Good place, many trees and shades.
Positive energy, peace and quiet, perfect place to contemplate and meditate
Religion place. Beautiful and peace!
Good old ancient pagoda with almost nearly 1,000 years old. One of Thang Long town guard back to those days. Come to this pagoda, you can still feel its ancient air and so proud of one of our best relic ever
I think Its quite quiet, the atmosphere is fresh. Adults usually go jogging all day. In the afternoon there are many students coming here to study, adults playing badminton and so on... In conclusion, I suppose that Lang pagoda is a good destination.
Kinda fun, a little small
Best place to take a rest
Great place to go. Classic Temple/Pagoda (its both)
Very coolvatmosphere and hidden away like a secret garden. Very comfy place to hang out with friends.
one of pagoda which need be visted in tour HaNoi
The area around the pagoda previously named Lang village. The village is actually the combination of 3 smaller villages named Upper Lang, Central Lang and Lower Lang. There, a famous herb plant name “húng Láng” that contain a very nice and unique taste. If you bring the same seed from here then bring to other place to plant, the unique taste will disappear. Then, the taste will be something like menthol.
It looks ancient, but too crowded
Peaceful place in the middle of Hanoi
Quite temple. Good for walking.
A peaceful place with old trees
Good street place for shopping and cuisine
A quiet place, suitable for sightseeing, relaxing
Unbelievable atmospheres here. Its tremendous peaceful.
A beautiful large pagoda with a lot of green tree in the middle of Hanoi - The vibrant capital of Vietnam. This pagoda is opened for everyone so you can go here to chill out after the tired day. Also this place is allowed to do some light exercises such as : walking , playing badminton and so on !
Nice pagoda and great surroundings
One of the oldest and most beautiful pagoda on Hanoi
Historical temple almost 1000 years, some parts still very ancient, some parts too new, still many empty space
Awesome place, very Vietnam. I used to run there and its air was perfect for health
Emperor Lý Nhân Tông being unable to have a son, adopted the sons of his younger brother Sùng Hiền hầu. Nephew Lý Dương Hoán was born right after the death of monk Từ Đạo Hạnh, one of the most important figures of the Lý Dynasty, and therefore believed to be the monks incarnation. Selected as the crown prince, he became Emperor Lý Thần Tông in 1127 on the death of his uncle Lý Nhân Tông. He then dies in 1138 and was succeeded by his oldest son Lý Anh Tông. It was Lý Anh Tông who had Láng Temple constructed, in order to venerate his father and his soul ancestor monk Từ Đạo Hạnh (also venerated at Thầy Temple).
