Lake Edge Resort in Taupo

Has everything you need for a break away, stairs are very steep up-to bedrooms but unit spacious and comfortable - we swapped into it through 7-across - nice walkways along the lake front

Loved it. Very classy establishment, great location, lovely rooms with a view across the lake.

Wonderful place

Its a lovely place. Right next to the lake great for familys and very nice apartments. The service isnt the best but other wise pretty good. The pool isnt always warm because they dont usually put the covers on. Defenitly reccomend for summer and for family

Always enjoy our stay, lovely apartments and we all love the pool/spas

Its one of the best timeshare we have stayed, unit 9. The reasons : underfloor heating and heat pump at lounge, easy use white wares, nicely furbished, large mugs (450ml sizes), has a BBQ and our own outdoor sittings, well equipped.The bath tub was 1.7m long and large , the shower pressure was good. 2 Large bedrooms, one ensuite with queen size bed. Another room with 2 single beds and 1 queen size, good supporting mattresses.

My kids and I had an amazing 3 days trip to Taupo because we stayed here, spectacular views on the lake, bikes, kayaks, heated swimming pool.. wouldnt ask for more at this great price.. Thank you Jenny for being such a great host

Whow, whow, whow. Fantastic. Best resort stay in Nz. We love our unit. It was very private, quiet, sunny and on the lake. We would love to visit more regularly.

One the best stays in Taupo if not the best excluding The Hilton and Huka.Way cheaper and in a great area.

Comfortable units, great view and location

Mint views. Super warm and comfortable (we visited in winter). Friendly team but be aware the office isnt manned all the time. Sauna plus inside and outside spad and heated pool were a treat. A great place to stay when in Taupo.

Our first time in taupo & what a awesome holiday it was. Staff is friendly & very helpful. Our 2 bedroom unit was very clean & tidy but our backyard was the beautiful view of the lake. Thank you to the lake edge resort staff😎

Always a pleasure to come here for the last 3 years. Apartments are always immaculate.Weather great this time.Walked the lake several mornings. Stunning.Restaurants hear by good.Unfortunately the pool pump had crapped out 2 days running.Very annoying....but may I add no fault of the resort.Look forward to next year.

The best place to stay!!! Took my grandkids there and they supplied highchair, saftey gates for stairs and portacot so we packed less. Beautiful views over lake Taupo and lovely and quiet area.Apartment was amazing. Clean tidy and equipped with eveything you could think of. Will.definately stay here again and again.

Great location on the edge of the lake. Was once very upmarket but now showing signs of its age. Still a good place to stay.

Awesome view, very nice accommodation, friendly service, 5mins drive to town, games room, BBQ in each unit, sleeps up to 8 persons. All necessary home appliances, very comfortable 2 level units, spa pool and swimming pool and sauna???

Really nice timeshare. Nice pool and the units are quite modern and practical.

Lovely accommodation, terrible reception. The place is neat and tidy, heated pool and spa etc and nice rooms with sky channels included. Internet is expensive to buy and the reception in the rooms is horrible due to the way the buildings were constructed with an inner layer of chicken wire in the walls creating a Faraday cage type effect. You will actually struggle to get any reception at all in every unit. This includes mobile phone and their wifi.
