Laguna Restaurant in Valabhīpur

We visited Laguna for my birthday and I really had the best gourmet experience so far in Ealing London.It’s been 1 month, we have been thinking to try this restaurant but always ended up going to some other places. But finally on my birthday we went to Laguna and it can not do any better in hospitality and the dinner we had at Laguna.After going to the restaurant, I get to know that they have extra 25 percent off on your birthday month and it happen to be my birthday only when we visited them.What a coincidence it was and to my surprise they also greeted us with desert cake at the end while we were done with our dinner. It was really such a sweet gesture.I will say food was 9/10, hospitality-20/10, drinks -10/10 , service was really fast and ambiance was really great.I will recommend to all the Indians to go and especially visit this restaurant if you are in Ealing 🫰🥂

Excellent service!! Friendly and attentive staff making customers right at home. Delicious cocktails and authentic Indian food. There are so many choices of flavours and dishes that I have to keep coming back to taste them all. generous portions as well. Love every dish here as well as the naan bread, so warm and tender. Everything is absolutely fabulous!

In todays world where every restaurant is increasing prices, I found Laguna the most loyal to price & service. Agnelo & Abhay are great host & will go extra mile to serve you.

What an amazing place with delicious food and overwhelming service. Aggie, the restaurant manager ensured every bite we took was worth the money. Loved the lamb rogan josh and mixed grill that Aggie recommended and he ensured we had the best time. Will go again and again and recommend to as many people I can. Loved it.

I have being to this restaurant many times. I have been the regular customer, and the manager will make fun of you and misery by laughing on your face.The opening hours on Google are deceiving, they say they are close at 11pm. But they will close the kitchen at 10pm and leave the door wide ope hungry customers so that manager can make fun of them by laughing at them.Update 3rd Nov: I just found out the manager on what I had happened on that day. I would have appreciated if manager had replied to my comment. Also, the person was laughing was a staff member and not a manager. He was just acting like he is the manager with his voice tone and the way he was laughing.Update after reply: I don’t owner think investigates thoroughly, at least he is not reading reviews properly before responding. It was there for takeaway at 10 not for dine in and I didn’t come at 10:30. Owner don’t know the difference between smile and big laugh. Sad, this is how they treat regular customer. Don’t feel like going back there again.

Completely knew after the Tasting and Menu set For the Mehndi and Wedding - would be Magnificent.Amit and Anand Took the Days as Personal, Looking after Me like A Brides Mum. They brought me water as thirst was my partner on the days , Mango lassi and Asked me to try Shahi Tukra Sweet dish which I Cherished in Karachi.Thank you Laguna for impeccable job, The day Flowed so Beautifully and Guests loved Starters, Lamb biryani, Bhagarey bengan, kulfi with Shahi tunes and every dish. Terrible buffet food last night (23/10/2022We were left so disappointed as the buffet choice was awful. Very dry crusty onion bhajis, the sauces were awful. It appeared as if the buffet food left over was again served for the evening. The tikka fish was so sweet as if tubs of sugar would poured into the sauce. I went for al carte mixed grill, that was ok. Avoid going for buffet dinner at Laguna.

Authentic Indian foods are being served here. I thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. All food items served were delicious.

Just came from a wedding they catered for. Service was terrible. Had waiter argue with me over the fact not enough food was put out for guest. Often guest missed out on dishes because tables were missed or refills took forever. Waiter was rude and basically implied guest were over eating! Same waiter refused to serve guest their deserts because they were not seated at their table. The guest had all gotten up because there was 1 hour wait between mains and dessert. Starters were good with chicken especially succulent. Main were bland and uninspiring. Desert again ok nothing amazing. Laguna let down by staff, hence the one star. Tip dont argue with the guest about portion size and food placement.

Staff are great here, serving lovely tasty Indian food with smiling faces. Try selection of Starters and you will be full up. Check it out.

Very friendly, and prompt, service. Prices are probably above average for Indian restaurants but definitelyWorth it. Food quality is excellent, the tandoori chicken was moist and tasty as was the saag chicken. Garlic rotis were crispy, as per our request.Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic and quality meal, in my opinion it’s the best Indian restaurant in Ealing.

We had two weddings on the same week and Laguna catered and coordinated for both.Service was impeccable and food was delicious on every event. We enjoyed strong support from Laguna throughout the year to aid our wedding planning. Nothing was too small or big enough of an ask for their team and their extensive experience in the industry really showed when seamlessly interacting with many of our vendors.Huge thanks to Amit, Sunny, Dhaval, Nitin, Maria, Raj and many others in the team for making our week run extremely smoothly. Laguna truly went above and beyond throughout the year for us.

Laguna catered our wedding at Kew Gardens and did an absolutely fantastic job. In particular, Amit managed our day perfectly. He was very responsive and polite throughout and accommodated any last minute requests with a smile. My granddaughter booked a surprise birthday lunch for my daughter and it was absolutely faultless! The gentleman she conversed with over the phone made it effortless and was extremely informative and helpful. They can always be reached over the phone and was the best choice for this birthday surprise. The service on the day was 10/10, they were quick and present during the lunch which made it stress free and easy. The food was so fresh, hot and generous with portions for our guests, easily the best North Indian cuisine we have ever had! Thank you the Laguna Restaurant Team for making the day so so special, and if youre thinking of booking a large party (we had 26 guests), I would recommend this restaurant fully!

A very nice Indian restaurant in West Ealing. We had dal makhni, mix veg and roti and loved it. Couldnt ask for better. That.kind of mix veg I had after ages. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a full fledged bar. A must visit.My second visit was equally good. Loved the food. The staff are exceptional and friendly. Overall highly recommend.

Good atmosphere and great service. My only problem was that I cannot take spicy food. I usually have a korma, as delicious but not spicy, but I found theirs was spicy even though they assured me it wasnt. Other than that I would recommend a visit. Reasonable pricing too.

I did my sisters bridal shower at this restaurant as they have separate private room for parties!The day went smoothly, the staff was very attentive and friendly, our request were met with smiles and the food was lovely!Would defiantly recommend small parties here :)

I tried onion and sag ke bhajiye. Half portion was not cooked properly. I dont like biryani here. I tried 2 biryani one is veg other one is non veg. Aaloo gobi paratha was really good. Indian Tea is also not good. Over all its quite expensive.

We used Laguna to cater for our two day wedding in the Cotswolds across the 18th and 19th June. Laguna’s team were excellent throughout, serving up endless delicious canapés, a buffet dinner, late night snacks and a fancy seated thali dinner as well. The food not only looked incredible but tasted delicious as well, resulting in us receiving many compliments from our guests. The thing we appreciated most about Laguna was their team’s ability to always be accommodating and helpful when presented with challenges both when planning for the event and then at the event itself. Special shout outs go to our main contacts, Amit and Nitin. Amit handled the preparation, was very easy to speak to and always helpful with suggestions and solutions. Nitin managed the event on the day and was equally helpful, being especially flexible when a few timings got delayed and things didn’t go to plan. We’d thoroughly recommend using Laguna’s catering services, they’ve genuinely made our lives much easier throughout the wedding planning process!

I had a great time last Friday in Laguna. The food reminded me of the authentic food of Delhi, specially the butter chicken. The cocktails served were amazing and loved the uniqueness of their names! A must try is the ‘Mogambo Khush Hua’ cocktail. The manager gave as a great service too! Loved it!

Lovely restaurant - excellent food (especially the lamb shanksand friendly staff. Perhaps slightly pricy but worth it. I have been to many Indian restaurants in London (from Southall to centraland Laguna is certainly one of the better ones!

We recently used Laguna to cater for our wedding and cannot say enough. First of all, the entire team is an absolute dream. From our tastings and many phone calls, to the event staff on the big day, everyone who helped us out was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. No one needed to be micromanaged, everyone knew exactly what they were doing and got on with it. Then the food!! It was simply delicious. So many guests commented on how delicious and plentiful the meal was. Looking back on the day, we wish we ate more! Thank you, Laguna, for everything (from the lead-up to the big day, you were all amazing).

Booked Sunday buffet for circa 20 people. Have to say top marks all round. Food and service was excellent, manager was great at his job and looked after us well. Really recommend the food here. Will be coming again. 5 stars!

The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed good from the outside, so we decided to have dinner there with my partner, we ordered our food and was waiting more than half an hour for our food!!! Multiple tables which came after us were served their starters and mains we were just sitting and staring at each-other. The waiters were extremely rude looking and staring at us constantly. We were not treated well like other customers mainly because my partner is from the Indian community and I am not, so I was stared at constantly as if I am an alien. Very closed minded and nasty, waiter asked all tables around us if everything was ok!! But did not come to our table, I am reviewing while sitting in the restaurant, now about the food just fancy mouth filling names with no taste whatsoever, disgusting tasteless food very bland and not good at all, the naan which should be the main part of the Indian food was so hard we had to chew like cows to get it down, the prawn was just chilli not marinated at all no salt no lemon and undercooked which made it very chewy, the paneer Korma was cold inside and very sweet. Will not recommend at all to anyone. Not authentic Indian food. Pls get grip on how to treat your customers. Disgusting behaviour!!!!!

A friend of mine recommended this place. Staff were attentive from service point of view. But when we asked them to get something specific they got it wrong and had to be sent back. This happened twice. Food was on the expensive side and didn’t taste good at all. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants but this was no where near good. The only thing good was the naan which anyone can get right. I don’t mind paying as long as it’s tasty. Won’t be going there again.

We went for dinner as a family this evening, and had a lovely time. The restaurant was lovely and clean, the staff really friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, served beautifully and wonderful flavours. The portions were large which was nice to receive. We ate alot and the staff kindly packed the rest up for us to take home. 1 small incident but the manager dealt with it efficiently and was very apologetic and really kind. Incident or not the restaurant was lovely and I would certainly go back. Thankyou to you all the staff for your hard work and customer service.

I came to your restaurant yesterday with my family after recommendation from friends. We all had an amazing time. The tasting menu was delicious and the staff so attentive and friendly. The quality of the service and food was excellent. I also liked how you cater for vegetarians and adapt your menu with no fuss. Its nice to know there are such places local to us. Enjoyed a sumptuous meal with family today - excellent spread of veg & non-veg dishes in generous portions, delicious lip smacking offerings for all 3 courses and impressive cocktails as well, awesome service from staff and management from start to finish… I could go on! The variety of options available for each course is simply remarkable - the desserts were outstanding… even the hot towels were a novelty. Thoroughly enjoyed our day out and look forward to many more!

Strolled in for dinner with the famalam. Staff were very nice and fully aware whenever we needed a top up or their attention. Cocktails are mixed well and generous in alcohol servings.Good variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. I would say that some of the good arrived warm, rather than hot. Like the paneer or one of the curries. They also served us poppadoms initially as we were seated but then billed us for it. We let it slide.The meats within the curry needed a little more cook time in terms of achieving tenderness as it was a little rubbery. But the sauce for the curry itself was flavoursome.Overall a decent experience with friendly staff, very nice decor and interior, and a decent chef. It is a high 3 / low 4 from me. 🤚

Sumptuous Indian cuisine here. The standout dishes were the aubergine and okra dishes. The lamb and butter chicken were also noteworthy.

Delicious! The starters and dessert were especially good- we had the dessert platter and the flavours were delish. 😍 Picture is saag paneer and butter chicken with Peshawari naan. Lovely friendly helpful staff. We paid on a Groupon (+ then added the dessertand they were really lovely checking that we knew what was/wasnt included - not every restaurant does that! All in all, great evening ✨

Came here for dinner, the service and food was excellent. Authentic but modern food and decor. We was greeted by Francis who was extremely polite. We had a set menu but out of good gesture he offered a dish which we wanted. Also a complimentary drink after our meal. Thank you guys, had a really nice evening.

Our family was invited for my friend son 7th birthday party at this restaurant. From outside it looked posh and interior deco was good as well. Welcomed nicely with smile by a lady. In the local COVID restrictions of 6 people we where given a separate table.Food was good but could be better. Price is so high for kind of quality provided. My friend said luckily he had a taste card offer 50% OFF otherwise he would have been heart broken for the price they charged us. Each curry was more than £10 and what a joke for the quality they provided. Need to improve on price and food quality.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have visited so far. It may not have the traditional decor all over the place, but what matters is food and service (as well as aircon on a hot day). The staff were most attentive, quick and efficient. The food was flawless and I wish I had the space to order more from the menu. The management prepared well for Covid19 conditions - staff wearing gloves & masks, tables were spaced far apart, menus enclosed in plastic, sanitiser on entry. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely lunch. Very friendly service and good sized portions. Preferred the rice more than the naan bread. Definitely recommend the vegetarian options they were great The lassi was refreshing and the mint sauce a definite hit!

The service is very good although it was a busier time we went so took some time to get our food... The food here is average, nothing special.. definitely pricey for how the food quality is. The cocktails here are average too.. overall its not a bad place but not the greatest too..!
