Very beautiful place to spend the day and relax. There were mokneys & toucans. Various swings. Hammocks, and benches. We did not gonin the pools, but it looked nice. Would recommend.

Nice pond with koi and gigantic Lilly pads. Food and drinks are just ok. The calm setting and the zig-zagging trails are a fun walk.

This was beyond beautiful. All the little monkeys who came to greet us were so adorable. Beautiful bright colors everywhere. The exotic birds were gorgeous. I will never forget the noise of all the animals and wildlife. The fresh tamarind we picked from the trees were ripe and delicious. After our tour through the facilities and the jungle, we got Piqué Macho with Mochochinchi, both of which were unlike anything I have had before and absolutely delicious. This is my favorite culture. Bolivian people are sooo amazing and spiritual. Best times of my life. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

This is a fantastic family place for eco awareness & fun. Very well thought out, lots of interactivity. The bridge area was super fun. Theres a low impact zipline, swimming pool, "rainforest". Restaurant is very good, though it was extremely busy when we were there, and the service was likely below standard that day. Food & drinks still very good - alligator popcorn! Very expensive, so not accessible to many Bolivians. More like an eco theme park than a eco reserve. But its worth it if you can afford it!

It was not like real park, it was more than nice restaurant with fancy playground, very Instagram friendly (really well design), at the end it was magical in terms of how much silence you can get in some areas. The Sopa de Maní was ok and the Pipocas de lagarto was a nice surprise. Overall the food itself was 6/10 (the beverages are overpriced)

I was amazed at the amount of detailed work went into the design and layout of the exhibits. I will definitely be going back with friends and family in the future.

What a special day!!! I loved the serenity of the grounds as well as the variety of activities. Plus, the food was delicious! Our gracious host, Tonchi, was the highlight of the day.

Beautiful place, its a ecopark with a koi fish lagoon, forest park and a restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was very good. Bring you bathing suit, because there are pools that you can use them. You will not regret your visit.

Great place to visit when in Santa Cruz. Just a short drive from the city. Unfortunately the prices were a little high for me especially entrance for the pools but the place was nice and clean and the entire area is maintained quite well. Friendly staff as well!

Beautiful unique gardens to walk around with all kinds of fun hidden surprises especially for kids. Great family friendly trip. The pools are beautiful to look at but too cold to enjoy which was disappointing. The buffet is absolutely fantastic. Much better food than any other buffet I have had in Santa Cruz. My problem is the price. Great place but a bit too espensive for what you get. Plan to go for the full day if you want to get you moneys worth. Its also smaller than I was expecting for the price. As amazing as the food was, I would probably go to Guembe with the money which has most if the same types of activities to enjoy plus so much more. Although if youre going for the food, La Rinconada might be overpriced but hard to beat.

It’s an Nice place, but needs to put more effort to improve some areas. It’s quite pricey for what it offers especially for a big family. food was not so great, one of our meals wasn’t cooked enough. difficult for elders to walk around they will need assistance just to move from any place to another.

We got to meet the owner. What a kind man and such a gentleman. On the other side the guys around the pools got pretty nasty. It was 530 pm and apparently the time they close the swimming pool. This was my first time there and did not have a clue. I thought they close at 6pm as it was printed at the door....so this pool guy asked us to leave the swimming pool but you can imagine trying to convince my 3 year old to get out of the water in 1 minutes like this guy wanted. Soon after while my daughter still in the water at 5 35pm he started pouring chemicals in the water. No patience with kids at all!!!!He was rude and nasty when speaking to us to make us leave. Definitely not the way you talk to clients....what a shame..the place is nice but the pool guys definitely not.You may have a better experience if you are all packed to leave by 525 pm. So you avoid them throwing you out!!
