Definitely this place falls short, super clean, good prices and service but the food is almost flavorlees or it has too much salt. Has a lot of room from improvement. Will come back in the future to try again.

Tacos here are not good. Basically, meat on a tortilla but not dressing of any sort. Meat had no flavor. Gorditas were good.

A very colorful ambience with nice and attentive staff. The food is good, although not exactly like the original but a good choice for downtown at okay prices. Selection is quite vast of the different types of „gorditas“. Bathrooms could have been a bit more clean.

It is indeed good, a bit expensive for gorditas, however I would go again.

Perfect example of keeping it simple and doing it well. Always reliable, always busy, always a space somewhere (its HUGE inside). The food (mostly Gorditas as the name saysis functional, Ive had tastier on a street corner, but its clean, quick and you know exactly what youre going to get. Worth a visit for the crazy interior decoration.

A very nice restaurant, many people go in and it was the reason I entered. The food is actually delicious, portions and good and the taste is truely amazing. The price is really accesible and the place has a great environment. The service was good, a little slow but nothing worth reducing a good time and meal.

Queretaro styled gorditas, not my favorite if you are looking for a real pressed chicharrón from Mexico City this is not the place ! I hate something called: menudencia

Gorditas Testing Ground. The range of options in the gorditas alone is impressive. I will need to go a third time before I can wrap that section up and move on to other things. No frills, food is good, service is straight forward, prices fair. This is a place to get your belly filled.... preferably with hungry friends. It is not a "dining experience." I hope to return soon.

Decicious "guisos", fast service and good for groups, coffee "de olla" is delicious.

Good food, great service. The only issue i had was that they only serve pepsi cola and im a cocacola guy. Other wise good quality of meats and over all nice experience.

Outstanding traditional Mexican specialties at a reasonable price. Try the gorditas con migajas. They add bits off meat to the corn before cooking. Loved the guacamole ones! Order with the horchata - a rice drink that is tasty and cuts the spice down.

This is a popular restaurant in the downtown area. It serves gorditas with an array of fillings available. Service is pretty good, and the staff is nice. When you walk in, you see them preparing and making the food. Theres a good amount of seating available, as there is a second floor balcony.This was the first time Ive eaten these, since they contain meat. Ill be honest, I was a little confused because I choose the filling, which for me was potatoes and guacamole, and I thought that was the only filling, but it includes meat. Not being a meat eater, I was able to scrape it off. The gordita itself was cooked fine, but one seemed a little undercooked. Overall, its a cheap place to get this and theyre pretty quick.

The food and place was excellent but service was terrible, coffee its a little expensive but its all you can drink but they dont tell you that, if you look at the menu it says there all you can drink, but you still need to ask them for more because even though they see your cup its empty they wouldnt ask you if you want more coffee. We were there 2 days in a row and both days they messed up our order, other than that its a nice cozy place for the whole family.

They took about 40minutes to bring our order. I always thought gorditas came with food inside. It’s as if it was one thick tortilla. Their very few diced potatoes inside my gordita not to mention the potatoes were raw. I told the waiter to bring me just a plain bean and cheese, you’d think the beans were worth diamonds...a smear of beans. Don’t expect the traditional Mexican Gordita here..I noticed it mostly catered to tourists and the restaurant is all image...yes beautifully decorated but the food is below standards. Could have gotten a real gordita elsewhere.

Cheap and awesome! What else can I ask for? The tocineta is just one of the greatest things Ive eaten so far! The meat is so juicy and soft and delicious. If you dont want to spend much and still eat delicious food, this is the place. ❤

This place is a real example (even for Mexicansof the queretaros food culture. Is not expensive and waiters are very friendly. No English spoken here but believe me they want to serve you so dont worry and point what you want in the menu. Dont forget to say "sin chile" if you dont like chilli

Amazing. Delicious. So many flavors to choose from. We will definitely come back. Careful of those peppers on the table; even if you like things hot. They are HOT! Our waitress was busy but attentive.

The service was very slow and the hostess was very rude would not allow us to sit where we wanted. And no totopos. No Manches

Cheap and delicious typical Mexican food- tacos, quesadillas, and gorditas. The service is quick and friendly. Try the gorditas which you dont find in other places in Mexico. The restaurants tables and chairs are carved wood and painted cheerfully. Overall great Mexican vibes here.
