Very well served. This is French Cuisine at a very decent level for Bolivia. Also very romantic and small joint with an outside terrace option. The building is also very historic and used to be attached to the museum of Treasury next door.

Great service. Good value for price. The executive lunch mebu was great with three options to chose from for the main course.

Very nice place - food and service. The waitress was alone the whole evening and did a great job. The food was very good and it really felt like a Michelin-restaurant in france. Wine is also good. For a starter I had a ceaser salad with chicken strips. Taste and looks were exceptional. For mains I had the filet mignon, which was great too. The "mousse chocolat" at the end was excellent.The cook really knows what hes doing (probably a chef that trained in France).I highly recommend this place.

A quite place to enjoy some of the best food in Sucre. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Only thing I would improve: Fresher/more variety of bread.

It has a strange mixture of Bolivian and French air. Thats interesting.

We had a solid dinner in a nice location with friendly staff. We were disappointed about the ingredients (especially the sideslike mushrooms in a can, non fresh bread and frozen fries. For our opinion over priced and over rated.

Really nice food. Varied (though meat-heavymenu. Lovely setting and atmosphere, good service. A little pricier than average for Sucre at around Bs 60-80 for a main, but well worth the price.

Why does this resturant has this good review?Okay, the dishes look very professional made, the waitress was also friendly and its location looks inviting (even if they use ugly with light).But why on earth would a restaurant use canned pineapple and other canned fruits when its location is RIGHT NEXT to the Central Market?The fruit juice you get is full of sugar and the restaurants pasta isnt homemade.And whats with that vegetarian restaurant talking? You can get two maybe three dishes without meat, pasta. Even the salads have meat in it.This restaurant is good but for me it looks like we have here an overrated google resturant

Excellent food in the French style restaurant La Taverne. The lunch is incredibly tasty. For 50 Bolivianos you will be able to enjoy an excellent 4 courses menu.One of the best foods in Sucre as far as I know.And the internet connection is quite fast (for Bolivian circumstancesduring lunch time.

Very good food, however the Potosi branch has superior quality.

Amazing food and service. Visited with my wifes family and they politely accommodated our large group. All the meals were well presented and the quality of the food itself top shelf. Great value, atmosphere, and service.
