Impossible to buy macaroons without a ticket to the palace. Also, the servi e couldnt care less about your visit.

Vendeuse très désagréable, pas même un sourire et quand vient notre tour elle nous dit quil ny a pas internet aujourdhui et que le règlement se fait uniquement en espèce. Bizarre car les clients davant avaient payé par carte et 30 secondes plus tard les clients après nous payent en carte également.

Macaron excellent même si plus cher que la moyenne mais la qualité en vaut largement le prix. Mention spécial pour celui à la pistache

The Macarons at Ladurée are delicious. They have got the correct amount of sweetness, hence the deliciousness. The prices are bit on the expensive side, but the quality is very good. Highly recommended if you visit Palace of Versailles.

Ne vous deplacez pas exprès la seule condition pour entrer est avec 1 billet pour le château de Versailles !! Ca fait cher le macaron!

🤮 My friend and I bought macarons each. But the worker put them all in just ONE paper bag. I asked her to give one more paper bag, and I told her that my friend and I were to go the opposite way so we needed two bags. But she frowned so severely and emphasized that she will give one more but it is exceptional case. The face was too rude. I understand that using less bag is environmentally friendly, but I have right to claim my own paper bag since I payed €2.4 and it includes the cost of paper bag. SO DISAPPOINTING :(I visited 14.06.2022 3:10 pm+ She was not just making a cold face. She was frowning to me really badly, intentionally, wrinkling the eyebrows.+ For your informaton, I am Asian. Im Korean.

Got the big macaroons (pistachio and framboiseat Versailles! Very delicious but a little bit expensive (5.5€ each)

주문하는데 내가 인사 안했다고 주문 잘라먹고 인사 다시 시킴.앞 손님이 낱개 사는거 보고 나도 낱개로 주문하려는데 계속 박스로 사라고 함.소통이 잘 안되자 영어로 말하라며 서너번 다그침.인사하고 주문시작했구 영어로 했어요. 댓글 잘 안다는데 너무 황당해서 남겨요.

Macarons are ok. For my opinion is similar to other shops.

Pour les rageux "Ah mais cest dans le château on peut pas y accéder je mets 1 etoile" Alors quil y au moins 15 commentaires avant eux qui le disent... Peut être lisez les commentaires au lieu de mettre des avis qui ne reflètent pas une vraie expérience donc 😉

The macarons are very tasty, especially the raspberry one.I agree with the other opinions that it is not very sweet and that makes them delicious.They are a bit expensive we paid €7,20 for 3 macarons but I think it is also the way to establish that they are a high end patisserie.

Caro pero merece la pena

En él área de recuerditos del Palacio puedes encontrar un puesto de Laduree. Mi favorito es el sabor chocolate😋

Amazing way to finish a long tour through the castle.

Macarons here are not too sweet and also very airy! My wife and I love it !I’m not sure this is the store we went but l like the staff working there, they try really hard in English to communicate with us and understand what we ordered!I would love to bring some home but without refrigerator they are only taste good within 24 hours! Our long flight home will not cut it!It is not cheap also!

Very bad staff attitude!!!There was group of visitors only looking then I stepped to order , he said to me in a rude way: stand in the queue! Although there was no queue as I said they were only looking and not waiting !!!After I had the macaron he said again in an impolite way: it’s forbidden to eat inside the palace ! Talking as if he is taking to a stupid person or someone who can’t really know the rules there !!!!My visit was on 25/9

Tellement déçue de ne pouvoir rentrer dans la boutique parce que celle-ci se trouve dans le château et quil est impossible de passer par la sortie comme certaines boutiques à la sortie des musées. Je suis finalement allée à Maison La Varenne (à 5 min en voiture du châteauqui propose des macarons excellents.

Impossible d’y accéder! Je ne comprends pas l’utilité de ce magasin, pourquoi l’avoir placé dans une cours et afficher qu’il est ouvert alors que les grilles de cette cours sont fermées. Il est selon moi inutile, j’ai du me re acheter une entrée pour Versailles pour trouver une boutique éphémère. Si seulement il était affiché fermé quand il est inaccessible, cela m’aurais évité de marcher autant pour rien finalement… Décevant

Pire qu’une mairie ! On arrive à 17h58 et on nous refuse le service. On avait beau leur demander gentiment, il n’y avait rien à faire. On est vraiment très loin du geste commercial. Je ne suis pas prêt d’y retourner. Je déconseille fortement !

Macarons from the chain shop in Versaille. It is located across the way from the souvinier shop, close to the door that leads out to the interior outdoor area.

Honestly, what threw me off was the unfriendly staff members in this overly priced bakery. The man behind the counter was very condescending when my sister asked for a bottle of water. We’ve been to many locations throughout Paris and had a phenomenal experience. This is the first one that we’ve had a negative experience with. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are obviously plenty of bakeries through Paris where the people will treat you better than they will!

I love Ladurée! I had their macarons at least three times while in Paris and Versailles. I did want to purchase fewer than 8 macarons when I was at this shop, but that was the smallest quantity they sold. It worked out because we tried a few new flavors that we would not have otherwise and they are now favorites!

Small little Laduree, but the same high quality macarons. The location is inside the palace, so you can only get to it if you are inside. The prices are 6 macarons for about 17 euros.

品数が少なく店舗もとても狭い。もちろん価格も高い。お客さんは殆どが日本人で、日本人がいいカモになってる感じがありました。何かせっかくヴェルサイユ宮殿に来たのにゲンナリしました。パリにある他のもっと美味しいマカロン屋さんに行きましょう！マカロン屋さんはラデュレだけではないですよー！

It is little bit expensive but still delicious.

La boutique est très belle, bien quun peu petite. On y trouve des macarons, mais aussi une large gamme de souvenirs, que nous navions jamais vu dans les boutiques parisiennes: porte-clés, bougies, petits cahiers, thé... Nous avons choisi quelques macarons, sur les conseils de la vendeuse. Léquipe est souriante et avenante, malgré laffluence. Les macarons, quant à eux, étaient délicieux, comme toujours !

Very lovely little shop to find after a visit of the palace. Its not a coffee shop so there is no place to sit, but the macarons can be eaten in the gardens.The staff is very friendly and helpful.It may seem expensive but its worth it!

I went there after visiting the palace and I must say it is a little shop with many customers. But that doesnt mean the workers cant manage. They were very nice and capable and served me as quickly as they could. And even though the price put me off a bit (I am merely a poor student), it was all worth it, especially the salted caramel one. When I ate it, my tastebuds had a glimpse of heaven!

This Place is just Terrible, nowhere to sit, unkind lady and overpriced macarons. Today I fought with the Lady just because she did not have enough change and asked me for coins but I didnt have. I dont even want to give even 1 star or half star!

Do you want bad food, unkind staff and very expensive 12 pieces macarons (the only thing they have)? If yes I would also tell you that they have such a big box for only 12 macarons that is hard to carry and It isnt that easy to access from Versailles. Do you still want to go?

I came here thinking that there is french breads such as croissants, tartines and baguettes, during the trip of the palace but the only thing they have is a box of 6 macarons for 19,50 euros! And expensive small size coffee!

Vraiment déçu !!!!! Perdre 20 min sur notre trajet en faisant un détour dans la boutique pour acheter des macarons ... pour au final repartir sans rien car la boutique est dans l enceinte du château donc inaccessible sans sans billets complètement pas logique ... !!! Ce serait bien de le préciser sur le site internet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been there September 2016... Place is tiny, nowhere to sit. It was also mostly empty. All they had is extremely overpriced macaroons and coffee. The seller lady spoke only French. I didnt buy anything because even if you go to other best macaroon place in Paris, price will be considerably lower. And do they think tourists will want to carry boxes the whole day at Versailles? All I wanted is coffee and croissant or cake but they didnt have it. There is though an Angelina cafe near Marie Antoinette Palace. Which is also overpriced but tasty and friendly. And you can sit outside.
