The place is very popular and usually very busy. Due to that it is very loud you have to shout to have conversations.The staff are great!The food is above average mexican cuisine.But Im not the best judge of mexican cuisine since Im from europe and dont really like traditional mexican cuisine.If you like mexican food this is the place to go according to most Mexican people.

The waitress very serious attitude..no smile..you dont have to be a clown but at least make the customer feel comfortable and in a great atmosfhere. and she gave us a plate with just 3 packets of sugar..also gave us the little bowl of salsa almost empty.we had to ask for more sugar and more salsa when we didnt need to in the first place..also if you ask for smething else..other waitresses wont bring it to you even if they are not busy..poor management

The meals are plentiful, tasty, and fresh (best to my knowledge). Cant complain about the food, considering the very nice prices! For a person whos in a hurry, I dont recommend this place. The times Ive gone, it seems as though theyre always short-handed and service may be a bit slow.

Someone in my group had what seemed to be spoiled meat served but the waiter replaced the meal with not hitch.

Food and service was very bad! F I order coffee I need milk, the lady told me that if I want milk I need to pay for a whole cup! I ask them to remove one of plate from the ticket, food was horrible and they refuse to do it and a very rude tone.

Service was OK at best. One waitress for many tables, bad sign. Food was not ok. Mt plate had cold and super-dry breaded chicken (likely cooked long agoand shoestring fries. They will not take the plate off your check even if it was entirely their fault. Asking to remove it from my check was futile. Watch out. Not all lost, this place is good of you love cheap food and bare bones service.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever had in Aguas. I would never eat here and wouldn’t recommend it. Waitress was so rude.A waste

No vegetarian options other than enchiladas with cheese. They didnt want to accommodate to create a veggie dish (asked for their sopes with potato and cheese and denied it). Ended up ordering a burger which states "burger+fries+salad". Well the salad is the piece of lettuce and tomato that is meant to go in the burger. Fries were super hard and old. The only thing worth it here was the guacamole. Service was also super slow.

75% of the menú available, service people never smiles. I went with my family (12 peopleand they didnt have stuff from their own manu, the waitress never smile, andd they took for everer to bring the food, they brought it little by little. Bad experience... Prices are OK I guess, since Im not familiar with pesos, they dont take credit cards.

I get it, Im a Gringo, but take pride in your food and service. Food was cold "both times we went"! Plus the service is just really poor. It might be a good idea to train the staff on hitting thier tables at least every 5 minutes. A customer shouldnt need to track down their bill! Duh...

Best service I’ve had in the past 3 weeks in Mexico, traveling across the interior. Our server Juan was knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. Excellent food, a true gem in Aguascalientes. 👍🏽👍🏽

Las Antorchas needs to improve their costumer service, they take too long to attend sometimes. Also, they wont get credit cards. The food is tasty.

Very nice place although food flavor could improve and customer service sure can get a lot better, been there several times and the waiter is always in a hurry to get us to pay up and get out. If you dont mind being rushed while eating then its OK.

Average food. No credit cards, slow billing process. If invoice asked. They take you to the computer for YOU to CREATE YOUR OWN INVOICE!..yes, you have to capture your information, calculate the total (by you)with taxes!!! Ridiculous!

Inexpensive, decent Mexican food.

The location is good but the food is horrible and beyond! The fruital water was rotten... the fries were floating in oil and the meat was plastic... do not recommend
