Nice place, I recommend coming here an hour or two before sunset, youll get an incredible view as a side dish;)We ordered fish (Poisson braiseand fried bananas with sauces. It was really good.Take a taxi and come, it is worth it.

Its a place right at the sea.Many varieties of fish thats grilled.Taste is great.Recommended Ba fish and Gampas (shrimps).Watch from the sellers as all of their products is fake.Also if you liked any product you can cut 70% of the price.

Quite a nice merging area bordering immediately the Wouri river. Its a quiet, gentil air place you are sure to love cause its a little hidden and so far from some ville preoccupations and noises. The specialities of this charming lieu are mostly the varieties of fresh fishes they get direct from the river( carps, captains, salt fish, etcbut also other local fishes and water animals (crabs, gambas,etc). Then also offer roasted chicken likewise the fishes at valuable prices accompanied with an extended handling of drinks you wont miss to have your choice within. The service is 100% ok. In fact the best is also to go take a look by yourself 😉 at then give your own testimony here.

Restaurant au bord de leau mais hélas aucune déco, pourtant le lieu est naturellement beau. Accueil assez quelconque. Nous avons mangé du poisson qui était délicieux

If you look for something local, this is what you should do. Not fancy or elegant but fresh and acceptable. Look for the freshness and watch while cleaning, its important for your health

Très beau restaurant avec accès sur le fleuve wouri où lon peut prendre une bière en dégustant des grillades (poissons et gambas notamment).Je recommande cet endroit accessible si lon veut décompresser tout en profitant des sensations de bord de mer. Toutefois les prix ne sont pas à la bourse de tous et le front de wouri pas toujours très propre...

Un rendez vous incontournable si on est de passage à Douala au Cameroun, le paquebot fait partie dun agence de restaurants pittoresques situé au bord mer dans la base navale et on y sert des fruits de Mer du jour a des prix imbattables. En tous cas vous êtes sur de manger du frais. Laccueil est chaleureux et lambiance à la camer garantie.

Very nice place, restless good fresh food

Le cadre est agréable et on mange en bordure du wouri (sauf erreur de ma part). Le poisson est légèrement plus cher quà Douala bar, ce qui est tout à fait normal vu la différence de standing. Situé en zone portuaire, il ny a pas beaucoup de circulation dans la nuit et il est indiqué de disposer dun véhicule perso ou du numéro dun chauffeur de taxi 🙂. Sinon le poisson est frais et bien cuisiné. Jy ai dégusté une bière bien fraîche Orijin que je découvrais dailleurs.

노을을 바라보면서 저녁을 먹는 곳.시원한 바람.직원들의 친절함.음식도 맛있다.근데 이넘의 파리들....이동네에서 밥 먹으면 당연한 일이라고 한다.다행히 우리가 밥 먹을때는 파리들이 사라졌다.가끔 외식으로 한번씩 와도 괜찮을 것 같다.

Les poissons bien frais et bien braisés... un service de qualité du parking jusquà la restauration... un cadre agréable

The place would have a way better rating if it wasnt for the enoying flies all over the place and vendors bothering you with CDs and Viagra and watches and pens while you are eating. Service was super fast, food was great and the set up gives you a smart local vibe. Still a cool place to visit.

Espace de détente où se restauré aux berges du fleuve wouri, dsns un contexte pied dans leau....Vous y trouverez du poisson frais, assortie aux compléments locaux (miondo, frittes de pommes où de Plantin...)Le prix est conséquent donc y aller avec une bourse fournie.Le milieux est souvent saturé, au point de ne plus avoir despace les week-end.Le service y es de qualité, vous ne serrez point dessus.

Best shrimps

Nice food but the facilities is not clean.

First you need to go there with locals, if you are a foreigner just forget about going there. Difficult to find, and you need to know not to be ripped off. The place is like other places around very very basic : a roof, 4 pillars, table and chairs and that is it. Shrimp and fish are good since fresh from fishing. And that is the only reason why to go there, like street food.

Nice place to eat fresh fish caught at sea and from the river Wouri. Offers good sitting position just at the edge of the river, with a good view across the estuary. Prices are moderate, but you have to wait for about an hour to eat the fish which is slowly grilled on charcoal. The place attracts a trendy crowd, and is best to visit in the evening.

Amazing little jem right next to the river. You can enjoy freshly caught fish straight from the grill. Great place to enjoy the vibe and sounds of Douala. Prices are good with a lot of side dishes provided with your order. Will most definitely eat there again if i find my self in Douala again.
