Interesting renovation with a suit like store front, you can press on 09 and get in.It s following the steps of other speakeasy bar where they don’t have drinks menu, and you tell them what you like.Cons: unfortunately they would fail to understanding your liking and come up with drinks that may be nasty, possible due to some base alcohol are not great of quality.Normal cocktails are priced between 400-480NT + 10%.I wish they can just provide a bar menu, since they don’t change your drink when you don’t like what they recommend while other bars they really get into details to understand your liking and very willing to make changes.Overall if you get the right type of drink cocktail & bartend skills are alright.There is a minimum spend of 500 weekdays & 800 on weekends

After previously getting rejected because there was an unannounced private party, we finally made it back. Interesting cocktails, which we finished before the order of truffle fries finally came. And then… $1760 minimum charge for two people. Not a place for pre-dinner drinks unless you have a hollow leg.

Hands down one of the best bars in Taipei. Food and drinks are superb. Can recommend between the shades. It is their signature cocktail.

The best bar I have ever been. The price is quite high, but the experience is excellent.

Enjoyed both the drinks and the food. The environment design was quite unique and eye catching. The price was not so friendly but the experience was quite worthily for visiting.

Very nice speakeasy. Good drinks, service is attentive. The entrance is actually like a real speakeasy, you have to press a code on the phone to get inside. Great decor, comfortable ambience, very nice place to hang out for a night. The menu has a decent selection, and the drinks are all of high quality. You can ask the bartenders to make a drink based on flavor profile.

I really enjoyed the food selection and the atmosphere of this bar. It is probably one of the coolest bars to discover (with how you open the door), and all the of the staff were able to speak English and have interesting attire.I couldnt give it a full 5-star review because the value for money is noticeably sub-par. The drinks are a tad on the expensive side, even for a secret bar, and the portions are quite small. Theyre pretty and tasty, though. I probably wont go again, but it was a nice, one-time experience.

If you speak in English, the staffs wouldn’t care a single bit even if you’re screaming across the bar. But if you speak in Mandarin, as soon as you get a little bit louder (bear in mind you have to speak a little bit louder in a noisy environment like a barthe staffs would tell you to be quiet. Bit ironic for a Taiwanese bar?

Reward yourself with luxe cocktails after finding the entrance. A must.

Love this place. Got it recommended by a friend and when I walked in out of nowhere a person told me how to enter. The cocktails are made in a unique way. Tastes I haven’t had before! 5/5

Went for dinner and drinks most of the dishes sold out or not available at 7:30pm! Com’on 7:30pm ffs. That’s dinner time ! Drinks and staff were good. But the place is a bit young. It has the image of a sophisticated place but the young crowd spoils it. Otherwise 4 stars.

Trying to figure out your way into this speakeasy is cool. As creative as the cocktail menu is, 6 of the cocktails that we ordered didn’t amaze me but they were alright. Negroni sour and New York Sour didn’t have any sour tang to it, Boulevardi reminded me of cough syrup, truffle fries had zero truffle flavour. Chicken wings were good. Service is alright and they try to accommodate your taste if you share you want a particular flavour. Overall good to just hang out and have decent late night food.

Although I found some negative comment below, we got a great hang out tonight. The interior design was quite decent, we experienced a great journey of tasting speciality. Cocktail and food were fine, a bit tiny for sit area. However, it was cool to have some beverages with friends on Friday night. Highly recommend !

You enter in a tailor shop, an old phone is on the shelf .... deal 09 and a secret door will open ... wow speakeasy! The staff and bartender are friendly, the cocktail are well done and the food is ok.

A secret kinsman style bar great cocktail bar a little expensive but great drinks and an interesting night out

Heading into this bar made me feel like a Kingsman agent. The "front" is a tailor shop, and youll have to figure out the secret code to find the entrance. The dimly lit speakeasy is quite roomy, seats are well separated and its easy to carry on a conversation. They have drinks and food in various price range, and all the drinks and food here are superb (beef noodle soup is only served on Tuesdays, so I didnt get to try those). Highly recommended!

I loved this place and I dont even drink lol. Such attention to detail in its amazing decor. Its fun getting into the speakeasy through a trapdoor, which opens a pathway to a cozy copper-plated bar with a 1920s British theme.
