Just returned lovely food great room with views,great staff sadly hotel full of Russians sun beds forget it had to go down at 7 in the morning to get 2 beds even then it was touch and goWent into buffet first night to find jostling people trying to get near food it was chaotic like a zoo at feeding timeWife in tears not a good start to a holiday went to see manager to be fair he soon had things sorted for us we was looked after all week well done .They were the bad points but in in all fairness it was a nice week would I go back No I dont think so

We loved the location and all rooms had the ocean view. The pool was big and spacious. The entire property is filled with fun things to do like mini golf, water sports, beach access, games like badminton, tennis and table tennis. Lots of options for dining toO.

Amazing hotel, I truly love it, the beach and vibes, the extra care they put every time you visit. I was celebrating my husband birthday and they surprised me with an amazing complimentary setting in the room. Great service and smiles started from the reception to the room service and the restaurant Gonu! Cant wait to go back!! Amazing service from this team. Nothing is too much from the beach and pool staff to the cleaners and chefs . Multple times different chefs talking and chatting with the clients and making out favourite cuisine and dishes at request to such delicious standards. Upgraded to spacious suit with a stunning view. Highly recommend this place if you want to be looked after

The staff are actually the best, so lovely. Really felt at home and taken care of. Great environment, lovely attention to detail. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurants on the premises offer great meals. I really have no complaints about anything tbh. Hope to visit again soon.

The food was thw worst thing, but the beach was amazing and i really enjoyed swimming there.The next day the worker came to clean the room but he did not master the cleaning and did not bring all the toiletries and bathroom supplies.

The drive through to the beautiful hotel gives an aura of luxury. Adan Moasad and Another colleague gave us a very warm welcome, and made sure that we were comfortable. All our check in requests were honored and this felt amazing. The upgrade was a very pleasant surpriseThe rooms were super clean… big thanks to Prashanth for coming through.At breakfast, chef Nitesh remembered our preference after just 1 order. Awesome.When at the pool, Brenda and Pande gave us VIP treatment. We are so gratefulAditya outdid himself at the Thai restaurant. Although we didn’t have a reservation, the service we got was top notch. The food was great.Before check-out, our farewell gift from Suvam in IRD was the highlight of our afternoon.Big thanks to Kumari for the late check out, not forgetting Mr. Diaa and Antoinette for the amazing hospitality.This establishment is the beacon of 5 star service, and a great value for money. To say we are impressed is an understatement. Keep up the spectacular work. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic hotel with all facilities and amazing views. The breakfast was amazing with great variety of items. Dinner could have been better. The staff was excellent. The past part was the room which was so spacious and I loved it. The view from room balcony was spectacular.

What a great staycation we had, one of the nicest resorts out here there in fujeirah (have been to few)Starting from customer service which is on the top 5 stars that it should be, ordered shampoo and toothbrush and got a whole kit double of what I ordered.Managers always around to ask how is the stay and the food, the restaurants food is just delicious, couldn’t get in the Italian restaurant as you have to reserve in advance.Pool side was filled with kids, which you may nkt like but they didnt disturb us, they were funny, made the stay more family friendly.The place is just brilliant and I can keep going and going ❤️

As always the hotel is a nice get away on the East Coast of the UAE.Crystal clear water and a nice pool area with pool and beach bar is perfect to relax for a few days. Parking is free of charge, breakfast buffet is nice with good variety.

Great hotel overall and recommended for the rooms, comfort, views, beach and pool. But.The food needs major improvement. Dinner buffet is quite disappointing in terms of options and flavour. Restaurant is understaffed and service could use a major improvement. Was disappointed given that this is a 5 star hotel.

Hey folks, Recently we been to 5 star Le Meridien Beach Resort, One of our best place to explore and relax. Especially campus of the hotel was too good, beach view, mountain view, swimming pool experience was amazing. Our room was too good my kids were super happy. especially the person who came to give extra bed, he was very humble and good customer service. Room service is also good staffs. Food here was very yummy and healthy too. We as a family impressed with the F & B department staffs - i cannot remember the names of the department. but the entire department was so friendly, so forward to welcome us for the dinner and breakfast, they were concerns about seeing our kids could eat the food is ready at the counter ? or they can prepare fresh for them. yet they prepared Indian rotis and kids favorite pasta quickly served. We were first time visiting to Le-Meridien but the way staff were talking and making us to feel comfort like they know us well. It was really great to mention about staff & hotel management. Finally my kids were crying not to leave the staycation. We been to most of the Hotels, But at the Le-Meridien after breakfast i want to drink my Indian habbit of drinking masala chai or tea, Thanks to the that who asked me & served masala tea which made me very happy. The Big Chef was so kind to check about the kids and served their favourite.Kids swimming pool was soo good. Kids daycare staffs were very friendly and caring. took care of our kids very well. Thanks to that 2 girls. they really put some face colouring and made my kids very very happy.Well again kids watching movie, pet area - after seeing the turtle, my little one fond of turtles more. they were so excited and super super happy.Near adult swimming pool, there was a girl who was very friendly and caring and each time she was running to monitor the kids who were at the adult pool.But our experience was too good, But at the reception while check-in time, front office guy said to vacate the room by 12 mid next day after the procedures. which was not Okay bcs our check in time was 4pm. Since new guest will arrive next day so we need to vacate at 12. We also guest like others. So we vacate the room and shifted our stuffs to Car Just thought of checking again with front office staff who was at counter that girl said to stay till 2pm. This minor concern at the first point of contact is more impacted and really felt sad. We wish that conveying the check out time fairly for each guest should be done appropriately. We would love to come again with our kids.

the resort is a excellent place to stay when touring the united arab emiratesi however would criticize the pool. it had many loose tiles and it was riddled with junk every day

It has number of amenities to enjoy your day. Beach is clean. Staff and services are excellent. Food is superb. Complete package for family stay.

Me and my father is living in Abu Dhabi and it was our first visit in this area (Fujairah). We had an amazing getaway, thankfully we landed with one of the best hotel in town. This hotel is equipped with all the facilities and amenities (for kids, couples and friendsyou are looking for. They have this amazing view at the balcony, you can just sit there and relax all you can hear is the sound of the waves and birds (but dont leave your snack outside haha birds ate our chipsVery peaceful environment with delicious food downstairs. They served class foods, some with pork and they labelled it accordingly for the sake of our Muslim friends. Overall experienced is nice. (Front desk Ms. Tonie is one of the best staff in the hotel).

Perfect location with beautiful view. Rooms its big, with nice big balcony. Receptionist Ms. Kumari was very nice and helpful.....kids like activities, kids club. Breakfast nice, but need sometime a change. Seem breakfast every day. Housekeeping very fast. Location its amazing. With nice beach.

Well very disappointed this use to be a very nice hotel and grate service that I can say the pool staff amazing service but I stay in room 305 and plugs look like it’s going to burn down no plug work but only one bath not draining house keeping just simple don’t care even if you call just simply no service then room service can’t even make a simple martini 🍸 drink I stay here before and it was amazing but now thy just don’t care even you call don’t expect assistance if you stay listen the location amazing a grate place for family and pool etc amazing but sad to see how it gone backwards in so little time maybe it for that we only stay one night I think . Again it’s a amazing place but lack a bit in customer service / room Service but in general it a nice hotel very chill out nice to get out of the city life and to relax

A good resort for family and couples. To escape the busy city life and relax by the beach. The rooms however could be better. Rooms are clean and toilets are big with bath tub shower separate. A decent breakfast and lots of restaurants. A little pricy but good

If I could give a higher rating, I would! Especially for the service. The location was fantastic, access to everything is easy and its a fully inclusive resort meaning you really dont need to go outside once there, unless you really want to!But the service, is an experience in itself! By special mention - Amresh (service par excellence), Shinsoh (eggs were perfect and touched that you remembered), Chef Sampong, Jaynath (amazing chai, thank you!), Kaye, Koustav, both the Kirans, Sain, Srikanth (for dealing with our shenanigans and coming through for us), Malegan (thank you, so much!), Dario (secret knower of hiking trails!), Naeem, Tonie, Davis, Deepak, Mani, and these are just the names we remember. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the reception, to the restaurants, and from junior to the senior staff! Thank you, our trip was more memorable thanks to you!Will be back for sure

Ive stayed at this property several times and its always amazing. The staff are so professional and always happy to help. The property is well maintained and the views are breathtaking. I strongly recommend this hotel

We are visiting this place at least once per year for the past 6 years. Amazing resort. Friendliest staff. Excelent food and good variety. Huge clean pool. Kids friendly. Kids pool. Kids playing area inside and outside. Huge gym. Big clean rooms. Fast room service. Nice beach with plenty of seating areas. I think the only complaint is the missing covered parking.

Beautiful resort with great views from the rooms. A wide selection of the hotel premises which made the stay more interesting. The resort offers very good quality food and changes the options on the daily basis. All people working in the resort were very friendly and showing lots of care. We were warmly welcome by Raj. Waiters at the restaurant (especially Vamshi and Lijeshwere really friendly, focus and professional.

Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. They have pork on the restaurants ❤️❤️❤️ Totally recommended it- for couples or family. The highlight is Sam that works at the beach bar is the best staff Ive seen, so lovely!

As always, Marriott never fail in delivering the best in class service. Outstanding service, amazing staff, very welcoming, and always smily people around the property. The property is a little bit old but well maintained. The view is amazing, we had a big terrace in the suite but due to the weather we couldn’t use it a lot. The pool is really good, and you have beach access that makes your stay even better. You have several restaurants options but the italian restaurant that we tried was not that good in taste. The breakfast of the hotel was good, several options to eat, but I would recommend them to change the layout as its confusing the way it is now. If you want to visit Al Aqah, this property is a very good option.

Despite having had a great time overall, there were several things thats were just unacceptable for such a standard of hotel.For starters, the mask mandate was not being enforced. Its still the law in the country, yet many tourists are taking liberties and the hotel staff don’t enforce it.Tried to book a massage several times, however every time I was given an excuse of how they don’t have the staff etc. eventually spoke to the manager who said he would speak to the staff at the spa to make arrangements, yet when I tried to make another booking, again I was told they were not available during the time that I wanted. I was livid at the time and wondered how the staff at such a hotel could be so incompetent.The swim up pool bar - good luck trying to get a seat at the bar, or even getting to the bar in the first place. For the most part of the day, kids are hanging around the bar ordering soft drinks and ice creams. If you try to step away from the bar (with a drinkto get some space, the lifeguard blows the whistle at you to go back to the bar; drinks can only be consumed AT the bar which just creates chaos.We spent most of the day by the pool, so this was one of our biggest frustrations.A pool with a swim up bar really should be a child free pool.The first night we had dinner at the Thai restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, however the prices seem very over the top.The second night we had dinner at the Gonu bar and grill, its right on the beach, you can watch the waves as you dine but the food left a lot to be desired, we really didn’t enjoy it. The fish and chips was limp and soggy. My husband had a sandwich wich was nothing special. The prices here were a lot more reasonable.On a positive note, the rooms are clean (except the balcony, that was a little dusty and covered in bird poospacious, and modern.The buffet style breakfast is substantial, and has something for every taste.The hotel has everything you could want and the staff are very friendly.

Well, everyone looks like theyre enjoying themselves on the reviews. But frankly I dont understand why. During the day time the pool is nice enough but the pool bar is in the kids section. So 1. Your whole body is out the water. 2. The kids splash ya. 3. No smoking.We chilled at the bar for a while . Hit the sea. View was great. Fresh air. Went in. Dinner was nice. But there is no such thing as entertainment. Leasure... forget about it . Eat sleep pool repeat. Boring. They say full capacity but wheen we changed rooms (we requested smoking despite what the lady said at the desk "full capacity, ther are no other available rooms" when they found out they put us in a non smoking room all 9f a sudden there were many rooms available on higher floors.... staff are nice but I dont know what their intentions are. I quite fancy ordering in tomorrow ... me and ma girl gonna party in our room and forget the rest

Thanks to Le Meridien, Al Aqah we had an amazing staycation. Everything was perfect, right from the spacious rooms to the beautiful pools to the safe and enjoyable kids pool and play area. The breakfast and dinner buffets were sumptuous and delicious. The ocean view was just outstanding from our room. Thanks to the quiet atmosphere, my toddler slept very peacefully. A big shoutout to the front desk staff Priyanka, Chef Murshid, Lijesh & Fares for making our stay memorable.Highly recommend this place.

One of the oldest hotels at Al Aqah, never been here before, always wanted to stay there. Check in was easy and welcoming. Generally staff helpful. The hotel wasn’t fully booked or occupied, however The Views restaurant staff mostly useless, since it’s a buffet, minimum attendance from waiters like: cutleries are not getting changed, used plates are not removed until you ask them to clear etc. However, the restaurant manager after pointing the inconvenience, tried to be professional. Pools are temperature controlled, it’s was pleasant to swim. The beach area was clean. Kids club doesn’t match any standards, old mostly broken toys, no any activity from club’s staff and general condition of the club wasn’t pleasant part of the visit. The food was decent, bakery exceptional. Overall, 3,5-4 start of my review. Next time we might visit Intercontinental Fujeirah Resort.

This is our first time to stay here, but even just for 1night, we had a memorable stay. The activities they have, we enjoyed a lot and the view was so relaxing. Great experience to the Views restaurant. So delicious all the food (breakfast and dinner). The staffs were so friendly and approachable. Special thanks to sir Mani and Lijesh.

Iconic location and awesome view of the serene gulf sea. Check in was quick and assistance was on hand for any queries. We checked in on the 12th floor which provided us a birds eye view of the hotel and the surrounding hotels in the vicinity. We were able to watch a sunrise from the hotel room balcony. The hotel serves a sumptuous breakfast spread which is suitable for all palates. The staff are friendly and listen to feedback with a smile. The private beach area is relaxing and the lounge area has ample trees providing shade. Can be visited all year round if the heat is bearable during the summer for a benefit of the off season discount on the room rate.
