night. Music is nice - live jazz when visited. They have high chairs for best view.
Excellent upscale location and reasonably new place. Excellent convention and meeting facilities. Good restaurants and a lovely spa area. Good breakfast buffet with warm options and fresh juices! Large rooms!
Superb events management services. Staff went our of their way to guarantee our workshop went well. Coffee breaks were very rich and delicious. Lunch offered as part of the meeting package was delicious and menus versatile. I would definitely consider for future workshops.
Been here multiple times for different occasions and reasons. I consider this hotel one of the top whatever your visit reasons are.I gave it 4 stars as you cant park your car by yourself and you are obliged to hand it to the valet (a lot had bad experience in this place before).
