Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul

We had a pleasant 10 night stay 17th-27th September. The hotel is exactly as pictured and the room itself was spacious and clean. The lobby/breakfast hall and 6th floor bar are beautiful areas. The housekeeping was great every day and the spa lives up to its high rating. What is most memorable to us is the staff at the hotel. A special thank you to the spa ladies and the breakfast team. I must mention especially how wonderful the waitress Busra is. She took great care of my mother and me during breakfast. She is so skilled, attentive and such a delight. Truly superb in her role and so kind. I hope Busra receives recognition for her outstanding service and that these words reach her. This became a special part of our holiday in Istanbul we will always remember and cherish. Thank you. Sonia, guest 204 visited from England. Im from New York and this was my first time visiting Istanbul! What a beautiful country with great people. My stay at Lazzoni hotel was phenomenal. From the receptionist to the cleaning team to the security guards etc.. to everyone who works at this hotel... THANK YOU! My stay was very pleasant because all the staff. Always helpful and very kind. The food they serve was deliciouswith plenty of choices. My room was big and the bedding was clean. The next time I visit this city I will reserve this hotel again. 5 STARS

The service alone in this place is so exceptional that it makes the "okay" rooms feel normal , the entire experience was amazing

The place is really good. Large room, equipped with everything necessary, comfirtable beds, everything is clean and new. Beautyful lobby. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff, good service. The only bad thing was that the room wasnt soundproof. Living under the restaurant was a torture. Very noisy.

The staff were polite kind, and helpful specially the Persian lady Setareh was the most polite and helpful one with the guests . Rooms were really clean , the house keeping was always available and cleaned the room everyday at the most appropriate time , the location was the best as it was near to almost all the historical and central places of istanbul , there was a good parking area , and the greatest clean swimming pool which was quiet and refreshing, the gym was so quiet and perfect. We had a great time here in this family friendly hotel.

We stayed 208 and every staff helpful supportive but especially Muhammed Arslan from the reception he was wonderful. He made us stay excellent. He is smiling all the time helping everyone also my husband was sick he helped me about find right medicine. He is the best receptionist. He should be next manager thanks for everyone :)

I loved the service. Staff is so nice and helpful. The location isnt the best, but for about a 6 dollar taxi ride you can get to just about every destination youd like.

Hate the ventilation system. Its so loud I cant sleep. I have a headache because of thishotel

Lovely hotel, staff are so friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, the breakfast buffet is wide and delicious, the shuttle service is great service provide from the hotel and the driver is amazing. Shout out to Diana from the reception for her kind and welcoming attitude family and kids loved the hotel 😊

Great Family hotel , I have enjoyed my week long stay and I am very happy I have chosen this for my break . 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities , I am glad they have accepted my request to open the gym earlier than the schedule and the gym coach Vedat was very helpful too . I am sure I will come back again next year same time .

Pretty organized and clean. Breakfast was excellent and Ms, Setareh who was managing the restaurant was very helpful and pleasant. Very satisfying experience all together.

Everything is exceptional and beautiful with Lazzoni, the staff are very kind and welcoming, they speak English which is fabulous and they are very lovely. The breakfast is delicious as well, variety of turkish food everyday, this was our 2nd, but never the last inshallah 😍😍I put 4 stars, because room service (cleaningisn’t that good, we asked them to change the sheets twice at the same time because we always see spots and stains. We had to use our own sheets at the end that we got for ourselves. Plus there is no personal space from the cleaners, they freaked us out running behind us with their service table to ask if we need extra service, even tho we said no several times they come over and over and ring the bell till we put the “don’t disturb” sign. I’ve never seen extra room service every hour even when it was 11PM. And once I let her clean and gave her a tip she came to hug me without me letting her 😅, I know she means well, but it was scary how they insist to do a service even tho the service isn’t that good. And they get physically too close no social distancing or personal space at all.That’s my only concern for our visit to lazzoni next time, otherwise everything is awesome and lovely and as I said wasn’t the first and never the last.Thank you Lazzoni staff, each one of you, even the young ladies who make omelets for our breakfast 🥰

We stayed for 3 nights and every thing was great , especially dear Setare helped us a lot and thank u so much , we hope see u soon .

Never in my life have this lovely experience in a hotel .. the staff the management the place everyone of the staff make you feel at home and help u in any way Possible last night they remember my husband birthday and put lovely cake in our room as a surprise for him .. the food have a lot of Variety and clean and fresh the night service are great all night have Excellent food .. never heard the name Unfortunately but never forget it in my life again i give it 10 stars for everything 😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ lets not forget the view 😍😍😍😍 omg killer view

We arrived at the Lazzoni Hotel for our close friend’s wedding… Its a beautiful luxurious hotel with an excellent rooftop… The room we were in was sparkling clean and had a very comfortable bed… Breakfast was included and was an amazing buffet with Turkish sweets, pancakes, english breakfast and much more… We enjoyed the unlimited Turkish tea everyday… The rooftop has a great water view during the day and night… Up class service and great food… The staff was extremely helpful and sweet, really made us more comfortable… Setareh specially was excellent… She took special care of the family and their friends at all times. Always smiling and wonderful… When we come back to Istanbul we will definitely stay at the Lazzoni again…

Great luxury hotel with very friendly staff who are dedicated to make sure you are happy.Comfortable rooms, good quality mattress, very good AC, modern bathroom.Nice design in lobby and a fantastic roof top bar viewing golden horn.

My wife and son and I were at this hotel.The behavior of the hotel staff was very good.The behavior of the restaurant staff was really great, we did not wait long at the reception, Ms. setareh really helped us a lot and I was really satisfied with the hospitality of Ms. setareh and the rest of the hotel staff, a very good thing is that They have the shuttle to the city center and a very kind and polite driver.the driver was really on time and polite .

Very clean rooms and friendly staff!The location is great because youre not in the city center (very crowdedbut youre very close by taxi or by shuttle bus.The hotel has a private shuttle bus witch is very helpful!Family friendly hotel!You can have a great dinner or drink at the restaurant with great view.The only negative is the sound insulation which is poor...

I had a room on the 5th floor with some fabulous views and some friends on the 4th floor. A truly amazing hotel with very attentive staff, well mannered and couldn’t do anymore for you. From Reception right to the top where there’s a cozy well maintained bar/restaurant with some amazing views also. The food was superb and the drinks were great. Especially the homemade lemonade 😁. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is on point. Hacer on 5th floor was a true gem and my room was cleaned everyday. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you All for everything. A fantastic experience with superb hospitality.

i really liked it here. the hotel was niceand the people here too. especially elifwelcomed us every morning very kindlyand nice. also setareh was very nice. iremembered they name because thesetoo womans were the kindest. the roomcleaning was also a 10/10. she askedkindly and did her job great! the roomitself was also very very beautiful Wehadnt the best view, but thats okay because we didn’t booked it. another highlight in the hotel was the jin bar, the people there were very nice and attentive. i would definitely come back and i would recommend the hotel. thanks for everything.best regretsroom 318 :)

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet. I enjoyed this hotel.Negatives: the pool temperature is too cold, please warm it up more. If it was a little closer to the tourist hot spots it would be ideal.

My stay was amazing in everyday. From the very first day, it was evident this hotel has class, professionalism from the staff and beautiful from inside and out. I was greeted by Noyan who has a very good personality, very helpful and knew alot about local places to visit aswell as history- also has great English! So for anyone travelling to this Hotel, ask for none other but Noyan!!!The hotel itself is a very classy yet modern in its facilities, the breakfast,sauna/steam/ etc was amazing and was an experience in itself! It really is a one stop for all holiday purposes!One of my best places to stay, Ill definitely return in future!!

Quite amazing room, great service, staff is always on hand to do anything you need, however the food.. the inroomDining could be improved. As someone who was uses hotel dining alot, i was not at all impressed with the foodQuailty, maybe if they included the other restaurants as an option toOrder to the room it would be perfect.

The location of hotel is so far from all major attractions in Istanbul. Almost the only option is to take taxi. While you return to hotel at end of the day it is also highly difficult to find a taxi. Most of them refuse to go there. It is better to choice another place near to Center or old city.

The location of hotel is very good and it is so close to city center and historical places. At the same time, interior decor is nice and the furnitures are new. It is 5 star hotel thats why it is clean. Interestingly, there is no free parking area of hotel and breakfast does not match the expectation of being 5 star. Hotel staff is friendly as well.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff, Polite and well mannered and professional at all times, we had a 6 Night stay with my fiancé included with breakfast, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices each day, overall was a pleasant experience requests were handled immediately, I highly reccomend this hotel for couples, its not a massive hotel it gives you a nice comfort feeling. The hotel design itself has a beautiful atmosphere, I wouldint specifially individualise the employees in a way to say who engaged more or carried out requests id say in general the Lazzoni team are all equally respectful and each of them will handle you with care however, one thing that upset me was the hygeine you could tell not everywhere was cleaned properly to an extent of perfection, i had reminded them a few times each time we left the hotel to sight see or explore to clean the floors because floors were dusty and not up to standards of a 5 star hotel, I could understand this if this was a 4star hotel, however it is not, and i dont think this is acceptable especially if the requested has been mentioned and reminded each time we left the hotel which gave them enough time to deal with this specific request, also the towels always smelt like food even though they were clean maybe it picked up the odor of the food somewhow, In general im Happy with me stay at Lazzoni Hotel and as a guest would like to advise them the little details can make a impactful difference.Also there is a lot of young adults working in the hotel age maybe 18--20 make sure to tip them when you get the chance as it can make their day, very hard working staff in that section.Thank you for your services. Worst experience of my life!The staff is so poorly trained and dont even know what theyre doing or saying. I have never in my life seen such naive and ignorant people.The hotel has a no visitor policy which is not stated on any of their partner websites, not on their website or cant even be presented when asked at the hotel itself. Guests are supposed to know this by default.By far the worst customer service and stupidity I have ever seen. I dont even have the words to explain how embarrassing they are. Simply ridiculous.

really enjoyed our stay at Lazzoni. junior suite was spacious clean and comfortable bed and linens. facilities were rather disappointing fitness room is super small with very little equipment, sauna was out of service also.

This is really a five star hotel. The services starts from the minute you step out of your car and meet a Lazzoni staff member. The rooms are modern with plenty of storage space and an extremely large shower. I`ve stayed in room 501 for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the service was fantastic. Even if the attractions are a little bit far way you can use the free shuttle from the hotel, or a taxi. We used all the time taxi using uber and it was ok.The spa area is very organized and with a lot of space, i used every night and booked a massage, which was very good. You must try the restaurant from the 6th floor and enjoy the delicious food and the view. I definitely recommend this hotel and i plan to revisit it.

This is a boutique Italian style hotel, which is located near Taksim. Very stylish and modern place. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is very rich but not the best I had in turkey. They provide amazing service here and they have a small rooftop bar. Nice wine selection and the prices are very good. You will here definitely have a nice stay for 2-3 days.
