Las Brisas Mexican Restaurant - Mexican restaurant in Gadsden, United States
Have been here several times but last night was the last time we will ever step in this place. We have taken a lot of family and friends here because it was so good but no more. We Took our grand daughter for her birthday cause she asked to go because she loves the attention she always gets for her birthday but not here. We asked and was told they don’t do this she cried and that made it even worse. We had already order or we would have left right away. Our food came out and the salad came out in a large taco shell it looked great and tasted great but only 4 small pieces of meat in one end and it was so salty you couldn’t hardly eat it. To top it off the fan was so cold you couldn’t sit still and last time there they cut it off but this time we were told by the white headed woman they couldn’t cut it off the waitresses would pass out. My husband told her they did last time she said well we can’t cut just one off they all work on one switch. My husband told her they did last visit. The woman and tall man kept standing there looking at us like we were doing something wrong and of course we got ready and to leave because I’m sure they wanted our table since there was another large party waiting I assumed the reason they were staring at us. Well we got to the register to pay and looked around and the fans were cut off. If it hadn’t been for our grand daughter and new born baby my husband would have had a lot more to say to them. So with this being said we’re never gonna step another foot in this place again. With this kind of treatment this place will not last long!
Great fresh tasty food always the flautas are awesome
Excellent food & service! New (to mebuilding is awesome!
the food was great! service was wonderful and super prompt, attentive and friendly. everything seemed very clean and well taken care of. the only thing that was odd was the lighting and the lack of music. i could hear coughs, conversation, babies crying from the other tables without the buffer of music to drown it out and set the mood. the lighting is very bright white and flickers because of the fans. warmer lighting and some festive music would make it a 10/10!
Great, flavorful food. Excellent service. We will be back
Fantastic customer service and the best Mexican food in Gadsden!
Friendly staff, great food, quick serviceBeautiful decor. I loved everything about it.
I am not a big Mexican fan but this place is so good. The atmosphere and decor is great and the service was top notch.
Love eating here... Best Mexican food around 😋
Best Mexican restaurant in town. Highly recommend
Excellent service and the food is always great. This is not a one off review I dine there at least twice a week.
Good food friendly prompt service
Clean restaurant and the food is really good. Will definitely be going back.
Best Mexican food in town is back, hands down, adios villa fiesta! Same Los Brisas At Gadsden Inn and suites but much better food menu and service
Family run business in the heart of downtown Gadsden. Good food and fast service.
A+++! Best Mexican food in town! Very nice, clean, excellent customer service, and the food was fantastic! I had the fajita taco salad with a pineapple jarrito! We will be back! 😋 🌮 🇲🇽
If yall want to be over charged I would definitely suggest eating here! Our server was on her phone 90% of the time and we had to flag her down if we needed anything and they charged us an extra $15 for stuff we didnt even order and they told us we could either pay or they would call the police. There was even hair in our food!
Atmosphere was great. Plenty of room, and so many menu choices. I ordered lengua street tacos and had a few too many Modelos. Food was amazing. Salsa tasted fresh made and had a little heat. Service was good. Looking forward to trying more of the menu soon
Today was our first time here and it was good. Weve never eaten at a Las Brisas before. It was pretty busy but they did pretty good about keeping up with the lunch hour rush. We would go back again.
Always great!! Just wish they were open on Tuesdays for ☆Taco Tues!
Best Mexican restaurant in town. We frequent at least once a week. Seems to be a great place for local politicians and business owners. Always a busy place.
Authentic in looks only. Had the street tacos two different styles no flavor just bland. Price is high for the quality of food you get. I wouldnt recommend there are far better places to go in gadsden and the surrounding areas.
Excellent dining experience, A++ Carnitas
Great food, service, and 🏧 sphere.Thank you.
Extremely Good Food and Super Efficient Nice Employees! 4 of us ate for under $100 and each meal was good. They missed the 5th star because the salsa for the chips was too spicy for me and my husband neglected to tell the waitress how he wanted his mexican steak cooked and ended up with well done meat. Next time, well remember to ask for mild salsa and medium steak. The chips were fresh and crispy and the food delicious.
Its great to have a decent Mexican restaurant in Gadsden when we come to visit Noccalula Falls. The food and the service were the best in the area. The salsa was awesome. The lighting was a bit strange and there was no music so we could here every conversation. Change up the ambiance and the place will rock.
This place is the best Mexican place EVER!! The margaritas was great, the salsa and cheese dip was off the chain! AND..AND gosh the food was so good! I normally dont eat all my food but I did that day! So so good and the service was pretty good as well ☺️
Best Mexican Food in town hands down. I haven’t been home in years and I’m so glad they reopened & in a bigger and better place. Our waitress Sheylene was amazing & very friendly. Family owned business with great amazing staff.
My new favorite local Mexican place. Cant wait to go back. Service and food were excellent 👍
Wish I could remember the name of what I got tonight, it was so good.... definitely have to get it again sometime
Great service, clean atmosphere and delicious food!
Love this place, been going here since they 1st opened some 20 years ago. Chicken A La Palapa and the fajitas are my favorite. Great food and atmosphere. Humberto and his family are great people
Food & drinks excellent glad there back newly renovated great atmosphere!
They close earlier than advertised, and the food is too greasy to eat, I assume the people leaving good reviews haven’t actually had GOOD Mexican food.
No question, the best Mexican food in town. Owner is friendly and remembers his customers. Great salsa. I recommend the shrimp chimichanga.
Very good food friendly and fast staff
Very nice restaurant and good service and the best salsa in town
Delicious food!! Absolutely love it! Beautiful and clean restaurant, great food and excellent service! Highly recommend!!
First visit wasnt impressive. Took several minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us, then after ordering a drink I never got it and ended up saying nevermind. The food was wonderful. It was hot and came out fast. Will be revisiting to see if maybe it was just the day.
Good food n a relaxing atmosphere. A good family run business that Im glad opened the doors again to serve the area in an open area restaurant that has room to move around and talk without everyone hearing your conversation..
I love the restaurant, the service is great, food is wonderful, I think they appreciate customers being patient with them after years of being closed
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Ask for Leslie as your server. Shes the best!
Pretty good place. Parking is a little strange. Salsa is just the right spicy. It has an echo for peoples voices. And the lights are just weird. You would have to see it. Food is very nice. Beats some of the other "Mexican" places. Wait staff is nice an polite.
Great salsa and chips! Chimichanga dish was fantastic. It had guacamole, sour cream, and pico degallo with rice and beans. Hot and delicious! $10.99. Best Mexican food I have had here in Gadsden in over a years time. I would highly recommend this establishment.
They’re back baby! The place is bigger and better. You could land a small Cessna on their bar I think. The menu has the old classics plus new stuff like SREET TACOS! Yummy
I normally dont submit bad reviews however I have eaten frozen Mexican food better than this. We are from Texas and like our salsa to have chunks of tomatoes, onions and cilantro. This was like canned tomato sauce with spaghetti seasoning. Our burrito was covered with the same sauce, was bland and pricey. The service was ok but we will never return.
This place is a nice change of pace from our usual Mexican restaurant. the salsa is good and i always get the beef tacos which are great. the lunch prices are excellent. My wife and i can always get out of there for about 15 bucks plus tip.
Food was not great. I ordered Chimichanga and they brought out a burrito. When I told our server that a chimichanga was supposed to be deep fried, she acted like she didn’t understand what was I saying. My wife ordered fajitas and they didn’t have any seasoning. Very bland. No visit from the manager after we complained. We won’t be back.
Best Mexican food around! My Server, A young man I can’t remember his name but he was absolutely great! Great service, great food, great personalities even the busboy was so friendly! I will be back and definitely recommend this place.
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Gadsden. The wait staff is so very nice and the owner is great!! He grows his jalapenos in his own back yard. The food is always amazing, very good quality. They will accommodate any changes you want to make. Good beer and drinks as well. I highly recommend Las Brisas ❤
