MoreThis lake has the clearest water I have seen in a natural body of water. In many parts of the lake the bottom is clearly visible.
MoreSimply stunning, out of this world picturesque scenery! You can enjoy a picnic or take advantage of the snacks and restaurants this amazing place has to offer. I highly recommend the boat tour, watch the fish swim around under these clear turquoise, natural spring waters. Take a cycling ride down the lake and discover more. Dont forget to walk over the hanging bridge for some beautiful selfies. There is an entrance fee per person. Clean bathrooms. Just an amazing time! Spend the day here.
MoreIts very beautiful, the natural springs are nice
Over commercialized for a park. Busy on holidays. Quiet otherwise.
Couldnt do better! Its an amazing and beautiful place to spend a relaxing time with friends and or family.
MoreNatures beauty. I went on Friday 10/27/19. It was pretty lonely. I heard it gets full on the weekends. There was a mariachi available to sing. We took a ride in the lancha....it was amazing. They told us water was warm in the mornings. I am just finding out we could have camped out. We arrived early so left about 6 or 7pm. It it so beautiful that a couple used this place for a photo shoot of their pregnancy.
MoreThis place is awesome! This national Park is in my experiences fun relaxing people are very welcoming and attentive to the needs of the visitors. Park is clean, water in the lake is Crystal clear you can even see the fish and the roots of the trees inside the lake and expect the water to be cold but very relaxing lots of picnic tables to sit on. Or you can also hire a small boat with a rower man. I went on a Tuesday with several of my family members we had a good time. Musitions come by asking you to hire them to play a song of your choice for a small fee of $100 pesos equivalent to about $5.00 U.S. dollars.Theirs also restaurants all around the crystal clear lake.Youve got to experience it for your self I can assure you will look forward to being back like my self.Enjoy!
MorePublic restrooms are sucks!!! And during vacation season its super duper packed. Lots of alcohol consumption surrounded by families with children
MoreGorgeous place. Have a beer and some finger food and just relax
Over the years more and more tourists visit from all over the world. It’s nice to see this place full of people, enjoying what Mother Nature has created. I hope everyone visiting respects and keeps it clean to continue to enjoy this magical place. Very inexpensive for a whole day of fun.Entrance is under $2 dollars per person. You can rent a boat for 30-40 minutes that paddle you out to enjoy the beautiful Lago. Our last visit we had a very informative with stories and tales about the Lago. This time our boat guide didn’t talk or share anything. The ride was nice we enjoyed it. It’s $150-$200 pesos equals = $8-10 dollars for 5-7 people on each boat.Restaurant and bar sections are now available and serve food and drinks. No need to carry any food.WATER SHOES are a MUST if you will be swimming in the Lago? The roots can hurt and make it difficult and slippery. Swimming, eating, just resting. A whole day to enjoy.
MoreAmazing place with food drinks and you can swiming too very good place for family and friends this is the place for relax all day
MoreBeautiful park and the water so clean and clear. Theres temporary restrooms (port-a-johnswhile they remodel the permanent ones. You can swim almost anywhere in the lake except for the area where they keep the boats, kids can swim too because water is really shallow in some places. Bring your own food and beverages and just enjoy your day. Recommended!!!
MoreThe lake is natural with crystal clear water, you can enjoy the park, lake with great lake side lunch.
MoreVery nice place to spend the day
Absolutely beautiful. Delicately played mariachi music floats through the air. You can rent a small Lancha it take you across the Lake, or you can walk around it, or both. They have areas for overnight camping and for barbecuing with picnic tables at the watera edge. There are also stands along the Waters Edge that sell food so that you can enjoy a freshly cooked meal with a magical view. I highly recommend the stand with the homemade ice cream. Its just the right amount of sweetness so you dont get sick of it. You can also find it stands and individual vendors of snacks and artisinal goods, which are quite lovely.
MoreGreat place to get handmade pottery great atmosphere with Mariachis, food and a wonderful place to swim in natural spring water lake with boats you could rent and paddle around fun place for the family.
