Very good food. 4 stars only because personally I dont like loud music. Other than that, no complains.

Food used to be great now it’s just ok. They changed the menu so now they offered less options and the rice portions are a lot smaller. A few years ago they changed the recipe for their desserts and now they are nasty. To top it off they charge a fee to pay with your card.

Why cant I give zero stars? Food is good but why are they charging a credit card fee? Only Hispanics would do that! No American restaurant does this, only cheap @sses like the owners. This is crazy... youre in America, get with the program!!

I went there on a Sunday for lunch to eat the "Sancocho" Ox-Tail soup which is the Sunday Special...it was tepid, there was hardly any chunks of Oxtail in the soup more potatoes, plantains chunks, three large pieces of corn on the cob it was more vegetarian than beef. When I brought this to the waitress a heavy-set woman name Emily who responded in a rather gruff manner while chewing food in her mouth as she spoke to me "This is the way we prepare it here" as particles of food flew out of her mouth! Never asked me would you like something else,or let me speak to my manager to ameliorate the situation.and for this I paid $20.plus dollars? and then they play the language barrier card "me no comprendo english" this is unacceptable!You are in the States learn the language or have a sign in front SPANISH ONLY SPOKEN HERE!

We were in the Orlando area for a business meeting and after talking to a store worker for recommendations in the area we decided to stop in for dinner. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious! I hadnt had Bandeja Paisa in a long time so I ordered and it was perfection. Would definitely recommend this place and will stop in again if ever in Orlando again.

Recently moved to Tampa and tried a few Colombian restaurants, this one by far was the best weve tried. Great food, service and environment. Highly recommended and be back any time were in the area.

We had a very uncomfortable experience at this place today. The food was okay but we didn’t anticipate to pay almost double in taxes, tips and a credit card surcharge.I think this restaurant is abusing his customer and very soon people will stop coming here all together.No one can afford to pay imposed fees of 20% tip, 5% credit card surcharge plus taxes!!!!

This place is disgusting. My wife and I got sick from eating here. Even my daughter who loves beans said the beans tasted like nail polish. I am Colombian and my wife loves Colombian food so we decided to try a new restaurant but the food is not fresh and the quality was not that great. We got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital because of the food we ate at this place. Please do not come to this restaurant. First and Last Visit:Went with my family, the restaurant has a 4.1 star rating, this was our first and last. The restaurant was not my typical but my spouse told me the reviews were good. The staff was ok, I only speak English but our waitress spoke both. We felt rushed to order even though we told her it was our first time. Fine we ordered what we thought would be good meals. We ordered the kids the special it was chicken and rice with soup. My wife ordered the lengua and I ordered the churrasco.A family of 6 came in and sat behind us. They asked for their table to be cleaned as it was dirty. The host said ok and no one ever came. They left.Our two meals came with beans and we ordered the lemonade. The beans had a weird taste as did the lemonade. We ate, paid, and left unsatisfied and feeling rushed. We went home and later that evening my wife and I started feeling sick. We got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital two days later.

Nury our server Was the best experience I ever had in this great place for authentic Colombian food and staff there are very attentive now… I must said that the last few times I been here the food is always been and is amazing but the service. Was not so good. But now that has improved in a tremendous way. I Dede recommended 100 percent. Located across the street from gator land after so many time trying these amazing Colombian culinary great flavors and variety of choices and for for display and presentation of the food is just amazing Love it.

You could eat at this place 5 years ago. Service is terrible, and the food has gotten terrible with time as well. I ordered a Bistec this last time, and yeah if was big. But 1/3 of the steak was fatty. The portion of rice is for like a child then give you a whole cup of beans ( no lie ). I ordered fried Yuca, and specified on the order to put sauce. This time I PUT IT IN ALL CAPS, because last time they seemed to missed the message. And they managed to give me the Yuca with NO SAUCE. So I ate it dry dawg and almost had to call 911 cause I thought I was choking. The Maduros were sour as hell. Meaning they weren’t ripe enough yet. Only reason why gave it 2 starts it’s because I actually remember when this place was delicious. Otherwise it would’ve been a 1 star and even less if there was the option.

Food was good but the service was not!!! Also beware of your final bill, they charge a fee for using your card and it’s NOT a flat rate it’s a percentage of total bill. It’s robbery we are paying the restaurant owner fees and then some.

If you want o come for music and drinks is ok, but if you want food I di not recommend. I ask for churrasco Mariner, which comes with seafood. First of all what they served was nor churrasco and second the serve it with frozen mix seafood which mean quality was at zero %. In addition, the steak had more fat than meat, which means they didn’t clean it. The waitress said that it was because I ask for medium rare, but my steak( not churrascowas dried and hard. I was disappointed and waitress she said I had to complaint at the time I received my plate (which I did to the person that brings the plates, but she paid no mind). Therefore, no apologies nor discount was offered Never again. They are doing good and dint mind loosing me as a customer but they need to think future!

OVERPRICED and OVERRATED , for 3 people we paid $85 . The food was very basic and bland, the portion size very small for the price. Better off going to a Lechonera . Not worth it

The food is always good but management has decided to basically put their hands in customers pocket. They have implemented an additional fee if paying with credit card. ( 90 % of customer pay with card). The prices have been increased as well.If you have a party of 5 or more they include a service charge and include the suggested gratuity chart. However, when you get the printed bill they changed the wording from service to read "addl tip". That is misleading and a customer who doesnt read the bill will likely end up tipping twice.This is shameful. Ive been a loyal customer for many years but after this incident I will take my business elsewhere. I dont like being misled.

First time trying this restaurant and my last. Just paid $15 for Pollo a la plancha with white rice and plantains through Uber Eats. As you can see I only got 3 plantains, a small portion of rice and a the chicken was almost paper thin. Extremely overpriced!

First the food is good. Two stars is for the following: Nine people ate at the restaurant, cost was $261.40. They charged a 20% tip which we were prepared for. What we were not prepared for was the $36+ dollars they charged for canned soda pop and a glass of ice. They dont post their prices for pop on the menu and did not tell us that refills are not free. Over $36 dollars for 12 cans of soda pop is ridiculous!!! They also charged $10.05 to use a credit card for payment without telling us. If I were you I would find another place to eat at.

Over 30 minutes waiting for the plate I ordered arrived, after waiting 7 min for my beverage to arrive during slow hours. Thursday 3PM. the restaurant was nearly empty. I got up and went to go pay for my beverage, I handed a $20 bill, guess what... no change at the register. Meanwhile my salad arrived as I was waiting for minutes for them to find change. I said keep the $17 , I dont want to wait another 10+ minutes.I left, took pictures and posted on my 10M views profile who is in the top 5% of restaurant reviews. What a shame. Do Not invite me back. Keep my $20.

They used to be great now they are lowering their customer service. The waitress was ready to pick up our glasses and bring us the check when we didnt even had our food yet. She then saw she never had input our order and because they were rushing they made my steak so uncooked that I could still hear the cow saying moooo! And no they didnt fixed it.

Great food you could taste the love and freshness of it I recommend it to anyone that is wanting to have some authentic colombian food

Food is really good, we only came back here because of that.But weekends is not going to be that day. Music extremely loud.We wait in the table at least 15 minutes until someone come to ask what we are going to have.
