I want to say thank you to your great employee Koree Murray, Utah. She is a true asset to your company. Very knowledgeable about everything you have in your store. She has great ideas and tips on what was perfect for every age group.

This place is amazing and their customer care is unparalleled! Definitely go check it out. They’re kid friendly too.

I had an online order that got mixed up. It was my own mix up! They were so understanding and kindly held the product for me and gave me the sale price, even though the sale window had expired. We love the variety of learning toys we get here!

Great experience. I only did a curbside pickup for 1 item and was still treated kindly. The woman apologized for the wait as she brought out the item but Id only been waiting maybe two minutes? Super kind and the store has so much stuff for preschool, elementary, homeschool, and more!

They ask me as soon as I entered what I might be looking for, I said age 10, Male and smart, likes dinosaurs, legos, engineering, anthropology, and puzzles. Took me to multiple options at $25 or less.

Grossly understaffed. Line goes all the way to back of store. Very lame selection of posters. Many supplies WAY cheaper at Walmart. And closed Sunday!

I used Lakeshore for a large purchase for a child care center. They have the best customer service and they went above any beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Thank you so much Lakeshore! After finding great stuff for my classroom (and getting it tax exempt because it was going to be refunded by my schoolI accidentally left my wallet in the store. An employee almost immediately called me and I was able to retrieve my wallet. Lakeshore is the best!

I dont write reviews very often, but this place was worth it. Im not a teacher, but I had very specific needs and so I called ahead. The friendly voice that answered was not only knowledgeable and helpful but informed a coworker of what I needed in case she wasnt there to help me.When I entered the store they were waiting for me! I have never had this kind of service (and I work at a 5 star resort.They took me right back to where the items were that I needed and were just plain friendly the whole time.Thanks guys!

Crazy busy, not enough employees and the bell for the door wouldnt stop. They do have my favorite plan book though.

Absolutely a great store. Helpful, kind, and worth the few extra cents you may pay over an online purchase (for most items). I bought a used table at a great discount. Learning events for kids are nice.

Yes their toys are unique and usually worth the extra money, but the RUGS stay far away from. I got 4 rugs with some grant money and now 3 months later the backing is falling apart (Its like sand under the rug each night). They said that I am cleaning the rugs wrong. I have a carpet cleaning company come in monthly and professionally clean them, they said I should have only had them steamed cleaned! Argh.
