Lovely Vietnamese restaurant near the centre of Yaounde. Prices are reasonable. I paid 3500 CFA four a shrimp noodle dish. They have Pho but I’ll try that next time. My friend had yellow boodles with chicken and lemongrass. It was yummy. The service is friendly and good. Lovely outdoor area with beautiful greenery. Take a shared taxi for 250 CFA per person from wherever you are in town. I’ll be back!

Cest un restaurant vietnamien. Le service et lambiance sont chaleureux, lintérieur est extraordinaire et spécifique. Le temps dattente de repas nétait pas long. Les crevettes picantes étaient savoureux. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande ce restaurant pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Jy retournerai avec plaisir!

Nobody. Empty. Small food. Got sick. Noodles were not billed and fried, they were Crunchy because not cooked. They came directly from the box. Crazy. Excellent tea. Unbelievable price. Low quality. Beef with onion like a Chinese buffet. Canton rice very very very bad, no taste. This place should stay closed forever.

La Paillotte is one of the finest restaurants in Yaounde. Chef Patrice Nguyen prepares all of the dishes, and has been doing so for over twenty five years. Vietnamese cuisine, full bar, highly recommended.
