Toller Chef, tolles Personal. Aufmerksam, freundlich, schnell. ALLE werden angenehm und gleich behandelt. Ob viel oder wenig Umsatz, IMMER gleich, und das finde ich toll. Wir sind selber aus der Gastronomie, und wir wissen aus eigener Erfahrung, dass das sehr schwer ist. Musik auch immer sehr angenehm und „mitreissend“. Alles in Allem ein super Laden mit spitzen Personal und tollem Chef. Daumen hoch.

We spend some evenings there. Really funny and very nice guys. Good atmosphere! Wish, they could open longer, not just until 12p.m. because of corona.

This is our favourite bar in all of crete, we have been going to platanes for the last 4 years and will be returning again next year to see our mates vasilis, and nicos they are fantastic guys they are so friendly we are in every day and night when we are in platanes the beer and cocktails are brilliant and service is fantastic from nicos, vasilis the owner his wife elaina, son Gregori, and moma, are such a lovely family and we cant wait to see them again next year, see you in May vasilis lots of love Jim & margarita xx

Love this bar. Its small and friendly, does hot snacks. Vasilis is always welcoming and makes great cocktails. Good beer choice too. Plenty of screens for sport and music too.
