MoreAll delicious! Staff awesome. A must stop when in the region!
The staff was very nice & passionate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. The food in general were nice, specifically the Duck and Salmon and the sauce of the pork dish. Except the potage poisson 🐟 was…… and the service was long between each dish …
MoreDelicious Food and atmosphere
My favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke, Ive been multiple times and they never disappoint!! 😍
MoreOkay so here is my review of this place. Very good, even if it is a small place. Nice service, very good food, very clean , the price is okay and not over price, will definitely comeback here and recommend it for everyone for a romantic evening. !!
MoreI am always amazed and delighted by the delicious food and wonderful selection at Chou de Bruxelles. I have eaten here on a handful of occasions and have always experienced excellent service and incredible meals. My husband and I had our small wedding reception here. The staff were lovely and the food was perfect. They went above and beyond, even adding our small decorations to the tables and bringing our deserts out with candles on them. And coordinating with the restaurant before the event went smoothly and was stress free. I couldnt be more grateful!
MoreDelicious food, great service and lovely atmosphere. You wont regret it!
Excellent food at a great price. Bring your favorite breverage and enjoy wonderful service.
MoreEverytime we go to this restaurant, its a pleasant experience :)Dishes are super delicious, reasonably priced, staff are friendly, and the ambience is nice too. Highly recommended this resto to everyone! :)
MoreExcellent service !
My wife and I dined at Le Chou de Bruxelles twice last week and both times had wonderful meal and experience. Both days restaurant was full. It is "bring your own wine set up", so it is a great bonus (!),... but the food was great and portions were substantial. We took the package deal with appetizer, soup, main, dessert and coffee. Salmon (gravlaxtartar was excellent, so we had it both days (do not miss it!). Mussels are being served in many different ways(I had them and many other people at the restaurant). My wife had fish different ways and the food was tasty and elegantly presented. Our server Vincent was professional, friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thanks for the experience.
MoreMy family wanted to do something special for Fathers Day, and we vacillated between several restaurants in the Eastern Townships; Le Chou-Bruxelles was the first that answered my call and forgave my terrible French. What we found: pleasant ambiance, a genuine welcome from Christian our server, menus and service in English, but Christian offered a little non patronizing instruction about the French names of the plates. We chose the menu gastronomique and all had variations on salmon carpaccio, ris de veau, fish soup (splendid, subtle herbsmussels of course, rabbit and wonderful desserts.
MoreAbsolutely loved this place!
Chou de Bruxelles hit every note perfectly! They offer an incredible selection of varying dishes, all of which were cooked just right. As a group of seven we touched on delicate entrées such as snail-stuffed mushrooms to organ meats to game meats and even simple chicken supreme, all of which were on point with flavorful sauces and sides, respecting the essence of French cuisine. And to top it off, the desserts were wonderfully balanced yet still decadently rich. This is a must for every day and special occasions.
MoreEvery thing is great there!
Very good restaurant with authentic polish dishes. The service is amicable and very professionnal. A very high class restaurant in a small city. Our party of four really enjoyed our dinner. Appetizers were fabulous and our meals (the cod, the pork, the duckwere very tasty. My husband however had the ribs which he found too salty,
MoreGreat food and amazing service.
Best restaurant in town!
On our way to Quebec City this was recommended as having excellent quality and affordability. They were not wrong this was probably the best meal we had on our entire trip. We each had the Table dhôte food was prepared to order and arrived in a timely fashion. We were lucky to get seated as a walk-in so I would highly recommend making a reservation.
MoreAmazing food, friendly and efficient service at some of the best prices in the industry. We come at least once a year when we are in the region and are always amazed.
MoreProbably one of best restaurant in my life. Must go back next Spring season.
Phenomenal place! Great food! Terrific service! Bring your own wine. Reservations needed. The Turbot waterzooï, scallops and shrimps were great as were the many selections of mussels. Add the smoked salmon for a really nice treat!
MoreThis is truly and amazing place. The salmon carpaccio appetizer and rabbit tarragon entree are to die for. My husband and I had a wonderful time.
MoreIve been going to the Choi de Bruxelles ever since I was a teenager. The food, the service, the ambiance are always great! Bonus, you can bring your own wine! You have to reserve in advance though, it his always full (but separated in a way that its not too noisy). You have to try it! One of the best restaurant in the Eastern townships at a decent price. We have been going there for years and it is always a great classy cuisine experience. From the entree to the dessert, it is just perfect. Bonus: you bring your own wine.
MoreThe best meal for your money in Sherbrooke
Food was great, service impeccable. Great overall experience
Food and service is super great
Been a family classic for ~30 years
Friendly waiters, we had to wait a while before we were seated even though we had reservations. We had the lamb rack and braised beef, both of which were fantastic (particularly the lamb), along with the beans and carrots. I was disappointed with the potato gratin they served with both dishes, as it was clearly reheated and utterly dry. The desserts were not bad.
MoreVery excellent restaurant
Excellent service, great food!!
Excellent restaurant, super service!
Great place! Good and service was impeccable. A little too noisy still, but worth it
MoreThis is my go to spot for fancy dates with my husband. The carpaccio is our favorite appetizer and we always get the pots of mussels. My two least favorites have to be the he salmon version - tastes a bit too strong, maybe even salty and the version with the cognac was too strongly flavored for me. Will be trying other flavors very soon!
MoreGreat place and great food! Classy!
One of the best restaurants in Sherbrooke despite the relatively reasonable pricing. Its byob, so check the menu before you go to choose an appropriate wine. Friendly staff. Not many veggie options.
MoreGreat food and great service. Also pretty affordable for that kind of food. ( their rabbit is to die for :- )
MoreGreat service as always. Good portion and tasty
My favourite restaurant period. Amazing food as a reasonable price. I make sure to visit at least once every time I am in Sherbrooke.
MoreThis is where I chose to plan our wedding. It really was above our expectations. The staff was so friendly, the food was incredibly good: people still talk to me about it a month later.
MoreThe meals were fantastic
A very comfortable restaurant excellent food at a reasonable price the Table dhôte is to die for. Desert will bring you to the 7th cloud.
MoreThe food is not as great has it used to be. But the staff are great and the falafel are a must !
MoreGreat Quality at a good price! And Bring your wine.
Really good food. Very much enjoyed the mussels.
The food was delicious and while the portions are not huge, if you get the fixed price "table dhôte" menu, the amount of food you get is quite filling (4 courses plus coffee or teaand its an excellent value. You can bring your own wine as well.
MoreThe food is good, you can bring your wine is great. Was crowded and about the service are kind but not the faster, be patience.
MoreA great restaurant with great service. The price is reasonable for the quality you get.I visited during a busy day, and I was served pretty fast. The only downside is that you dont have a great / better explanation of the menu. The soup came after an appetizer?
MoreLove it. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Great service.
