Extremely rude manager and inefficient management, for a senior citizens get together of 85-90 comitted there was food served to less than 30 and their attitude was that the 30 people must have consumed food for 90. Thus no service to others

Extremely rude staff and mismanagement at the peak is this, never again. Senior citizens blamed as having more diet food for 85 people served less than 25-30 and no appropriate response given till date

It was bad experience, on dated 29 th april our reunion program was their and thay could not served food properly almost more than 50 % were not get food and after that when we went for complain to manager Mr Rajeshbhai but he was behave very roudly

We visited the Banquet hall for a wedding reception. The hall is small but nicely decorated. Enough for 100 or so guests. The food was quite ok too.

Overall experience was very bad , after complaining and returning the noodles , they came with exact same noodles by just adding masala on it . And the waiter couldn’t recommend things nor they had proper idea what will be in the dish , and i never knew that singapuri noodles has kaju in it , neither waiter knew where the food item on menu is ,moreover there were many spelling errors in the menu , and serving of food was not hot enough. Taste of other thing was very normal.And they even didn’t resolved our noodles problem.

Food is awesome & super delicious. Ambience is quite good. You have two option available, one is buffet & other as regular munching option. Food varities are also there from pizza, pasta, etc to main course, from soups to starters, hot & cold drinks, ice cream & brownies, etc. Love it.

Went on Sunday 15.9 . Food was extremely horrible. Staff illiterate. Temporary staff feels like picked from road a random persons. One common tomato gravy prepared any panner sabzi u order u will get same only. Gravy with peices of panner whatsoever the order is. Poor service. Poor hospitality. Will suggest not to go there and spend huge amount instead eat at your regular restaurants where u frequently go .

Amazing food. Nice hospitality. Place is easily accessible. No parking issues. Ample space for parking. 24x7 lift available. Sizzlers, tikkas are mouth watering dishes. Service is bit slow. But taste covers this issue. I had fabulous time spent there. Also one can book their DJ HALL ROCKING, BANQUET HALL with capacity of 200+. Superb food served and beautiful space. Would like to go there back.

Been there first time with friends & family. As name suggests it is located on top floor. Half of that is open to sky and half is covered.We been to there during rainy season so covered house was open.We ordered Sizzlers & soups. Ambience was okay. Could have been better.Service was fast and food taste was good.Value for money if you have any discounts offer else little bit costly.

Ambience was so good to chill with family..got the fresh air on the top of building...it was so refreshing.Food was also good. Quality and quantity was so balance with the price.

Very good Punjabi food and they have good starters, environment is little bit hot if you are expecting that open area will have an AC its not, go for the Kaju paneer sabzi butter naan but buttermilk is not up to the mark.. it was a good experience

Well visited it first time and may be last... Over all confused ratings earlier I complained for the vegetable we ordered I requested for spicy n on surprisingly was served sweet. Its an open terrace restaurant.The ambience is beautiful with sitting arrangement and decorative lights.The arrangement is pretty good, they have arrangement for family party, group of four or group of two beside the terrace rail having the beautiful view of City .The customer service is really good.They are courteous & welcoming .The food cooked is really good and tastes good.The price is reasonable and u get varieties of veg dishes.The photos have been attached to refer to.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I expected a nice ambience but thats all that you are going to get there. We ordered sizzlers and expected the waiters to serve it but they straight away denied it saying its their policy. What kind of a policy is this that waiters wont serve food in a restaurant. Waiters as well as the manager were rude too. I am not very pleased with the taste as well. Try to avoid this place as there are gazillion other places much better than this in Surat.

Also a neat and clean conference hall with good in-house brunch food and very sophisticated and helpful staff and waiters for service. Also free parking with good space to park vehicle.

Place to visit in Daman road and VR Mall the La terraza hotel is the opposite side of VR Mall its good location for party and dinner because this hotel is in terrace in this summer and winter you can enjoy the environment and delicious food in LA terraza I recommended once visit lotteries you can arrange party also here till are there is a hotel have a banquet hall banquet hall also good food.If you want to something new experience you once visit la terraza

A Fine Dining Experience with open to sky terrace restaurant & amazing taste of food. Visited 6-7 times in last 4 months.

I am sharing my experience that it is the best restaurant in surat.I liked the services and I will give 10 out of 10 for the test of food. If you want to give party to your friends you can go for it I sure that you make your impression amoung your friends.

We went for marriage anniversary.we had given order of two kind of soup and starter.They served one soup quickly,and served second soup after 15 minutes and even starter after 10minutes more.Total mismanagement even they dont bother to provide nepkins and serving water.We ordered punjabi sabji and butter rotis.They served after 25 minutes and no garnish in subji. Very poor taste of subji.Service was at its worst, and only 5 people who also take orders and serving. They looking like jumping from one table to table for just to take order only,no management. ...In the end we cancelled our rice and dal order.And just leave the restaurant from horrible experience. ....we also told them you r not providing food for free but they all r deaf....Dont even thinking of visit again in future in this type of bakwaas restaurant,dont go there you all guys....

Just because I happened to be there in the beginning of monsoon, the terrace was covered with green carpets. Even the sides had scaffoldings as a preventive measure to rain. That disappointed me.. But how great the view was through those wooden logs tied up together! A nice location. Interior was not bad. I liked their wall tiles though. A little improvement needed in crowd management. Food taste and quality was as good as other fancy restaurants.

Yes the place have good location with terrace site view. Staff of hotel is also very responsive and no doubt service is also good. Food is above average. If you are looking for damn quality food then its not going to be your place for night. But if you are looking for good location then its your cup of tea.

Good test with nice ambiance is always appreciated. Food cooked in its original and authentic way, which is speciality here. Very nice atmosphere here. View is also very good. I loved the lasagna very much.

Terrace garden concept and a bit remote location makes it an awesome place to have some personal time. Calm and simple surrounding is equally complemented by good food and service. Food served may not be the best in town but overall experience makes the restaurant recommendable.

But now I am getting the feeling that people are not posting correct reviews. For a restaurant review major consideration should be given to the taste of food. Taste wise the food was average... not bad not good.Seats were comfortable.They should concentrate more on food flavours. There is no point of good ambiance if the food is average.Also I was surprised to know that they dont accept card... they are operating restaurant as well as banquet and they dont accept cards... payment mode is cash or paytm only.They should seriously concentrate more on improving taste of food and should start accepting cards.

This Restaurant is just an amazing blend of good ambiance,yummy food and perfect view. The food served is amazingly yummy. The soups are so refreshing and something different in taste which u wont find anywhere. Cold breeze is just also an amazing cherry on ice cream. Must visit and Shall have an amazing experience
