Love this place. Great vibe and food.

After all the hype and finally getting in the door for an early dinner, Im not impressed. I oredered a pizza for myself and the ungodly amount of salt!! My husband ordered the alla vodka and the portion size was very small and the dish was bland and nothing special. Presentation wasnt great either. The atmosphere and outside dining looks nice.

Excellent meal 👌...Had a fig salad . Rigatoni in vodka sauce with grilled chicken...The meal was so good ...I did not leave a drop on my plate ...could not have finished desert ....the deserts looked quite tasty...next time ...I will be going back

If it werent for Olivia, my friend and Ive would had a horrible time. God knows the food was awful-!!!!

We are frequent customers and always have great service and food! Last night was no different! Casey and Eric were both great and always happy to make the experience the best it can be. From cocktails to apps and dinner and dessert, everything was awesome. Thank you both so much!

I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. The only good thing here are the workers which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 - host and waiter were both extremely nice and attentive. But the food itself is disgusting. The rigatoni ala vodka lacked so much flavor, slightly undercooked and no salt whatsoever. Salting pasta water makes a huge difference which I can tell wasn’t done. Vodka sauce was just…. sad and lacked depth. The brick oven pizza was soft and underdone and the dough way too thick. Almost tasted like a frozen pizza you’d get at the grocery store. I dont like to be wasteful and send food back, I just prefer to never return. I would recommend you guys re-train the chef

We just had my daughters bridal shower here and it was amazing. Jesse-the manager went above and beyond to make the day special for my daughter. They did everything they could to accommodate us and make the day perfect.We did the sit down brunch with was delicious and classy. My daughter has a dairy and a gluten allergy. They even went out to get her almond milk for her coffee. They got her a special cake and they made the steak and eggs gluten free.Alyssa was a great server along with the rest of the staff I would highly highly recommend . . If your looking to book an event look no further.

I absolutely love La tavola been going there for many years! I just had my bridal shower there and they went above and beyond and were so accommodating for my food allergies. They let my mom drop off everything before hand ! The food is always amazing! Just absolutely an amazing shower! I totally recommend this place for any event and or brunch lunch or dinner ! Tried to book a rehearsal dinner here for 40 people during restaurant week and they said max number of people is 35. So they told me NO! Very upset! Her sister had her rehearsal dinner here...its sort of a tradition ☹️

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to say the list. Sat at the high tops at the bar, the bartender working that Saturday was Cindy. Cindy was great, very attentive, pleasant and all-around just a pleasure to be sitting in her section. We started off with the calamari which was fresh, Crisp with a nice sweet flavor, and the dipping sauce was outstanding we also ordered the muscles in white sauce. again fresh sweet and absolutely delicious. Last three times out at other restaurants I sent the muscles back. For main course pork loin broccoli rob and polenta and it was perfect, Cooked to perfection tender broccoli rob a sweet just outstanding. There wasn’t a scrap left on the plate. Normally there’s one thing that you can either complain about or not be the best spot I couldn’t say that and that’s rare. My hats off to the everyone at La Tavola for a outstanding meal and service thank you!

We have been going there each week since our hair dresser moved across the street! Such nice people qms great food! I got the spinach salad with a huge hunk of salmon and strawberry vinegerette dressing qmd mom got (small versionmacaroni and sje claims , "the best meatballs around!" We plan to have lunch there most every week...you could not ask for better food or people!

Went there for the first time for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back again. This place is a gem.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight with my husband at La Tavola in Sayville. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The atmosphere was relaxing and the waitress was very friendly. The manager came to check on every table to make sure all guests were happy with their meals. Very impressed!

My spouse & I went for dinner on a Monday evening. We tried the month before but it was restaurant week & it was slammed on a Tuesday night. We had the opportunity to sit in or outside which was nice as it was June. They play music 🎶 i always love a little "i would die for you" by Prince while dining. Adds to the atmosphere. I ordered grilled chicken penne alla vodka. The sauce was delicious. My spouse had the skirt steak with pesto. It was a little too much garlic but cooked perfect & tender. We ordered cucumber shrimp & crab puffs for appetizers. The shrimp was a little dry but interesting. The service was post covid, short-staffed slow. Just to get drink refills and the credit card processed was 20 minutes. But we must thank those that show up. The check came to $120 including tip. Thats without drinks 🍸. I would have been just as happy at the diner. But after driving past every day, i can now say i had the experience.

Just left and was not happy! The service was slow but our waitress was very nice. Food was ahh but ordered a pasta dish with NO PLUM TOMATOES and it came with plum tomatoes. The bread was brought out with dinner and not good. I asked for parmigiana cheese 3 times before it was finally brought over. For $327.00 plus tip WAS NOT WORTH IT. Will not be going back.Also we had to ask for silverware which to me is rediculous

Nice brunch menu. Outside seating surrounded by pretty vegetation. Consistent quality food and service.

Last night was the first time back in a couple of years-had a great experience. Loved all the outdoor decks and the changes inside. But most of all the food was terrific along with the staff being extremely attentive. Greatly enjoyed the complementary surprise at the end of our dinner! We will be back!

Tasty food with big servings. Enough for two of our party of four to bring home leftovers. Booth seating is a little low and you kind of fall into the seat but just ask for a phone book to sit on. 😁

Had a great lunch at La Tavola in Sayville. Eggplant Parm and Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad were fresh and delicious. Our server Aidan was a real pleasure to meet and he was very polite and respectful. This restaurant group also owns the Ruvo and Del Fuego restaurants on Long Island which are all very well run and have great food and an excellent fun vibe.

We enjoyed a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted and seated right away. Friendly staff delicious food. We ordered the Margaritas from the menu. They were very tart and strong. Idk if it was the mixologist or the drink, we did not enjoy the Margaritas.

Amazing food. Good lunch menu deals and cocktails are great they have a lovely deck area surrounded by glass thats so nice to sit in.

LI Fall Restaurant Week - got the octopus, lamb, antipasto, burrata, and then planned on getting the bourbon bread pudding but they completely ran out of all desserts without notifying us ahead of time. Surprising lack of planning ahead especially since everything is ordered prix fixe. The waitress didnt seem to care that we had paid for something that we werent getting and didnt even offer anything to compensate, but did oblige when I asked if we could sub cocktails in lieu of boring leftover dessert options of NY cheesecake, gelato, or chocolate mousse. The food was really good overall so Im sad that we didnt get to try the desserts. Service definitely needed some work as our waitress barely checked in on us, didnt really know much about the drinks, forgot an order, and left us sitting waiting to have our credit cards collected for at least 20 minutes. I eventually had to walk up to her and hand her the cards directly. Its understandable nowadays to need to practice patience with most industries, and maybe she was new, or just severely slammed because of likely short-staffing, but heres hoping the service gets a little better. Overall, food is worth it, especially the antipasto and lamb. Skip the burrata since its pretty generic. Consider the octopus since it tasted good but was slightly chewy.

Made a reservation but still had to wait for our table to be set up...waitress had a great personality and was very nice (when we saw herhowever we had to wait a long time for service and for attention during our meal.Id go back because the food was that good, hope service improves.

We ordered from DoorDash, the food quality and atmosphere is really good.. MOST OF THE TIME. But this time, we ordered $45 worth of food to get the directions not followed, got the smallest salad with chicken for $18 and I got it with no chicken. Honestly so disappointed. Rigatoni with veal meatballs were eh, they were basically burnt and inedible..

Went here recently... and what GREAT experience! The bartender made me feel at home and had a great aura about him. His name was Chael (pronounced Kale I believe he said).Definitely returning..

Hung out for a nice chill day in sayville by the bar, one of my favorite summer spots, great drinks. My boy Kale at the bar kept those delicious drinks coming. The fried calamari was awesome. Always a great experience.

Service was pretty good but the food was amazing! I believe your restaurant is associated with Tellers which Im familiar with and love. I decided to try your pasta this evening and it was delicious. I also loved the outdoor seating. Would absolutely come back !

I really like La Tavola, the atmosphere is great and food is pretty good I just wish the menu had more to choose from and the service was a bit more attentive. Every time I go, I wait for years or have to hunt down the server. But it doesnt stop me from going back.

Went here for dinner and psychic night. Dinner (pasta and saucewas outstanding! I need to buy a jar of their sauce for home. :Our waitress was so friendly, on point with our needs and we enjoyed our brief chats with her.As for the psychics, dont waste your time or money. My 2 daughters and I had 3 different psychics and besides not being near accurate, it wasnt even fun. Even worse, the bill was over $350 with drinks (and had preset gratuity). Go for dinner, not for psychic night. Much better choice!

CDC Guidelines met! Server was excellent.First time at this restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was too thick and burnt. But what made it bad was the very sweet sauce. Never have I tasted such awful sauce. The pasta was ruined because of the sauce. My boyfriend had the halibut with risotto. The fish was good but the risotto was watery, and the vegetables cold.Did not have dessert. Very very disappointed.Will not go back.

My wife and I went this evening for the first time.. we had a 4 pm reservation. What an amazing place from the minute we walked in till the very end. Our server Alyssa I believe was very knowledgeable and informative our food runner was awesome. Such a great personality. The food oh the food was so so good. I had the rigatoni a la vodka. Hands down the best vodka sauce ive ever had the wife had the pan seared scallops with seafood ravioli. Seared to perfection. Everything was so good and highly recommended

I just had my daughter’s Bridal shower there. The space was perfect. The food was delicious. One of my guests said the bread was the best she ever had. Every meal was enjoyed. I was so happy with the bakery they used for the cake. It was delicious. The staff was pleasant, attentive and accommodating. Everything I asked for was provided. I was able to decorate the space I was given. I was not rushed out after the party was done. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend La Tavola for any occasion.

Stopped in for brunch with the wife. Got the avocado toast. Everything was amazing, from the food to everyone on the staff. The staff were polite and accommodating. The food came out fast and was above expectations. Ruyx the manager and Devx our waiter were exceptional. I dont usually do 5 stars but theres not much to improve on here.

My favorite place during the pandemic, and my favorite restaurant in Sayville overall. Everyone working there is so nice, they’re all so accommodating. The manager is super kind too. I always order from them, especially when everything was closed, and sometimes my friends and I will just go for drinks and dessert. The food is fresh and amazing, the desserts are homemade and delicious.

Finally.... after not being able to eat out at a restaurant for so long this gem has a very comfortable outside covered porch as well as an open outside area with umbrellas. A nice wine selection and mixed drink menu.Appetizers, salads, individual pizzas, and entrees looked great. We had the fig salad which was incredible! The skirt steak was great. We told our server Corinne ( a real charming and attentive ladywe would share the steak, but I like it medium rare and my wife likes it medium. She told the chef and they cut the steak in half and made each half the way we liked it!!!! Cant say enough good things about it. One critique is they need a better dessert selection. Reservations a must!

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent drink! Amazing polenta appetizer - try it!! For dinner, pasta and meatballs, steak and mashed potatoes, green beans and broccoli rabe - delicious. The bread brought to the table was truly the best Ive ever had - steaming hot, light, tasty with the crust wafer thin and PERFECTLY crispy. ❤

We were seated in the heated outdoor porch and it was pretty comfortable. Our server came right over and took our drink order. Menu has many things to choose from, mostly Italian but they do have a burger and a Turkey burger which were very good. We really enjoyed our meal here and will definitely be back soon!

Came here for lunch on my one month wedding anniversary. Nice prices. Had ravioli with fig and prosciutto. I had a gin cocktail with black pepper, and we had some of the best tartufo Ive ever had. Overall a really great place, highly recommended.

Maybe its because Im so used to atrocious city prices, but when I came in and saw that their cocktails were $11, I immediately ordered one. Turns out they were actually $9, probably because we came in during happy hour. Whatever the case, I ordered another drink. Their food was really good, I highly recommend their shrimp and lobster cocktail. It doesnt come with cocktail sauce though so make sure to ask them for some. Their complimentary bread was super crisp on the outside and soft on the inside - delicious with olive oil and pepper. Service was friendly, food was great. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Dinner as usual! The watermelon salad was great and the watermelon jalapeno margherita was just what I needed!

I went there for a friends baby shower. She had a separate room set for more than 10 people but not more than 20. The interior was nicely decorated. Staff is very pleasant; very fast service too. I gave it a four star because the food was okay. I was not impressed. I had a steak which I thought was not seasoned. Lets just say I had better steak in the past. Overall I would recommend this restaurant due to a nice location, outdoor dining and decent prices.

Once again, I am reminded why I stay away from chain restaurants... because the local, one of a kind is so refreshing and enjoyable. From the friendliness of the wait staff to the truly different menu offerings, you will be happy and well satisfied with a meal at La Tavola! A friendly and well portioned Caesar’s salad and a Refreshing Lobster BLT..very nice!
