Lavender Boutique Hotel sets itself apart with its personalized attention. Even before we arrived they asked us about dietary restrictions, and every morning they had my soy milk ready for me. The two women who hosted us were absolute fonts of information. Each morning or evening I would check in with them and they would help me plan my travels for the next day - around Ramallah, to Nablus, to Hebron and to Jericho. They were also tolerant, amused and encouraging of my attempts to learn the basics of good night, how are you, etc. in Arabic. The garden cools you down in the heat of the day, and the roof terrace offers a gorgeous view of the sunset and of Ramallah at night. I absolutely could not have received a better welcome to Palestine, certainly not either by renting a house or by staying in a big hotel. I’m eager to return!

This hotel is amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a hair dryer so no need to pack yours. The showers are nice. Breakfast is amazing. There is a nice area you can have coffee and work. The employees are so nice and accommodating.

Beautiful, warm, friendly. Very comfortable room andbed with all the appointments you could want. Excellent attention to detail makes for a wonderful experience. And its a perfect location for a visit to Ramalah.

Best place to stay in Ramallah. Rooms are spacious, clean. Good spacious bathroom. Breakfast out of this world. Hosts were kind, courteous and helpful. Dont look for another place to stay in Ramallah!

I have stayed at the Lavender Boutique Hotel 5 times over the past 4 months, for a total of nearly 30 nights. The management and staff of the hotel are the most attentive and professional anywhere. They have a unique ability to make you immediately feel at home. The beds are the most comfortable anywhere and the included breakfast is lavish and incredible. There is no better place to stay.
