Muy grata la estancia, varias veces me hospedé en Posada del Ángel, por la tranquilidad y buen trato. Además muy interesante su decoración.

First time here and i totally enjoyed my 2 nights stay. The hotel is very unique and the owners are great. The staff is always nice and helpful. My room was very large and comfortable with excellent hot water shower. They have limited secure parking but as motorcycle traveller there was plenty of room for my bike and several others if needed. Its located on a quiet street but only a few blocks walk from restaurants and stores. The included breakfast was also very good.... you cant go wrong staying here. I look forward to returning.

The owners were super helpful with organizing cov-tests for going to US. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is good! Neighbourhood seems very friendly and clean. Around 20 minutes from the airport.

Espacio pequeño y familiar con pinturas interesantes. La comida muy buena. No es muy amplio, si prefieres lugares abiertos y espaciosos este no es.

Es agradable pues es un hogar,.la comida es digna de.un cheff .pues visitando a propietario y viendo su galeria de.cuadros de EL MISMO y de grandes pintores nicaragüenses de escuelas europeas y nicaraguenses...me sorprendió el aroma del gourmet,pues para el que sabe..huele el cariño puesto en ingredientes..fué como un viaje a una galería de anécdotas en donde fué completa mi visita comprando un cuadro que vale historia en acontecer mundial actual.

The staffs service and friendliness surpassed all of our expectations. This is a very unique Boutique hotel that showcases local artists. With beautiful antique wood furnishings and abounded wall paintings throughout, I would just sit around enjoying the artwork. We had a Deluxe Triple room which was really comfortable, fresh and clean. I couldn’t be more impressed with Carlos and Ana Marias attention to details and customer service. I was treated like family. I wasn’t feeling well but the staff waited on me hand and foot, attending to all my personal needs. Breakfast was a real treat. They also went out of their way to order me food for delivery and helped us arrange transportion when needed. I felt very safe staying here. Convenient, affordable and very comforting! I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Managua. Highly recommended.

Había estado anteriormente y me pareció muy bien, pero la última vez que permanecí, no había agua en la noche y nadie contestaba en recepción, hasta la mañana que pudimos contactarlos y reestablecieron el servicio.

The staff and owners were so helpful and accommodating. I had to leave very early in the morning on my bike and they sent a tray of fruit and coffee to my room! Also great AC, WiFi, bed. I slept like a rock. Truly wonderful.

Rooms & ServiceThis is a family owned Bed & Breakfast and we just cant say enough about our two-week stay and this beautiful place. The rooms were large and very clean. The hotel is filled with beautiful art collection and wood furnishings as well as pre-Colombian pieces and antiques. The customer service and all of their staff were excellent and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The owners, Ana Maria and Carlos were very pleasant and went out of their way to be of assistance. No tasks or wish was ever too big and they were always very accommodating and willing to assist. Satisfactory rooms but the public areas are filled with impressive collections of art and furnishings. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location on a side street.

Everything is a little bit old. Beds were crammed into small rooms.Breakfast was good and large!

This hotel is owned by a lovely couple, Carlos and Anna. As you walk in the door and are greeted like a family member the trials and tribulations of travelling are soon forgotten. Carlos comes from a family of artists and is an artist himself besides being an avid collector of Nicaraguan art and sculpture. Many of his fathers works, his own, and many of his collections , fill the walls of the rooms and hallways and adorn tables and cabinets.The rooms are very clean and comfortable, furnished with carved Nicaraguan furniture. Breakfast is very tasty local fare and Anna can cook a lovely corvina for lunch or dinner if requested. The staff are competent and friendly and eager to please. If you are lucky you will get to meet Fernanda their daughter who is a student at the university but helps out at the front desk.If you want to know anything about what to do in Managua or the names of some great restaurants you only have to ask your hostsWe highly recommend this hotel whether you are staying in Managua or are there as a stopping point to other parts of the country.

Spacious,, good area, colonial setting with an urban touch. Semi close to Centrro, Plaza Revolution, Hugo Chavez Rotunda and Malecón area if your a walker. If not plenty taxis for the faint at heart.

Las habitaciones son muy comodas pero el parqueo es incomodo y la comida es limitada. Seria mejor estilo buffet.

La Posada del Archangel is a beautiful boutique hotel in the Bologna area of Managua. Nearby are the major government buildings, Olympic sports complex, various embassies, and restaurants. The hotel is filled to the brim with artwork on display including ancient pre-colombian artifacts and paintings by the renowned Nicaraguan Master, Raúl Marín. The rooms are clean and comfortable with strong air conditioning. The restaurant serves an assortment of local dishes with fresh fish available daily. The proprietor, Carlos, is a fantastic host and will ensure you are well taken care of. If you need a restaurant recommendation, Carlos is the leading authority and wont steer you wrong. This hotel is a treasure!

The place is very cute, the breakfast is good and the hotel is an art gallery of amazing artwork. Ask Carlos about his paintings. He will tell you all about their history.
