Awesome place to have a beer in the afternoon. Alot of evenings they have live bands. Draws a nice crowd of people. Everyone on staff is efficient, friendly, and up to par. They also offer food options at the side which Ive also eaten. Very good place. Gone there for almost 18 years now.

Monday night live music is the best time to go

I loved it the music I had dinner earlier elsewhere. But the music WOW!! And how the people encouraged the dancers, WOW. The musicians WOW. I would return again and again. I didnt take pic. You have to go and experience this your self.

The epitome of the age old hack “find a local spot that’s really busy”.Packed out the door every night, you probably won’t get a seat but it’s fine to stand around and eat off the bar. The tacos are phenomenal and inexpensive and you can grab a beer from the window for $2 while your waiting.If you are anywhere near this place you have to stop in!

Bomba on Mondays! Burgers and tacos are delicious. Beer is cheap. Full bar complete with local juices. Reuben is an excellent bartender and always makes you feel welcome. You can buy cigs and other convenience items, and even try your luck on the Gambling machines. Local relaxed crowd who has been very helpful in practicing mi español.❤️🇵🇷♾️

Its a fun place to hangout. I was there on monday evening anx the live music is so enjoyable... drinks reasonably priced but its more of a cocktail kind of hang out , no chairs just standing and enjoy live music

Woman in the restaurant said she doesnt talk to Americans....we had the conversation in Spanish. I guess bigotry is everywhere.Guy in the bar was nice though, thus 2 stars.

Amazing live music from the afro-Puerto Rican genres of Plena and Bomba. I think I heard bomba being played. The food is also pretty good and very cheap. Get there early, especially on Monday, they are known for live music on Mondays.

Must visit on a Monday night. We booked Nuni’s event on AirBnB The “Traditional Bomba and Plena Performance.” It’s the only way a tourist should experience this. I’m sure we would have had fun had we gone on our own, but having Someone there familiar with this uniquely Afrolatino cultural experience to break it down made you feel the music so much more as you danced. And it’s $1 shots and $2 beer?! So Yes please!!

Go with friends on Mondays, it is the "happening" night. They play live Plena and Bomba. It is economical, fun BUT crowded and HOT. And I mean hot as in wear only shorts and a t-shirt. It is open air design, similar to a beach kiosk. It is hotter if youre under the roofed area. Food is really good. During the holiday season it gets way too crowded. Almost impossible to walk from one area to another or to order food/drinks. I visit on non-holiday Mondays.

Live music on Monday nights its a great vibe

Wings are good, music is authentic, place gets packed but it was a good time. Only negative thing i have to say, i suppose i may have bumped a woman there one night, she taps me on my shoulder and proceeds to tell me i kicked her, my response is you should go home, too packed to really know who kicked you. Great time everytime i go there.

Go on a Monday night, order fried chicken a/ tostones and for the love of God not the wings. Enjoy the local tradional music. Do yourself the favor.

When visiting PR this is a must go to spot. Tradicional afropuertoriquen percussion music called Bomba and Plena on Monday nights. I believe the live music starts around 8pm to 11pm.

This is a fun place for live music and dancing in the street. The vibe is great. People randomly get on the stage and dance. The only downside is theres no clean bathroom. Oh and please watch out for the cars. 😊

Fantastic experience, on monday night this place is crazy! Good cocktails and good food, pretty cheap too. Music is awesome and you are gonna feel like dancing even if you dont know the songs.

Great place to go on a Monday night. Dirt cheap drinks. They serve food also though we did not have any. Monday around 8 the music starts with sort of dance off and impromptu music (bomba). If you are looking for a unique and local experience, you wont be disappointed.

We went here on Bomba night and just WOW! The live music and energy were incredible. There were several bands and all were very good. Its an outdoor venue so you are exposed to the warm rain that might fall for a few minutes... Theres a stand where you can buy cuchi fritos. They have some simple mixed drinks and beer.
