Lada Krabi Express in Krabi

Very well located right in between the night market and maharaj road. Room was slightly small, but very clean. Staff were very helpful.

Loved this place! Very nice floors and rooms! Great view of the street and a very short walk to the night market. Very fun! Woman at the front was super nice and good to talk to. Good WiFi and overall great experience and a nice way to stay downtown Krabi

I would say this is europian quality like hotel.Front desk has offered us good price for tickets for ferry to Phi Phi. Spoke good english and payment was possible by card, which is not often possible in Asia.

Very clean and in a great location but... No housekeeping ever came to our room until we needed them to and had to ask at the desk. We even had put the sign on our door to clean our room each day and be gone for hours and come back...no housekeeping. Breakfast was good but was around the corner at the Lada Residences. Staff was friendly

I stayed in the hotel one time.What I like: Location, transport connections (in 100 meter you can take bus to Aonang beach for just 50 Bat), close near velobike rent, staff is welcoming, hotel is cleanDislikes: -can not list anything

Basic room, good for one night stay. Close to the night market and fruit market. So super convenient.However , went away with bed bug bites on three of my fingers so unfortunately, will not be repeating this experience.

Nice hotel, we stayed for one night. It was quite good for our short stop. It is nice location and in the center of the town and close to the night market.

Clean basic rooms. Air conditioning works well. Balcony. No elevator, but does have a luggage elevator. Great central location. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for a few nights last week. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi was good enough to stream Netflix and music. Location is good; right in the middle of town, next to the market, but not noisy at night. Staff and friendly and helpful. Would return, would recommend.

Clean. Great shower with good water pressure. Central location in old Krabi town. Close to restaurants and 7/11. No elevator. Bed is very firm.

The hotel being a less stared hotel still is amazing. Has all basic amenities, good and friendly staff. N in the middle of krabi town. If u r travelling on a budget, this is a grt choice. They provide u taxi n tours also,at good price.

Clean and friendly. Nice sized room with large bathroom by Thailand standards. Great bed and linens. Strong A/C.Right in the heart of Krabi Town. Next to the night market and a few blocks from the other main markets. Loved the smiles every time I entered the lobby.Absolutely will stay there again.

OK for a night or two. Its very well located just a couple of minutes away from Wat Kaew, the famous traffic lights, the weekend night market, and a shopping center. Rooms are very small but clean. Id give it four stars if it werent for a bad experience we had with them. The hotel offered a bus service to and from the Tiger temple at certain hours for 100 baht each way. It looked very convenient to us as we wanted to visit the temple in the morning and go to the airport afterwards for our afternoon flight. We contracted the bus service but the next morning the bus didnt show up and after almost one hour past the pick up time, the hotel staff didnt provide any solution. In the end we were lucky that we didnt wait longer and stopped a taxi nearby to go on our own. Obviously, we asked for a refund.

It was good experience to stay here while i visited krabi. Good interiors, essential amenities provided.It was clean place, humble and helpful people.Definitely recommended who want to have quite place to stay.

Nice little budget hotel within 5 min walking distance from everything worthy of watching in Krabi Town. However our room didnt have any windows, so if you have claustrophobia, it might be tough.Also they dont have a lift for people, but a tiny lift for luggage.

Customer service suck. If youre a forgeiner, theyre ready to squeeze the rest of that cash from your pocket! I backpack to this hotel after a long travel to find that I book accidently for the night before so I was without a hotel for that night. Instead of accommodating the front desk lady laugh and charge me 700baht and told me that would be a room without a balcony. I ask her if would be willing to somehow accommodate me for that night or atleast a discount bc I paid for it already and she wouldnt! she charge me the same price and a down graded the room. The room I book did have a balcony and she was trying to tell me I didnt have a room with a balcony. After much frustration with my room booking and poor customer service and unwillingness to help me I left to find something that didnt charge me double the night 609 baht per night for a total 1200 baht!!.... It seem like she was so desperate for the money that the customer service didnt matter anymore...Worst customer service here never coming back and Ill highly advise not to book here.
