Tasty pho shop. We dined there March of 2021. Boba. Pho, and tofu rice was tasty. Hope it will get better in the remodel.

Their pho is the best out of Prattville/Montgomery area. Theyre remodeling now and Ive been waiting for them to reopen for a long time!! theyre finally opening at the end of October 2022 yall FYI!

This is the best place Ive ever eaten at! If I could eat here all day every day, I would. The owners are so sweet and truly care about their food and the customers experience and the food has NEVER failed to impress. I was devastated to hear about the temporary closing when I came back to town for a visit because I was hoping to eat there at least twice in the 4 days I was in town. If they ever open up again, I will make the 12hr drive from my new home to their restaurant just to give them my business and get some of the best food in the world. I came in so often when I lived there that I would sit down with their daughter and hang out while I ate. Theyre so sweet and when I took my dad, the owner talked to him about how the food was made (my dad is an awesome home chef and loves to learn new things). The owner was all too happy to talk to my dad about it and I swear he was in heaven while listening. I hate so much that I dont live nearby anymore, but I come down to visit family sometimes and Im hopeful that they can open back up so I can go again. I take every friend or family member that will go with me and I truly wanted to go when I graduated college, but unfortunately they were closed down when I came. Youve always got a customer with me and my dad. There is no better place to go to than LáTaste!!!!!!

Great Vietnamese Restaurant ! The waitress showed us how to mix the ingredients and how to enjoy the spring roll dip. I do prefer classical music over all genres but if I am in a Vietnamese restaurant I would prefer to hear traditional Vietnamese musicBut definitely make this place a date night and learn how healthy it is to eat Vietnamese foodLove that they offer a Vegan friendly menuI’m not a vegan but the spring rolls are very refreshingUnless you are allergic to shrimp or peanutsThen you should definitely avoid that dishEveryone else add the ghost peppers

Number 23 grilled pork, white rice, salad and bread is an excellent choice. The meat was juicy and full of grilled to order flavor. The salad was well dressed and also very tasty. The little loaf of bread which tasted freshly baked was a welcome addition that completed the meal nicely. La Taste brings back fond memories of enjoying great Vietnamese food in Southern California. I highly recommend La Taste.

Stopped during a road trip, was a little upset with the wait for my takeout order. The food was completely worth the wait. This place is a gem with fresh and authentic food. Definitely worth the visit, hope to stop by again soon.

First time ever trying Vietnamese food and it was great!! I got the Chicken Pho and spring rolls. They all had fresh ingredients and were so good. The water is PH water and the lady that helped us explained how to eat the food. Apparently, I was supposed to add a few things to the soup and I did not. The portion sizes are huge. Well worth it.

The food was good, however it took an hour and a half for our food to come out, and there was only 2 other tables seated. The waitress acted like she was annoyed with all the tables. It was not a horrid experience, but I would not wait that long again for it.

The pho was tasty, but this was the most expensive Vietnamese place I’ve ever been to… $75 for a pho dinner for two is a little excessive!

Absolutely the best pho around. Its flavorful and authentic. The egg rolls are always cooked perfectly and the condiments are fresh every time. The owners/staff are always welcoming and attentive. We have NEVER had a bad experience here.....food and staff are consistent every single time!

Incredible Pho in Prattville. My wife is Vietnamese and we moved to Prattville for her work. How lucky then that we found such a great little gem for Vietnamese right down the road from us. Their Pho broth is some of the meatiest, tastiest pho you will ever eat, right on par with the best I have had in our 10 years of marriage. Highly recommend stopping by!

First time trying this place. The staff was friendly and establishment was clean. Ordered chicken pho and a order of vegetarian spring rolls… To start the peanut sauce for the rolls tasted like vomit and looked strange and I found other stuff in it which upset me. Threw peanut sauce away… the spring rolls were great but the chicken pho was waaaaaaaay to oily which defeats the purpose of a feel good soup. Paid $28 with some change for this meal. It was just ok(EDIT): Originally a 3 star now I’ll change to a 1. Very disappointed with the response from owner, luckily I’ve had better so I’ll have to pass on the offer for lessons. Good luck

We truly loved the food tonight. The soup was excellent!!! Our server, Tina, was so sweet. She demonstrated how we could add the extra garnishes to our soups. Great experience!

The food is super good, everything is fresh. The taste of the food is similar to what I ate in Vietnam. Its almost rare for any Vietnamese restaurant in USA to have such a close taste. I wish you guys can open one restaurant in Florida 🤣.

This family-owned restaurant consistently provides very delicious food and excellent service. They only use high quality ingredients in all their menu items and the portions are generous. We come several times each month because we crave LaTaste all the time!

Got takeout and loved the Pho and Spring Rolls. Worth a stop!

Pretty good pho. I got the brisket and flank bowl. There are not different sizes just the one size which is an in between medium and large that you would find at other pho restaurants. The flavor is pretty good, but it was significantly sweeter than other pho that I have had before. They didnt skimp on the sides so thats good.

I lived in Asia for three years and travelled through Vietnam extensively - this was some of the best pho I’ve ever had!!!!My sister, father, & I all ordered beef pho (it came with culantro, HALLELUJAH!). Incredible. Absolutely incredible. You can tell Tina & her husband pour a ton of love into their food!!!!The fresh spring rolls had the perfect mint ratio, and THE SALTY LIME SODA!!!!!! DON’T SLEEP ON IT!!!!! The taste may not be for everyone, but I encourage you to at least give it a try. I’ve searched high and low for it outside of Asia, and this was the FIRST place to give me the fix I was looking for.Will come back again and again and again! What an INCREDIBLE place!!!!

I was quite impressed with the food here. The place was clean and the food was delicious.The both egg rolls and springs rolls we got was very fresh and tasty.I got the beef pho with different meats and they were so yummy. The broth was peppery and full of flavor. The veggies that came with the soup was fresh as well.My party got vermicelli and vegan pho that came with vegan seafood. I’ve never seen so many vegan options at a pho restaurant before.My only shock on the menu was the boba at $7.45. It’s the most expensive boba I’ve seen in my life!They honor military discount which is a plus. I’d definitely come back for pho.

By far the best Pho we have ever had. On top of that my wife is vegetarian and it is rare to see a restaurant have more than one option. LaTaste had a whole section and multiple options for her. Her Pho was also, in her words the best she’s ever had. Lastly you have to try the Vietnamese milk coffee, amazing!

This place has never disappointed me. They are a covid safe environment and the service is great. The pho is authentic and I loved everything about it. Anytime Im in Clanton AL, I always stop through. Keep up the excellent work.

I will start by saying the food is phenomenal this is not a matter of quality, this is about respect, respect for your employees and your customers. I have never witnessed two employees so beat down by their employers in front of their customers, ever. The defeat in their eyes was just disheartening. The owner was belittling and screaming at his employees in front of the entire restaurant. I took my daughter for her fifteenth birthday and was expecting a wonderful experience... experience she got but it definitely wasnt wonderful and ONLY saved by the server who was trying very hard to do her best. We left with a grimace. It did get busy and yes it could have been faster but guess what our server was awesome and the little mistakes didnt warrant what happened.. you quietly take them aside and tell them how to do better not cause the entire restaurant to go dead silent by screaming because you cant handle a few things going wrong. My family will never go back or recommend this place. Take an anger management class, and learn how to help your employees get better not scream them into the ground.

Quick version: Food and service were exceptional(especially so close to closing time). Definitely a worthy spot to chow down.Longer Version: I love Pho noodles. I lived in Japan for a year and got to try very delicious ramen, soba, and (the far superiorudon. Pho is better and this establishment has some of the best I’ve tasted! The young waiter was very patient and even taught me the proper order to blend in the additional herbs and ingredients they provide you (which made the dish infinitely better). Compared to other joints, price was phenomenal for the portion and herbs smelled and tasted fresh.The broken rice was ordered at the table. It was great too!Go and give it a try!

LàTaste, a great experience. The restaurant is clean and the service was very attentive. The menu has a great selection of Vietnamese dishes, full of great flavor. The spring rolls, Goi Cuon, were nicely rolled and served with a dipping sauce, The Pho, a favorite, with or without your choice of meats, served with plenty of fresh herbs, was most enjoyable and plentifully.In all, a great place to dine.

Tried this place didn’t like it, will never go back. Didn’t like the warm water served of course didn’t drink it ....no straws, no napkins, just not what I expected. A person doesn’t go to a “new “ restaurant expecting to have alfalfa sprout salad with flower garnishment served to them, was not happy with any of the experience . The wait time was insane and not very pleasing, left a very bad”La-Taste” in my mouth. If you wish to treat everyone as family then it must reflect in how you first approach them. Rather than glare at us a nice hi , how are you could have been exchanged in kindness. I wish your restaurant well but I’ll never come back.

If youre looking for something different but delicious try the #22 with a shrimp eggroll it wont disappoint 😋 take your taste buds on a little Vietnamese trip!

Today was our first time eating here and we were very pleased. My wife had the Bun Bo Hue and really enjoyed it. I had the Vietnamese beef stew. The broth was delicious and the meat was so tender. Also, the egg rolls were very crispy and tasty. We will definitely be back.

The best food Ive had in Prattville so far. Fresh, flavorful, and filling. We both got a grilled pork salad/vermicelli noodle dish (#30?that we have ordered at other vietnamese restaurants in the past and this version was unique and delicious. We will definately be back. I cant recommend this restaurant highly enough. The pho looked delicious too!

great service and food. they made such an impression on my fiancé & me. we (obviouslyhad never eaten Vietnamese food before. we order the Deep Fried Egg Roll Noodle (under speciality noodles.then the chef brought out our food, explained how to eat the food correctly & let us sample (in fact it was the actual meal hahathe House Signature Pho. He prepared the correct way to eat it in front of us. It was so amazing. The waitress was so sweet. If you don’t go for the food, go for the service and chef!

I ordered the seafood pho (Pho Hai San). The broth was good, but the only seafood in it was a half dozen shrimp. The dish costs $12. Wheres the clam? Wheres the fish balls? It should be called "Six Shrimp Pho"

I have been eating vietnamese cuisine for years and LàTaste goes the extra mile to give their customers the best possible ingredients as well as a true dining experience. Our waitress was very friendly and even prepared our pho for us the traditional vietnamese way. 100/ 10 will be going again :)

Omg, the House Pho, is freaking delicious. The broth is so flavorful and then when he mix it with herbs, my goodness, I was heaven! Also you wouldnt believe it but please try the shrimp and banana egg roll. I know what youre thinking gross, but its actually good, the banana complements shrimp. We even ordered some to go. We live an hour away, but Id make the trip just to eat here again! The service was awesome and a very nice family! Thank you guys for your wonderful food!

The pho was amazing! We also had the Broken rice pork dish, and the shrimp spring rolls. Everything was tasty, and the water was some kind of fancy filleted water and was also really delicious! I definitely recommend this place.

This place is a hidden gem in Prattville. Many dishes here are amazing and Id honestly hate to pick a favorite. The staff is very nice, but like most small businesses they are very busy at peak hours. This doesnt stop them from giving outstanding customer service in a timely fashion. You cant go wrong with pho here. The broken rice dish is superb and has pork marinated than will make your mouth water. They also offer smoothies and bubble tea!

Service was slow, but our food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Its not your ordinary vietnamese restaurant. Its different enough to excite you, but similar enough not to chase you away. The meat quality is above other vietnamese restaurants for sure and they have a nice selection boba smoothies and teas. I love this place. Hands down the BEST vietnamese restaurant in Prattville.

Bowl of Pho was amazing!! I have found my new go to spot since Saigon Bistro has closed. The flavor was out of this world.

Ive eaten here a handful of times so far, but the service and food have both been excellent every time. Really great Pho. I look forward to having many more meals at LáTaste.

It was absolutely delicious! I got the house pho as well as my husband and it was so good! Our 2yr old got pork and rice and the pork was good! She loved it!

Really good spring rolls! Havent been able to try the rest of the menu except for the Phó wish is delicious. I advised to get it if you really into big soups because is a really big bowl for about 2lt.I really liked the Phó, but it was to much and wasnt able to finish it. I totally loved the spring rolls. Looking forward to try more meals. In the future.I advised to get the spring rolls the Phó and tea Chaí with tapiocas

Truly a gem of the local area. If you are looking for something tasty and healthy this is one of the best places in Prattville. We had the beef pho, chicken pho, shrimp spring rolls(the plate of 3combination spring rolls(the single close up spring roll), coconut roasted chicken and an avocado smoothie. Everything was absolutely great and the owner and staff do a great job of helping you. Dont be afraid to ask questions and let them know its your first time. Highly recommend!

This is Far and Away the best Vietnamese in the Montgomery area. I have been wanting to come here for a long time but Prattville is a little bit out of the way for me. Im not sure Ill be able to return to the other two joints which were previously favorites of mine in Montgomery itself. Everything about it, the portions the fresh vegetables, the cuts of mead, everything is better.

I was passing through on my way to Florida. Found this place on google maps. The food was amazing. Great flavor, huge portion size, and great value.I ordered #24, recommended by the owner. He was right, it reminded me of the food I ate when I visited Saigon in Vietnam.
