Nice place

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms are not extraordinary but worth the money you pay. the complementary breakfast is very limited in items and very ordinary.

Bangali food price is very high and not worth it

Good location, room are silent. The electricity stop working at midnight and I couldn’t use AC or charge my phone. No alternatives were offered. Very unsatisfying experience. Will never return and will never recommend this hotel.No worth it for the money I paid

Dont miss out on the restaurant!.Decent interior with soothing lightning. The services are pretty good. You should have a cup of tea on the rooftop restaurant enjoying the sight of Sylhet City.

Its really awesome hotel. Outstanding Service, specially the reception is fantastic.Advice: sofa would be arrange for the couple room.

The rooftop is the best thing in this hotel. The food taste was good but need some variation in the complimentary breakfast.Improvement area: Room service was not up to the mark. I had to change 3 rooms for the Ac problem. Last but not least which was very annoying for me. I think they prefer to take cash instead of a card. As per the receptionist, they have a pos machine but that was not working for the last one month. Such a big hotel like this, they have just only one pos machine and they didnt even repair for the last 1month which was completely unrealistic for me. The management team should focus on this.

Very Nice Hotel.

Very nice hotel. I have really enjoyed its environment. The persons in service is very cooperative and friendly. Their decoration is good. They serve qualityful foods. But, its a bit expensive. After all, its okay as it offers a great service.

Probably one of the best service among sylhet Ive ever had .And their food quality was very good. They had very gentle behaviour of course. Very satisfied really !

They are now open and trying to give improved service. With this limited guest they are trying to provide quality service. Some functions of this hotel are limited but still they are doing great. Newspaper to the room should start immediately. And lastly dont forget to try their corn soup. This is special.

Came over about late December of 2016, the place was amazing! Comfy beds, nice foods and great service. Would definitely recommend coming here again

We stayed for 1 day & night only...it was clean and there service is prompt and perfect.We had lunch and the food we ordered was tasty too. We got every service that was comitted. I enjoyed staying there.

Hotel has a very nice central location in Sylhet. Rooms and hotel facilities were clean. Restaurant had very good and affordable prices. The hotel also arranged a two day tour that was very affordable and enjoyable.

I would highly suggest tourists to stay in this hotel if exploring Sylhet. Its in a prime location and the service is very good ! This is mainly a European style hotel. Lounge is very friendly, quiet atmosphere, great staff, especially the reception staffs. And one more thing, dont miss their roof top dining, it has a mind blowing view :Happy Stay !

New Hotel in Sylhet having restaurant. Rooms are simple but good.

Hotel is really nice, very neat and clean room, as well as stair case and corridor sorrounding. I think this is one of the good hotel in sylhet city. Room service is good. All the staff are friendly and responsive. 9.5 km from Osmani International Airport sylhet. There is few restaurants near 700 meter from this hotel.

Rooms are small but all rooms are properly cleaned & equipped with modern fittings.

Must say this one of the best piece of Hotels in Sylhet. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Their service is very prompt. The hotel is aged only two years, in that case the price of the rooms could to bit cheaper to get popularity.Foods are not extraordinary and pricing is like average chinese restaurant in Dhaka. Dont miss the rooftop open part of its restaurant, the view the city is amazing from here.
