Privilege
Our first visit with family on the 27th Sept. We had very delicious crepes and the coffee was fabulous. We will be back again in a couple of weeks to meet family again. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.
MoreNice coffee and food
Great coffee and pastries.. top notch.
Great coffee and food, this is our morning treat after swimming, the staff are super friendly.
MoreAwesome highly recommend 👌
Lovely coffee and cakes
Great long black coffee and patisserie (pain au raisin. Apfel strüdel yum.
Birthday morning tea for my sister was lovely. Exceptional as always
Nice fresh food.
My favourite Cafe, the team are just wonderful. Great coffee and an extensive menu.
MoreWe had a very tasty salad & a creamy seafood crepe. Friendly service, nice coffee & a choice of green teas. It was also a good spot to people watch from.
MoreLove the green goddess smoothie. Its delicious
Good eggs benedict, large amount of food, maybe a little too much.Hot chocolate however was more like hot brown milk, no chocolate taste
MoreGood coffee, nice staff. Only a couple of vegan options.
Great cafe, nice food, lovely ambiance.
Love the crepes! Friendly staff and great food.
Ok place. Chocolate came after a 6 minute wait. Covid rules are not making it easy for customers and businesses, having to wear mask at an eatery is absolutely ridiculous, it makes our experience a bit more than a challenge.
MoreSuper friendly service and great coffee
One of the cafés that I regularly go for coffee and lunches. Great coffee, croissants and crepes. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
MoreAs usual the latte and chai was lovely and the ham, cheese and spring onion brioche was beautiful .
MoreThis is a lovely cafe. Good coffee great croissants and other super food
Mostly lovely lunch. Very friendly staff. Most enjoyable time 😄.
Always a treat to go to Le Chat Noir - whether for coffee or a meal. Lovely café, great service and delicious food. Catering well for GF and other dietary requirements.
MoreLovely little cafe, great food and really good portion sizes. You really get your moneys worth. The staff are very friendly. Well worth a stop in.
MoreVery good food from the cabinet, delicious crepes from the blackboard menu, gluten free crepes also. Lovely staff so warm & friendly
MoreFoods not the same as it used be. Chicken salad more like lettuce salad and not worth the price. New staff and owners by the looks of it. Apart from the asian girl the rest were sour girls behind the counter I dont think they know how to smile. Customer service goes a long way people.
MoreAlways good crepes... Well used to be.Went back recently and the change of owner has not done well... Bacon over cooked and bread was from the cheap end of the supermarket shelf. Used to be a favorite... Wont return unfortunately.
MoreBlue cheese crepe awful!! New owner/server totally dismissed my suggestion that there was too much sauce and that it was so strong i could not taste anything else. I have chosen this crepe for years at this establishment. New owners version and disregard for what i thought was a helpful customer suggestion was shocking. The customer wasnt right, new asian owner was right.
MoreGreat range of French pastries and crepes. Always a favorite when we visit Tauranga. A+
MoreSat outside as we had a dog with us.It was a very cold day. Had ordered tea. People were going into the cafe after us and were being served with drinks before us. Went back into the cafe to ask where were the drinks we had ordered. We got a blank look from the owner. The drinks followed after some time. We had been regulars for awhile, sometimes twice a day. If you keep that sort os customer service us you will lose your business. You cant afford to lose business in the present climate. We are told to try and support local business. This one doesnt deserve supporting.
MoreVery good. Great coffee.Great selection of food displayed.
Excelent place to get crepes, have nice vegeterian options. They are yummy. Staff are friendly and helpful
MoreWhat an awful experience. The noise as at such a high pitch that i am sure if noise contol was called it wouldve been over the acceptable level. The girl on the kept touching her face and hair which is a no no particularly at the momen
MoreFood was lovely.. would have been nice not to get coffee so early before lunch arrived.... lovely decor and friendly staff... a little expensive
MoreHonestly it took our heart. Excellent customer service and variety of menu choices. Make no excuses just visit one time and you enjoy the Le chat noir menu. Good ambience. Cool place for your best time in Tauranga.
MoreThey were busy which is always a good sign, I wanted pancakes but they only do crepes so I had a rhubarb and strawberry one, it was very nice, good coffee too, and only about $21 so yeah, go for it!
MoreAlways loved going there, then there was a mix up with the drinks and got an iced coffee instead of an iced chocolate and we have been going there for years and never ordered an iced coffee the girls know us all personally. went back to change it over and she said tough luck you asked for an iced coffee. Very rude and i thought the customer is always right. then today the young one serving did the same thing she was told the order a total of 5 drinks and missed the first 2 most important drinks then argued that we didnt even order them. Shes rude and doesnt have any care. Good luck keeping business
MoreExcellent. Ordered French toast. Found the coffee machine noisy. (Only criticismnice you can have a vino if desired.😊
MoreA typical suburban café in Greerton but in keeping with the name they have a good but limited range of French pastries. The staff are friendly and helpful. The crepes are excellent serving with sweet and savoury options. I had lemon and sugar. Classic, simple and quite filling (large). The coffee was excellent. What you may expect from a good suburban café with the added zest of French flair and apres midi coffee.
MoreWe had lovely meeting today, enjoyed brioche and Kawakawa tea. Friendly people with lits of yummy food.
MoreHonestly my new favorite cafe. Awesome coffee and the best eggs Benedict Ive ever had.
MoreGood food and friendly staff. Coffee is great. Visited a few time while in holiday. Highly recommend! Will be back.
MoreGreat wee cafe nestled away in Greerton. Staff are really friendly and the coffee tastes great which is a huge bonus. Great variety of things to eat and everything on offer in the cake/slice stall looks amazing. What Ive had to eat tasted great. You wont be disappointed by stopping by here for a bite, or just a cup of coffee
MoreConsistently good coffee. The only place I go in Greerton. The crepes are delicious. Good atmosphere for sitting down and enjoying a meal.
MoreGreat place to come. Nice and cosy inside. Staff have always been friendly, food & coffee is good. Not over priced. Like any place there can be issues but they resolved quickly with out fuss.
MoreI will not visit this cafe again. Another customer had 2 dogs with them. One of which was on the lap of customer which duly reached out to the plate on the table. The other dog was loose dragging his lead over to where I was sitting. Customers were seated inside cafe. I did mention to staff and she mentioned its the cafe owner who make decision. Maybe in France but Not in NZ.
MoreThe crepes are delightful, always light with generous flavorful toppings. And the coffee is good & the greeting is bona fide French!
MoreAs always, an excellent meal with friendly service. Great place for any meal, especially a special occasion like this. And the proprietor really is French - she loves me practicing my schoolboy French!
MoreAn awesome place to eat. Staff are super nice, I ordered a coffee and before I even got to my table it was ready and was brought to my table. Food is delicious, definitely try out the Crepes.
MoreReally good food. Best salad and ice tea in NZ!
