Lake Agco Natural Hot Spring & Cold Spring in Cotabato
Description
Privilege
Here is very nice view and I love this place so much.I really enjoyed swimming so soon I will come back 😇
MoreThe place is nice but not yet operational. Hoping that they will accept guest soon.
MoreCurrently the place is closed but been there before.. Nice place.
Oh my goodness, where do I begin with this place? Its just MAGNIFICENT!! Its raw, but beautiful. The place is not overly developed and its very far from the crowded spaces which makes you connect with nature and yourself better. Ive been to this place twice in just a span of 5 months and this place always calms me. They have HOT and COLD baths. They also have a sauna thats pretty hot, but therapeutic, I think (just not for the elderly, people with heart problems and the like). The lake, itself is accessible to the public via a short hike (but just be careful since the trail becomes muddy sometimes or there might be insects or reptilesand a Php. 20 entrance fee. This place is also amazing for a picture-taking session. I suggest an early morning hike, cause of the temperature and the number of people. Speaking of people, the place tends to be packed during holidays and the weekends. I have so many things to say, but its getting long. If youve got questions, Id be more than happy to answer.
MoreHot and cold you want? Here they are.
An extraordinary experience within the place. You can feel the true essence of fresh environment. Very peaceful and so beautiful.
MoreA perfect day to witness mother nature sitting in Ilomavis Village.💫 Naturally HOT.💫 Clean environment💫 Offers free hot steam to open your pores💫 offers a sulfur bathe💫 1,250 meters above sea level, very decent to travel for locals and tourists⚠️I found no public comfortroom⚠️ best to hire a four wheeled vehicle👉Thank you Lake Agco
MoreIn the area there are 2 more expensive resorts on the right. This one is the public one, it’s a little more hidden, on the left side. The entrance was 20 pesos I think. There’s a small pool of hot water that you can stay in and a small lake with steaming water that you can’t enter. There’s also a “hidden trail” that starts by the pool with some local kids offering you to guide you through it if you want to follow them.
MoreWow so beautiful places
Been here several times.... A good place for a nature lover person ....
Its great to be one with nature.
This place reminds me of balance; yin and yang; hot and cold. Their pool is relaxing that you can open your eyes while swimming because theres no chlorine in the water and its flowing. If you feel youre chilling, you can plunge in their therapheutic hot spring and listen to the birds while singing in the trees. As you go to the forest part in their lake, the steam filled the area and you can see the boiling sulfuric mud which proves that Mt. Apo is still alive. Dont miss to apply mud in you skin, youll feel the effect later. When going home, I recommend to apply caution. The road is stiff, slippery and full of curves. If you see some scratches in the road while going there, I was one of the contributors to that. Haha so be careful
MoreThe place is okay. Feels and smells like a large septic tank. Theres a place where you can dip in the water. A hot and cold water from the mountain. We also tried putting mud clay from the lake in our skin.
MoreLake agco is so amazing, im sure nature lover will enjoy so much.
A must visit place within the Mt.Apo parks
Affordable price and youll be amazed with the natures beauty. Just be ready with your jacket and comforter/blanket 😂
MoreVery cold water with nice mud pack in the area
A must try if you are in Kidapawan. A trip to the foot of Mt. Apo where Lake Agco is located exactly 1200MASL. Experience the natural therapeutic sulfuric mud pack which will give you an instant relaxation.Experience the natural flora and fauna and listen to the birds chirping while you trek up.#ItsFunInKidapawan
MoreLove the hot spring ang the mad pack but hope they will combine the place like before. You dont have to may 3 diff entance to go in diff places. But the place was accomodating tho. They have room where u can stay overnight ang daytour if u want. I will still recommend the place for relaxation.
MoreA nice place to unwind. You can chose between hot tub or chillin ice cold pool water
MoreIt was a very cool place. Amazing cold and hot springs.
Place & Location:Few kilometers away from poblacion of Kidapawan, you can find a mixed resort of HotSpring and Coldspring just in the Feet of Mt Apo.People:Youll meet the Happy-Native people living in the mountain.Rates:50php for the Hot and Cold Spring + SaunaFood:I recommend to bring your own food, but youll have bring out also the trash when you leave.
MoreLake Agco is inside a rainforest at the foot of Mt Apo. Right where you can see the steaming lake, you can apply mud (taken by locals from several openings in the ground. You can then wash/swim on the mud pool(hot water coming straight from the lake mixed with cold water from the falls above). The way in going to the lake is beautiful, with old trees, vines and plants. It is also easy because the path is concrete.
MoreHot Spring on a high altitude place? Cold it is! You can use the mud for your skin but dont bring the mud out. Observe and do not litter as this place is sacred and must be preserved. Love, Enjoy and Protect
MoreSignages with details of how many kms ahead and visible arrows would be a great help for tourist. Not all are very familiar with the place. Also warning signs for roads are stiff and have a great curves.
MoreThis place is great. Foods are cheap but delicious. Weather is cold and ambiance is superb. Good for family and company trips. There is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and waste management.
MoreGot a hot mud facial😁
Very nice place to stay. Good for friends and overnight. Just prebook rooms to make sure you wont sleep at the cottages.Best for its clay hot spring and coldest pools. Nice pasalubong goods too
MoreThe resort near is meh or merely okay. Our cottage has no lights and they did not bother fixing it even when i followed up many times. Limited parking. Not so clean CR. And dont plan to stay overnight here as the room for rent are not good.If it is just for the lake and hot springs I will say it is okay. It is my first time to see a boiling lake. Will not come back unless forced to. I hooe they improve their amenities.
MoreWe had to travel from Midsayap just to see nature such as this. Although jumpacked with people we managed to enjoy our stay.Environmental fees are collected 20PHP per pax.Be very extra careful when youre almost at the site. Its a blind curve going up and a quick turn right. You might need to prepare for sudden brake upon going off the main road.Has small parking space accommodates no more than 12 cars.First observation upon arrival - wind is cold.Hot spring, cold spring is available.Has a good pace to grill, washing area.A few comfort rooms for women. The place allows overnight stay with rooms that can accommodate up to 20 pax.Has a place to set tents.Multiple cottages are available at 250.00 for 15-20 person.Another entrance fee going to the lake 20.00The lake is no bigger than a two basketball court mud filled, unleashing sulfuric steam.Volcanic clay is yours to take free.Ive observe endemic flora all arround the site.Rattan vines are creeping along the paths going to the lake.
MoreNice place to relax and move on 😇
Its quite a unique experience to be visiting a boiling sulfur emitting lake. There are swimming pools and sauna nearby it where you can dip and relax.
MoreThe place is so beautiful. You will really appreciate what God has created. Really worth visiting.
MoreAmazing views. For the price you pay, you get a whole lot more. Boiling Hot spring, cold spring and beautiful resort. Very close to Mt. Apo
MoreGood.
3 stars for the beneficial hot waters and fresh spring waters. As for the facilities, needs a lot of improvement.
MoreNice place to visit for people who love nature!

MoreTwas nice. A lot of stores outside. There are two sites here. One is the "chlorine pool." The other was the "boiling pool." Both have separate entrance fee.The chlorine pool has a very strong chlorine odor. They so many cottages and four swimming pools. There are food stalls and souvenir shops too.The boiling pool is the sulfuric vent. The path here is so nice and the hot bath is very relaxing. Its also nice that they have a system for habal-habal ride and a fixed rate.
MoreThis is heaven! I wish I can go here often, I really love this place. The fog, the mountains, the locals, the atmosphere, everything you can see in here is amazing and priceless.
MoreNature will never revenge if you care and develop it for the good of all...
Take a tour to the sulfuric and fiery lake, or try a dip of the mudbath. Hot bath or the cold pool just choose what suits you well. And be sure buy some flower or plants that they sell outside for a cheap price as souvenirs.
Moresulfuric mud and waters heated by the underground, this tourist attraction is the place to be, the cold weather and a dip of spring can relax you body and soul.
MoreOne of my favorite hotsprings :)
A very nice place to relax at more 3000 ft above sea level. Hot spring is also one of a kind.
